La experiencia no ha sido muy buena . La dirección no es completa, no aparece el número ni el piso. Hemos tenido que compartir con otras 4 personas más, que también estaban de alquiler, el apartamento que no es muy grande y sólo tiene un baño (eso fue un gran problema por la mañana porque en total éramos 8 personas para asearnos)
Jun 27, 2019Não tive a oportunidade de ver o Nuno pessoalmente mas ele foi flexível enquanto a hora do check-in, deixar as bagagens depois do check-out e vir recupera-las depois, e também deixou todo organizado para recuperar as chaves. A empregada de limpeza, muito simpática, deixou as caminhas limpinhas e toalhas. O apartamento está a uns 15 min a pé do casco histórico do Porto e a uns 10 min do metro. Ao sair do edifício, na rua em frente, há um café-restaurante excelente para tomar o pequeno almoço.
Jun 27, 2019La chambre de Nuno est bien placée par rapport aux quartiers touristiques. Configuration de l'appartement sympa. 3 chambres sur même palier avec une salle de bain, cuisine toute équipée et coin pour déjeuner agréable. n'hésitez pas. En plus, il est sympa !
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento está muy céntrico y bien situado, se puede llegar andando a las principales atracciones de Oporto. La habitación es tal cual las fotos y estaba limpia, pero compartíamos un solo baño entre 8 personas, lo que que se hacia un poco escaso. Solo estuvimos un dia y en general tuvimos buena experiencia.
Jul 27, 2019Our arrival was a bit confusing but the rest of our stay was nice. The apartment was close to lots of family restaurants and a grocery store which was super convenient. A lot of attractions are within walking distance so it was easy to get around.
Jun 27, 2019Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bonne situation géographique, à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique. Ne vous attendez pas à être accueillis chez l'habitant, Nuno semble être un "gestionnaire" d'appartement en Airbnb.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement partagé alors que nous avions demander un logement entier, petite confusion dans l'annonce, appartement très chaud et sans ventilateur pour meme se rafraîchir. Quartier très bruyant mais situé non loin de toutes les commodités.

Jun 27, 2019Good for a short stay for 3 people. Maybe little tight for 3 adults for long stay people but 2 adults people is good! Nice welcome by cleaning lady and Nuno provide all info and specially parking! I recommend
Jun 27, 2019Hard to communicate at arrival and with handing over the keys. We went at the door, rang several times, had to call him up eventually before we could get in. Had no welcome or explanation or tips for our trip whatsoever. Room itself is ok, bed VERY hard and he did not clean it!! Tiny bathroom and not clean. We had some issues with the booking and he promised to give us money back. We did not get enough money back and had the arrange it with airbnb itself. They already had similar issues with him! He can not be trusted and we would NOT recccomend staying here!!
Jun 27, 2019Our room was good located and nice. The host described clearly how we can get to the room and was very friendly. There is also a nice terrace in the apartment. In the bathroom was everything you need for shower etc, but the bath could be a little bit cleaner.

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es tal cual se describe y está muy bien localizado (A 10 minutos del centro) con una buena relación calidad-precio. Solo tuvimos problemas para encontrar el portal al estar la dirección incorrecta. Por todo lo demás, muy bien.

Jun 27, 2019Nuno is a great host. He explained about getting the keys in detail very nicely. We arrived quite late in the night and he was still responding to our calls. It's a very beautiful and comfortable place with all the facilities. I will surely visit Nuno again :)

Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed Nuno's cozy place. It is positioned in the centre of Porto, so it was easy to reach the principal points of interest of the city and experience what life in Porto could be. Nuno was quick in reply to whatever need we had, it's a great host.
Jun 27, 2019Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, mais effectivement en colocation avec 2 autres chambres donc un peu compliqué si les centres d'intérêt ne sont pas les mêmes! Autrement très bon emplacement proche du centre ville et dans un quartier calme et safe.

Jun 27, 2019Cerca del centro, fuimos caminando a todos los sitios, la habitación y el baño limpio, no había ruidos, cocina limpia, la señora que nos recibió muy atenciosa, nos ofreció sábanas, toalhas y mantas. Seguro que volveremos, passamos genial.

Jun 27, 2019Nice place. You can get anywhere in just 20 mins or so. It's clean and well-located. The only bad thing about our stay is that Nuno never replied us. He never gave us the number of the building. Fortunately, asking local people, we found the it, but we list some valuable time.

Jun 27, 2019Tardó mucho en responder- un par de dias y habiamos llegado a la puerta tras dias sin correspondencia y tuvimos que esperar media hora afuera. Tambien habia otros quedando en el piso al mismo tiempo que nosotras y ellos fumaban- aun diría que no podríamos fumar

Jun 27, 2019It was OK for this money. But the sofa was broken. It is possible to sleep there but not so comfortable as it could be. The area is good - quite, without tourists. There are about 30-40 minutes on food to go to the bridge. We liked this walking ) And also housekeeper don't speak English. Guests should be ready to use voice translator.

