This apartment is perfect for everybody who wants to feel the spirit of Barcelona! I liked everything: location ( nearby shops, restaurants, metro, and my favorite buildings of Gaudi); interior( stylish, new, clean, cosy); working of Antonio ( benevolently,quickly, with patience and understanding. I certainly recommend this apartment to my friends and will stay there again with pleasure.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay in Antonio's apartment was incredible! It is in an amazing location just off Passeig de Gracia, the main shopping street of Barcelona. We could walk quite easily to the Gothic Quarter and Las Rablas, but it's also a minute walk to one of the main metro stations and where you can also catch a train directly to the airport. Also, despite it being busy we weren't disturbed by the noise on the street. Especially if you close the bedroom doors while you sleep. The actual apartment is beautiful! It has very classic decor with enormous high ceilings and a well equipped kitchen. It's a new apartment so everything is brand new from the TV to the shower and having a dishwasher was so handy. Not to mention the air conditioner throughout the whole apartment was great to put on after having a sweaty day walking and exploring the city. There was also a nespresso machine which was great, and the store was so nearby we could just walk 20 metres to go and buy more coffee pods. There is also a beautiful area off the living room which has glass walls and is nice to sit in and watch the people of Barcelona walking around. There are also 2 balconies off the main bedroom which was nice to get fresh air and watch the action of the street below. The sofabed was very comfortable and we had it set up as a bed the whole time we were there and the apartment was still spacious, unlike other apartments I've stayed in where the sofabed takes up the whole living room. The actual bed in the bedroom was ridiculously comfortable, it was amazing. Antonio and Roberto were so friendly and helpful! When we arrived Antonio met us and gave us a map of the city and also explained how to get around, what sights we should see and where to get delicious local tapas. One of the restaurants he recommended, Cataluna, served us the most delicious tapas of our entire month in Spain. We went back there 3 times! This is an amazing apartment, an incredible location to explore the city and with 4 people we were so comfortable and there was more than enough room for us. Thank you Antonio and Roberto!

The neighborhood is fantastic to enjoy the city, the flat is beautifully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. We had a very nice welcome, Antonio wasn't there but Roberto explained us everything we need to know to get around. We loved this apartment and we'll definitely come back!
Jun 27, 2019This is the ideal apartment from which to explore Barcelona. It is very centrally located, close to shopping, transportation, tourist sites, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment is modern, clean, and very stylish. It felt like staying in a beautiful boutique hotel. Antonio was a perfect host - worked around our schedules and always available by email/phone. We will be back!

