Please leave all electric appliances turned off, make sure water taps are not running and close all doors and windows before check-out. We request that guests leave the dishes and the kitchen clean and empty out the trash, there is always a garbage deposit in the street nearby. The apartment is cleaned prior to each arrival. Please, keep the apartment tidy and clean as reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange it. PLEASE TAKE CARE of the decoration items, furniture, towels/linen and other apartment’s equipment. Any doubts handling the apartment’s appliances and equipment please call. O apartamento localizado numa rua muito central e de fácil acesso, é muito agradável e confortável, totalmente equipado e com todas as comodidades desejáveis. O bairro é muito tranquilo e perto do centro da cidade. Na rua, praticamente à porta, existe um supermercado, uma farmácia e cafés e restaurantes abertos até tarde. Muito perto da casa há, também, uma estação de metro. Quando voltar ao Porto vou certamente querer ficar neste apartamento.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et notre hôte s'est montré très disponible. L'appartement, qui se trouve dans un quartier calme, est à 15 ou 20 minutes à pied du coeur de Porto, ce qui permet de se promener même tard le soir et de découvrir les différents visages qu'offre la ville sans regarder sa montre. Merci Carlos, et nul doute que si nous retournons à Porto c'est d'abord à vous que nous adresserons en premier.
Jun 27, 2019I didn't see Carlos personally, but everything was perfect. The apartment is pretty big, we were 2 couples and it was perfect for this combination. I'd come again.

Jun 27, 2019By far, this was our WORST AirBnB experience! When we arrived at the apartment, nobody was there. We phoned and were told somebody would come in the next 20 minutes. After having waited 2 hours in the street with kids on a vrey hot day, the cleaning ladies opened the doors for us. We then discovered the apartment hadn't been cleaned: the floor was dirty, the beds unmade, etc. (it was 7PM...) We were asked to go out and come back later so that they could do their job. It was only at 8.30 PM that we could go back to the apartment and finally sit down. Nobody gave us any clear instruction concerning the apartment as there was nobody for the check-in (the cleaning ladies told us they didn't know what to tell us). So, this is how we later discovered where the parking was and that we had paid for parking in the street for nothing, as it was (supposed to be) included with the apartment. When we later phoned the company in charge of the apartment, they never apologized to us and refused to offer us a compensation, even if we had lost half a day with their carelessness. Concerning the apartment itself, the place is cozy. So, in a nutshell, if you are willing to risk losing half a day of your trip for an apartment, if you don't care about service at all and don't mind waiting in the street until somebody finally shows up hours later, this could be the place. However, if you wish to enjoy every minute of your stay and hope to be treated with respect, I'd clearly advise you to go somewhere else (even if the pictures are appealing)...
Jun 27, 2019Logement bien placé , accès centre ville rapide . Spacieux, propre et bien adapté pour 4 personnes . Nous n'avons malheureusement pas fait la connaissance de Carlos . La société de concierge nous a bien reçu et rassuré si problème .
Jun 27, 2019Nice house relatively close to the center (just around 15 min walking). The hosts were very kind :) and there is only a little point to be improved, there are lots of seagulls very early in the morning and the noise is noticeable, though it depends on your capacity to sleep deeply. Double windows would help to solve this, everything else was fine :)
Jun 27, 2019Apartamento en barrio tranquilo a unos 15 minutos andando del centro. El parqué suena un poco y las camas no son muy cómodas. La cocina es algo antigua y el lavavajillas no funcionaba. No había jabón para lavar los platos ni cerillas o encendedor para la cocina de gas. El anfitrión tardó mucho en responder a mis mensajes y en ocasiones no respondió, por lo que tuve que llamar varias veces para que me hicieran caso cuando tuve algún problema; la gestión la lleva una empresa, no el propietario directamente, por lo que están ocupados con la gestión de otros pisos también. A pesar de todo, diría que a nivel global la calidad es aceptable por el precio pagado.
Jun 27, 2019Well-equipped apartment with parking space in the basement and located near to a supermarket (next-door) and 15 min away from the city centre (by foot). Welcoming host available for his guests and answering quickly to their requests (concierge). However the apartment is a bit noisy. The room windows (street side) are bad soundproofing and neighbour's dogs barking at night (courtyard side) may bring broken sleep. Fortunately, the latter can be mitigated by closing the hall door.

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es correcto y bastante limpio. Incluye plaza en garaje privado y toallas/jabones. Está algo apartado del centro histórico y hace imprescindible el uso de transporte público (unos 15 minutos). La zona es residencial. No tiene oferta de ocio cercana (bares, restaurantes...), sí un supermercado. El apartamento incluye cocina equipada pero no tiene calefacción, sólo una estufa de gas. Si se visita en invierno las habitaciones se quedan bastante frías.
Jun 27, 2019Anfitrião muito atencioso, atendia nossas ligações sempre é esclarecia quaisquer dúvidas. O apartamento é lindo e confortável! Tem tv a cabo, cozinha super equipada e varanda. As camas eram bem confortáveis! O apartamento está à 15 minutos de caminhada do centro. O chefe in foi bastante informativo e atencioso, pois recebemos uma garrafa de vinho na chegada e também mapas :) recomendo muito este local :)

Tout équipé nous n'avons manquer de rien et le petit balcon au calme est très appréciable pour prendre son café en écoutant les mouettes !accueil très chaleureux . seul bémol : pour nous un peu trop éloigné du centre (20-25m à pied ) même si en échange c'est un quartier calme ! tout à proximité cependant :petit supermarché juste en bas ,boulangerie et centre commercial à 10m . station de métro à même pas 5m. nous avons passé un super séjour merci!