Jun 27, 2019Le numéro de l’immeuble n’était pas indiqué , nous avons tourné en rond en tentant de joindre l’hôte , avant de tomber sur du voisinage très agréable. La dame qui s’occupe du ménage dans l’immeuble a été adorable , et nous a accompagné jusqu’à l’appartement . Même si l’hôte était peu présent par contact , séjour très agréable , et bien situé.
Jun 27, 2019Loved Nunos place! The room was spacious, had a futon and a double bed, both comfy, had a nice big tv as well and the amenities were always clean! The housekeeper was lovely and very helpful and Nuno communicated quickly with whatever enquiry we had. We were able to leave our luggage there at 10am and we came back at 1.30pm to check in. Also walking distance to the Ribeira and local supermarkets and transport. The only thing that was a negative is that the room is next to a terrace and the roof above it was occupied by seagulls and every so often it would get loud, even at night you can here them walking and making noises. Still on that note, would recommend the place!
Jun 27, 2019Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και είναι μια ήρεμη γειτονιά. Έχει ένα supermarket κοντά και κάποια μαγαζιά για φαγητό. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο και έχει μόνο σκαλιά οπότε είναι λιγάκι κουραστικό. Ήταν καθαρό όλο το σπίτι, μόνο το μπαλκόνι μύριζε λίγο άσχημα λόγω των γλάρων. Κάποιες φορές υπήρχε αναμονή για την τουαλέτα γιατί στο σπίτι φιλοξενούνται 7 άτομα και υπάρχει μόνο ένα μπάνιο. Επίσης, στην αρχή δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε το σπίτι αλλά υπήρχε άμεση ανταπόκριση από τον οικοδεσπότη. Γενικά, είμαστε ευχαριστημένες από τη διαμονή μας εκεί.
Jun 27, 2019The house had everything which is needed and is pretty well located in Porto. You can get anywhere in just 20/30 min. Communication with host was a bit slow, but apart from that the room is suitable for a short period stay.

Jun 27, 2019Pros: Nice room, good price, and the location is walking distance to most attractions in Porto. Host allowed us to store our bags in the complex past checkout on our last day. Cons: The host's information for check in was inaccurate, which caused problems on the front end. When we called him for the building address, he was very short with us and insisted that it was in the messages - it was not. Once we found the building, there was incorrect information about which floor and room we were staying in (he rents out multiple rooms within the same building). We had to sort this out with the housekeeper, which took a while due to a language barrier. The host is not actually on-site at any point during your stay.

Jun 27, 2019Great room and location. Excellent value for money. The room was what we expected, and the cleaner was cleaning the place regularly which was great also. The room could do with a fan because it can get a bit warm at night, but otherwise excellent.

I had never felt so humiliating in a trip, we write on the host 2 day before the arrival to know the whole address, but he never answered, we call to the customer service and they call him to advice him to tell us the address or cancel our reservation, he give us the address. We ask for leave the luggage at the place before check-in but he didn't answer until was so late, we had to do the check in at night and the key os the house and de room wasn't in the key box, he didn't give us keys until the next day afternoon. The room was OK, but it's moho near the bed and in the bathroom, is too noisy because there are so many seagull on the roof.
Jun 27, 2019Very nice room. We were very satisfied with everything. When we arrived our room wasn't ready for 3 people, but only for two, but I call the owner and a housekeeper been there in 5 minutes! I can recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Good choice, cosy and very near to the center, parking in front of the building but payable and only maximum 2 hours. Still you can use telpark app and after 2h parking make another parking in the same area without coming back to the car.

Jun 27, 2019Abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare il luogo, le coordinate su (Hidden by Airbnb) maps indicavano una zona differente non molto distante, ma comunque solo grazie alla Signora delle pulizie, che ci ha accolto (gentilissima e cordiale) che si era accorta di noi sulla strada e ci ha fatto un cenno per farci entrare. Alloggio carino e stanza pulita. Il bagno essendo in comune rischia di sporcarsi in fretta e forse un bagno solo per tante persone che vengono accolte nell’appartamento è poco, se tutti si svegliano la mattina bisogna attendere. Mancava la Tv nella nostra stanza, mentre nelle foto era presente. La maniglia della nostra porta non era ben fissata e rischiava di staccarsi. A parte queste note, per chi ha spirito di adattamento il soggiorno è piacevole e sicuramente la posizione è buonissima, il centro è a due passi.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement très peu propre (moisissures dans presque toutes les pièces) les photos ne correspondent pas (pas de télé, pas de pelouse synthétique dehors ...). Nous ne voyons jamais l’hôte. Juste un appartement où on loue seulement une chambre et non un logement entier, juste pour faire de l’argent. Seul point positif, assez bien placé.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in an old building that doesn’t have an elevator. They use a practical system for the keys. The apartment has been very well renovated, has 3 rooms for each type of guest, with a single shared bathroom, a good kitchen with basic utensils and a terrace. The bedroom for three people was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and sofa bed. It was a short stay of one night and without major inconvenience.

Jun 27, 2019Creo que no fue una experiencia tan agradable pues nunca tuve comunicación con el anfitrión me atendió una señora que por suerte estaba en la puerta esperando a alguien pero con quien fue difícil comunicarse ya que no hablaba español pero intento ayudarme con la instalación.En la habitación habia presencia de moho y el ruido de las gaviotas por la mañana no me quedo claro habia algún nido o era propio del la zona.