We (3 three adults) absolutely loved our stay in this apartment - especially the enclosed balcony! And Antonio was an excellent host. He was very kind, helpful and responsive. Jun 27, 2019We stayed in this apartment at the end of September for four nights. The apartment is well located, close to the Metro and around the corner from Casa Batllo. Lots of restaurants in this lively neighborhood. Apartment is well equiped. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our morning coffee on the enclosed balcony. Pros: Location, elevator, high ceilings, luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed, bright; nice kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, fridge, stove, washing machine; nice living room, balconies, clean, across the street from a good market. Tasteful throughout. Antonio is a wonderful host. Very responsive, helpful, and patient. Cons: Traffic noise may keep you awake if you're early to bed.
Jun 27, 2019Acabamos de regresar de Barcelona después de siete días en el apartamento de Antonio. Perfecto apartamento! Simplemente nuevo, muy agradable, limpio y espacioso. Exactamente lo mismo que en las fotos! Siempre que tenga que hablar con Antonio antes y durante nuestra estancia tuvimos una respuesta casi inmediata a los correos electrónicos. La ubicación es espectacular, muy cerca de la estación de tren del metro de Paseo de Gracia, mercados y restaurantes en los alrededores. No tengo ninguna queja. Seguramente voy a indicar a los demás y cuando volvamos a Barcelona vamos a estar allí de nuevo. ¡Gracias!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment and it's host were very pleasant. The place was situated in a prime location and it's beautiful. The place is really clean as well. The only fault I found was the street noise. For those who are sensitive to noise when they're trying to sleep, consider that this apartment is on the 2nd floor of a fairly busy street.
Jun 27, 2019A lovely "stylish" secure apartment in the heart of Barcelona which was even better than the photos. Great location between high end shops and the bustling La Rambla and easy walking to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and attractions. Antonio was the perfect host who was almost begging for complaints so that he could make improvements. We have no complaints and would recommend this apartment to family and friends and will definitely stay here the next time we visit Barcelona. Thanks Antonia.
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Antonio was very communicative both before we arrived and during our stay, and met us right when we arrived from the airport with no delays to check-in. The apartment is in a lovely renovated building on a charming side street and is on the 1st floor above street level. Beautifully renovated with modern decoration. Upscale & sleek with a modern kitchen and lovely bathroom, the apartment is spacious with huge old-world high ceilings and a bay windowed enclosed porch that faces the street. The bedroom has huge windows that can be opened up as well. Up-scale linens and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect. Walkable to nearly everywhere you would like to see with a metro-nearby. There are many locals in this area which makes for great dining options nearby and less touristy stores, etc. It is a beautiful 15 minute walk to both the Born and the Gothic district. Again- Antonio was a wonderful host giving us recommendations on some local favorites and helpful in every way. Next visit- we will certainly stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019This appartment is even more beautiful and spacious as the pictures show. It is on the Principal floor, which, on these Eixample buildings, was the noble floor. You will not believe the height of the ceilings and the fantastic refurbished doors and ceilings. Everything is in perfect order and clean. The veranda is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and read and it brings a fantastic light to the whole space. We were there end of November and the heating worked well with the exception of the bathroom where the small heating equipment for towels was insufficient to warm the room, although we kept it on, it was always cold. Maribel welcomed us, she was there when we arrived and was both nice and useful. Antonio came to introduce himself a few days later and make sure everything was allright. They're great. This was our seventh visit to Barcelona and for us, that Eixample neighborood is ideal. The Rambla de Catalunya is on one corner. You will find lots of restaurants and terraces there and shops. Passeig de Gracia is on the other corner, lots of restaurants there as well and high end boutiques. You can walk from the apartment to all major attractions and interesting neighboroods of this marvelous city. There is a great gym called DIRseven on the small passatge Domingo, less than 100 meters from the entrance of the building, where you can either pay everytime you go or take a month subscription (we did, being there for 2 weeks, it was worth it). They have an outdoor pool if you go in the summer and an indoor one as well and offer spa treatments. The only downside to the apartment was for us an important one: the noise at night kept us from sleeping as well as we needed. Valencia is a four-lane street, very busy from 6am til 11pm as it is used to reach one the main artery of the city, the Diagonal. The bedroom has one window on Valencia and even if we closed the outside and inside shutters, the noise from the traffic was terribly loud. And drivers here honk their horns a lot! The other bedroom window is on the small Passatge Domingo which looks quiet but becomes animated and very noisy at 1am on weekends. There is a bar, the Hyde, and partygoers go outside to smoke and hang outside. On weekends, we were awake at 6am because people were screaming, laughing, banging on the trash bins. Earplugs didn't do it. The windows really need more isolation to make this place absolutely perfect because everthing else was.

The apartment as i have already written is lovely, well furnished, neat, extremely well located and stylishly designed. It is situated in the beautiful building with beautiful front access door. The apartment is even better than it appears at the photos. It is the nicest place to stay in Barcelona.

L'appartamento é nuovo, rifinito nei dettagli, con ogni confort! Il palazzo é superbo. Antonio e Roberto sono stati gentili e disponibili. Ho conosciuto di persona solo Roberto che ci ha aspettato la sera fino a tardi, ci ha consigliato un ristorante ottimo e ci ha fornito i codici per internet e la cartina della città. Inoltre é stato disponibile a farci fare il check out poco prima della partenza. Spero di tornarci presto perché la casa merita davvero. Grazie Antonio e Roberto! Alla prossima ... ;-) Giada

Jun 27, 2019This is an outstanding apartment in a superb location. Roberto met us at the apartment and gave us the tour. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed. While the bedroom faces a busy road it is well insulated and only a small bit of noise can be heard just like in any city centre apartment or hotel. I am a light sleeper and I slept well. There's lots of space in here and a beautiful bathroom. The kitchen had all you would need for your stay. There is a stunning enclosed balcony that we spent a lot of time in reading and watching the world go by. The location is second to none in the Eixample area between Passeig de Gracia and the Rambla De Catalunya. Plenty to see and do in the area. We walked to the Sagrada Familia from here. Could not recommend this apartment highly enough. Thank you Antonio and Roberto.

The apartment was very beautiful and well-manicured with modern fittings in a 100-year-old building. It was spacious and well located right in the heart of passieg de gracia within walking distance to all the main attractions in Barcelona. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this apartments again when we are in Barcelona...