Jun 27, 2019Okay place but nothing special. We expected more for that money and because of the pretty fotos. We would not book it again and don't recommend it. It was not cleaned when we arrived. No beds made. No fresh towels. Simply not cleaned yet. The cleaners came in and cleaned quickly but not very well. The 2 babybeds that we had asked for when we booked were no there either. We had to call to ask for them. They were delivered very late when the kids allready slept. The next day we realized that the fridge did not work and had to through our most of our food. The bed in the small room squeaks horribly. The apartment is noisy with the street and the neighbours. There were no kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid. The couch is rather dirty. The bathroom a bit mouldy.

Jun 27, 2019El piso no concuerda con las fotos, como una de las habitaciones o el salón y los de la agencia dejaron mucho que desear, ya que no dábamos encontrado el sitio y no supieron indicarnos, ya que no nos entendíamos, una vez que encontramos el sitio estuvimos esperando una hora a que llegaran.

Jun 27, 2019En general bien. La zona es en pleno centro de negocios de Oporto, zona tranquila y muy segura. La limpieza era mediocre, el sofá estaba sucio y la ducha no tenía muy buenas pintas. Por lo demás todo bien, buena comunicación con el anfitrión y el piso en general está bastante bien. Un sitio agradable.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement confortable avec toutes les commodités - Métro à proximité, 10 minutes de trajet jusqu'à Sao Bento - Stationnement en sous-sol, accès aux belles plages de Leça de Palmera en 20 minutes - A 20 minutes du centre à pied. Des halles où on déguste de bonnes choses proche de la Casa da Musica. Très bien pour nous et nos 2 enfants.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und sehr geräumig. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Nur die Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est bien situé, à proximité du tramway. En quelques minutes, il est possible de rejoindre le centre historique. La conciergerie est très disponible, flexible sur les horaires, et très attentive. L'appartement est grand et bien aménagé.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was nice, we really like the private underground parking garage for our rental car. We had a little problem with an elevator but that was a building issue, which was resolved quickly for a weekend call. Carlos was kind to extend our check out for the inconvenience with the elevator. Thank you again for that ;-)

Jun 27, 2019Casa agradável na sala mas com diversos problemas. As camas são de péssima qualidade e é impossível não acordar com o barulho que fazem só de nos virarmos. Os azulejos da cozinha foram pintados e derretem quando se cozinha, reportamos e nada foi feito. O isolamento da casa é muito mau, conseguia ouvir tudo dos vizinhos inclusive perceber a nacionalidade da vizinha. Os carros a passarem na rua parece que estamos numa tenda junto à estrada. Não recomendo.

Jun 27, 2019Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento . Nos recibió Gonzalo quién comprobó que todo funcionara correctamente en el apartamento a nuestra llegada. El apartamento es cómodo y tal como aparece en las fotografías. Que el garaje esté incluido es también una ventaja ya que fuimos en coche. Está muy cerca de la estación de metro Carolina Michaelis y tiene un supermercado al lado. Totalmente recomendable

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento desde el primer momento cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. Se sitúa cerca del centro de Oporto, y tiene plaza de garaje propia. La recepción se demoró más de lo esperado(en la página pone entrada a las 12h, pero no tuvimos acceso hasta las 14h en adelante. A pesar de todo fue una estancia muy agradable, cómoda y sus recomendaciones fueron muy acertadas.
Jun 27, 2019This is a nice place! The private parking is amazing as it is very hard and expensive to find parking in Porto! This is an airbnb run by a business so the communication wasn’t so personal and had several automated messages and links to their (Hidden by Airbnb) . But in the end who cares :) we had a great time and would come again!

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est très bien situé, très propre, et contient tout les équipement nécessaires. Nous avions un problème avec l'eau chaude qui a été immédiatement reglé une fois signalé. Toutefois, l'isolation des murs n'est pas très efficace (on pouvait entendre les voisins la nuit) et vu qu'on été 2 couples on aurait bien aimé avoir 2 cléfs au lieu d'une seule.

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement de Carlos est très bien situé, on a pu tout faire à pied. Il est spacieux, très bien équipé, et très propre. La personne qui nous a accueillis a été très gentille et nous a gentiment donné des conseils pour notre voyage. Carlos a été très réactif à la moindre de nos questions et très attentionné. Je recommande totalement cet appartement ! :)
