Our condo is located at the Maui Sunset in Kihei which is the sunny side of Maui. It's on the 4th floor facing the central garden and ocean. It has amazing sunset views from the lanai off the living space, as well as bonus sunrise views from the master suite! Only 8 units in the entire complex have a front and back lanai for these views! Our condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both recently remodeled and both have tiled showers, no baths), a large living room, dining area, fully accessorized kitchen and front and back lanai with views of the garden, ocean (front) and Mountain (back) , perfect for watching sunsets. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. And the living room has a pull-out sofa. We are close to shops, restaurants, Lahaina, highway access and excellent beaches.

The beach in front of the Maui Sunset is great for walking and for enjoying sunsets. This part of the ocean is great for kite and windsurfing. It has a shallower beach and is not necessarily the best for sandcastles and long extended play times. The Kama’ole beaches are a very popular set of beaches for locals and visitors. (less then one mile away) Beautiful, long, 1.5 mile sandy beaches with incredible views of Molokini, Kaho’olawe and Lana’i islands. Kam III has one of the most regular South Maui shorebreaks for boogie-boarding. Snorkeling opportunities are plentiful. Full facilities and family friendly.

There is a large parking lot at the Maui Sunset.

You will have access to the condo, parking spaces in the lot, as well as the shared pool, lawns, tennis courts, shuffle board courts, BBQs and beach.