We didn't get the chance to meet Antonio, however his colleague Maribel welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly. She gave us a guide on how to discover Barcelona. Roberto, his other colleague came to meet us a few days after and showed us their new apartment, on the same floor which is currently under renovation. The apartment where we stayed is fully equipped and very beautiful with high ceilings and beautifully designed tiles. The location is perfect as it is situated in the centre. La Rambla as well as Passeig De Gracia are within walking distance. We slept well during the night as the windows are soundproof. Wll definitely recommend this apartment to my friends, Would love to stay at this apartment again when I visit Barcelona again in the future. The high ceilings, the beatiful stone and wooden floors, the big bathroom and the cute balconies were magnificent. The key exchange with Antonio's business partner went smoothly and he told us about a popular place around the corner where we had spectacular tapas. I would definitely come again!

Jun 27, 2019Was met by Roberto, (Antonio's partner) who was extremely helpful, allowing us early entry to the apartment as we had come in by cruise ship to the port early in the morning. Roberto also provided maps and suggestions for local restaurants and grocery shopping. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, spacious and well presented. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere but it was also close to the metro if you want to catch the train. It is only a short 10-15 minute walk to Placa de Catalunya and a 20-25 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia. One of the best features of the apartment is the sun-room where we sat to have our morning coffee and watch Barcelona awake to start the day. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the lack of tea, coffee, milk and other start up items. We had to go out to the supermarket to stock up. OK when arriving in the day but not convenient if arriving at night. Recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hotel alternative in Barcelona.

We have stayed in quite a few Airbnb apartments around the world, and this is our best experience so far. The location in the middle of Passeig de Gracia is also perfect for us to explore the city. It is so comfortable and everything feels just right. This is indeed our home away from home. Jun 27, 2019The apartment was even better in reality: airy, bright, spacious rooms with beautiful high ceilings. It is finished to a very high standard with great attention to detail, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is delightful and the shower works very well. The enclosed balcony off the sitting room is the perfect spot for breakfast whilst watching the city go by. The bedroom's french doors are double glazed, making it very quiet. All the common areas are very clean and tidy as well, and the building has a lift. Communication with the host was perfect. Antonio confirmed the reservation promptly and was always available to answer any queries by email. In Barcelona we were met by his business partner, Roberto, who was very friendly and professional. He showed us the apartment and explaied how everything worked. Roberto was incredibly kind and accommodating (keeping our cases in his office for a few hours as we had a late flight), and also very punctual! And last but not least, the location is superb! This area of the Eixample is very smart indeed, yet relaxed and welcoming. It is easy to walk to many points of interest in the city - it is only a 10-15 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya (where the airport bus stops) - and the area is also well served by public transport. There are both posh boutiques and local shops, including a bakery less than a block away on Rambla de Catalunya and a small convenience store down the pedestrian street. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Gaudi's Casa Batllo and La Pedrera (great for setting off early to avoid the queues), as well as from Fundacio Tapies and design mecca Vinçon. I highly recommend this apartment.
Jun 27, 2019We were met by Roberto (Antonio's business partner) who was waiting for us as we arrived. The apartment is in a great part of town, just off the Paseo de Gracia, it couldn't be more central. Very easy to get about, shops and restaurants all very close by. Roberto was very welcoming and gave us some great advice on getting around, places to eat and helped us get our bearings. It was my first time in Barcelona, I loved it and will certainly be coming back. The apartment was a great base to explore this amazing city from and Roberto's willingness to help us at any hour was hugely appreciated. Couldn't recommend higher.
Jun 27, 2019What a perfect experience. We were warmly greeted, totally set up and couldn't have picked a better location to have stayed. The space was spotless, the bed is comfortable, the bedroom is quite and can be made super dark... even when the whole space is so open and bright. It was a perfect stay.

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic apartment in a great part of Barcelona which I would thoroughly recommend! Great communication following our booking and Roberto was fantastic on arrival. We were given early access as well as an evening check-out to accommodate our flight times. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and modern in a lovely traditional building. 4 of us stayed for the weekend with more than enough space for all of us. Many nice restaurants and cool bars within easy walking distance. Thank you for a great weekend.

The location is perfect (5min walking distance to the city center, 20 min to Parc Guell and 30 min to Miro Foundation) and the appartment was simply lovely! Recently renovated with a mix modernity and catalan architecture, Antonio's flat is exactly what we needed! High ceiling, lot of light through the patio, very comfortable sofa bed (if you are more than 2), exceptionally clean and convenient bathroom... And Roberto (Antonio's business partner) was very friendly and always available when needed. I will definitly stay there next time and highly recommend it!

