Kitchen is in decent size (by Hong Kong standard!:)) and you are welcomed to cook by yourself. Just remember to clean them afterwards. - Large living room. - Very high speed wireless internet. - 15 minutes walk to Junk Bay (Don't mislead by the name, it is a clean ,clear and beautiful bay)

-MTR: 8 minutes walk to Tiu Keng Leng MTR station. Half hour or less to Central , Admiralty, Wanchai ,Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui station. -Airport: 90 mins direct airport express bus route E22A (24 HK$) or 63 mins by MTR(71 HK$). - Never crowded and noisy. My neighborhood is one of only a few neighborhoods in Hong Kong that you don't see crowded peoples and heavy traffic on the roads.

-The neighborhood can be a bit humid during the rainy season and winter in Hong Kong. Since this apartment is close to the shore, certain level of humidity is expected during such time. However there is dehumidifier in the room so this should not be a big concern unless you are sensitive to humidity. -Like most of other apartments in Hong Kong, balcony is always a luxury and is not included in this listing.

Direct airport express bus to Hong Kong international airport. Easy access to MTR (subway system of Hong Kong)