He was very kind and generous in sharing recommendations and telling us where to eat and what to see. We stayed for three nights with our kids sleeping in the living room sofa-bed. The flat is very bright, modern and central. Close to everything and nice shopping and eating nearby. A top place! We're coming back!
Jun 27, 2019Bright, immaculate, spacious, high ceilinged apartment in the most fashionable area of Barcelona. One block from Chanel, Dior, Gucci - and Gaudi! Two minutes from subway and airport train. Large, well fitted bathroom - mind the shower, which does spray water. Modern kitchen area, plenty of storage and a really firm, comfortable bed. Quadruple glazing keeps the bedroom quiet, despite the street noise. Antonio's colleague Roberto was a pleasure to deal with - prompt, respectful and very helpful. Two superlative tapas meals at nearby La Flauta. Book this property with complete confidence.

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I recently spent 6 nights at this very nicely-appointed, conveniently located apartment in the Eixample district. Roberto was welcoming and a very responsive host. We really appreciated his directions, advice and accessibility. The apartment itself is as described online and by other reviewers - elegant interior, modern, clean, functional with a lovely and sunny breakfast terrace overlooking the street. The Ikea bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great and the kitchen had everything one might need for a short stay. We also took advantage of the Nespresso machine (purchased the coffee from the Nespresso store around the corner). Our only reservation was our own experience with street noise: The double paned doors helped to muffle the noise from traffic, however did nothing to lessen the noise from people partying loudly on the street right below the apartment. Jun 27, 2019This is a lovely, spacious, and well-appointed apartment in a very nice neighborhood -- just a short walk away from Gaudi's Casa Battló and Casa Mila. You could not ask for a more gracious and welcoming host than Roberto, the apartment manager. When checking us in, he took time to make sure we were familiar with all of the must-see sites in Barcelona, and to recommend wonderful places to eat and drink in the area. On more than one occasion, he went out of his way to assist us with reservations and other travel-related inconveniences that were really not his concern because they had nothing to do with the apartment. My wife and I really hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Had a great stay at Antonio's apartment in Barcelona. The apartment is beautiful, with high ceilings, all the original mouldings and details, but fully renovated with a modern, sophisticated feel. Location couldn't be better. Antonio's business partner Roberto met us at check-in, and sat down with us and took the time to point out the location of the apartment in regard to all the main sights, plus local amenities and restaurants , which we really appreciated. The only drawback of the apartment is on the weekend a local bar that runs til 6 am gets people contracting outside and their voices can be heard despite the thick double windows that have been installed. However, with ear plugs, we slept well, and again, it's only on the weekend. Would still return here on my next visit to Barcelona, which I hope will be soon!
Jun 27, 2019Antonio's apartment is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Barcelona. It is located in the middle of two very prominent areas - Placa Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. The metro station is close by, Diagonal, is close by. There is a small supermarket close by. My friend arrived separately by flight and Antonio arranged for a car pick up for her from the airport. It was his sister-in-law who was most helpful in sharing local information with my friend. Antonio's business partner, Roberto, was very helpful and shared local information, maps etc. He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we were leaving. The apartment is exactly the way it is in the photographs. It is stylish with high ceilings, which gives it a lot of space. There is one bedroom and a sofa cum bed in the living room so the three of us were quite comfortable. The building has a lift so don't worry about carrying those bags up the stairs! We would most definitely recommend that you stay here.
Jun 27, 2019This is a beautiful newly remodeled apartment with everything need to enjoy a comfortable stay in beautiful Barcelona. The neighborhood is great with awesome cafes and restaurants just steps away. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia , Gothic district and other key point. Also the Metro is around the corner to reach the beach or other farther places. Antonio and Roberto are great hosts. We arrived over an hour late but the patiently waited for us and explain everything about the unit and the neighborhood. Thanks!
Jun 27, 2019Antonio and Roberto were warm and most helpful hosts - both giving us lots of very helpful advice about both the apartment, moving and eating around Barcelona and transport solutions. The apartment is a beautiful fully air-conditioned period apartment which has been renovated to a very high standard of fittings and appliances. Large rooms, high ceilings, plenty of light, high leve; of security. elevator and a position midway between two of Barcelona's finest boulevards - Passeig De Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya - made it a gem to stay. Best Airbnb apartment by far on our current trip. We will be back!

He gave us a map to help us which we appreciate so much and recommended restaurants and showed us the Supermarket! The apartment was super nice! Bathroom is huge and the place clean! Antonio & Roberto were very easy to communicate with. Upon check-in Roberto made us a great map of the city that we used throughout our stay. I felt that I got alot of value for the price and would absolutely rent this listing again next time we come to Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019We were given a warm welcome and some very helpful advice regarding our visit. The apartment is just as pictured, light, spacious - with lovely high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. It is located very close to a metro station and is a direct 25 min train journey from the airport. There is even a beautiful Gaudi building practically on the doorstep - it was exactly what we were hoping for.

Roberto gave us great recommendations of places to visit and eat. The apartment is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with lots of natural light and very quiet and spacious. It is also the perfect location for getting around Barcelona. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here.

We were met by Roberto on our arrival - he was brilliant, gave us maps, recommended restaurants and was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble for either of them, so friendly and helpful. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, huge, incredible location and spotless! we honestly couldn't fault it. We had such a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone and hope to return one day. It is located just one block from the train station which is ideal. Jun 27, 2019Four of us stayed in this apartment for three nights and it was fantastic. Roberto was brilliant in welcoming us and giving us ideas of what to do and how to get around Barcelona. The apartment is large and beautiful and has an excellent central cooling system which was perfect for the hot weather we had. There is a bedroom and a large couch that opens out into a bed. The bathroom and kitchen were also excellent, and the washing machine and drying rack were very useful. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to Passeig de Gracia train station and it seemed to be in a very central spot for all of the places we wanted to visit. Roberto also allowed us to store our luggage for the afternoon as our flight was in the evening. This was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019We are a family of 4 and are very particular of where we stay. The listing is exactly as outlined. The apartment is beautiful and very centrally located in a great neighbourhood, close to all amenities. It is very clean, secure and has all the comforts of home. There is a concierge during the day who is kind and helpful. While parking is available next to the apartment, I recommend using the parking garage offered by the hosts as it is easy to drive in and out of, as well as park; it is less than a 5 minute walk away and is very secure. Prior to our stay we worked with Antonio who was always very responsive. On the day of arrival and throughout our stay we were greeted and dealt with Maribel who was lovely and very attentive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019First and foremost, my wife and i would like to say,” Bravo, to Roberto the host and the Apartment was simply magnificent! This is a truly wonderful experience. Prior to the stay we worked with the host and was really excited to meeting them as they are really very helpful. Upon reaching Barcelona airport, Rosa was at the airport and give us first hand of the warm hospitality of Catalonia people. When we reached the apartment we were greeted and attended very attentively by the host and Rosa, to ensure everything is in place and put us really at ease! Roberto was very responsive to our needs, for example when i seek help from him as of where do i get the European plug to charge my handphone and ironing board for my wife wedding gown, he responded swiftly at the door and solved our problem immediately! The apartment was truly beautiful and incredibly located in the safe and centralised neighbourhood at Barcelona. It is very clean and has all the amenities that we need. The concierge is a very kind and friendly man as well. It is also just 1 single block away from the Metro station, and the location of the apartment is so brilliant that it is actually walking distance to most of the places in Barcelona. We honesty could not fault it at all. Fantastic huge apartment and hosts. On top of that, as my wife and i reached the apartment very early in the morning where the apartment are still being clean, Antonio and Rosa sat down with us and giving us excellent ideas as of where to go in Barcelona during our stay there. My wife and i in the process not only has the most romantic wedding that we could ever imagine there in Barcelona, but also the best and unforgettable times in Barcelona. Jun 27, 2019What a great apartment to stay in Barcelona! My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and it was such a nice place to come back to after a long day out in the city. Roberto was very helpful in meeting us when we arrived and explaining to us all the information and giving us some helpful tips. He was also able to call us a cab for very early in the morning to go to the airport. Apartment was very clean and beautifully set up and designed. Situated in a very central location but still on a quiet enough street. Great experience overall!

Although he was away when we arrived, his partner, Roberto, welcomed us warmly and gave us a detailed review of the apartment location as well as places of interest around Barcelona. He also had suggestions for restaurants and other cultural and historical information. Roberto arranged for us to be picked up at the airport by his sister-in-law who was a delight herself. We liked her so much that we arranged with her to drop us off and pick us up at the railway station on our way back to Barcelona from an excursion out of town and to take us to the airport for our trip home. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was located perfectly in an active but very nice part of town with extremely easy access to multiple lines of the Metro. This made it possible for us to get around the entire city without difficulty. We felt perfectly safe everywhere. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The bathroom and kitchen were modern and well-appointed. We had access to an enclosed balcony with lots of sun. The beds were comfortable with good reading lights. There were enough shutters and doors to block out light and sound as desired. We would return with enthusiasm to this apartment for another stay.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is so beautiful! The photos almost don't do it justice. The location is really great, we were able to walk to many of the sites and could easily catch a taxi when we didn't feel like walking. The hosts were very welcoming and the communication was easy and efficient. The only potential issue is that the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows don't provide much insulation from the street noise, so my husband and I used a white noise app at night and slept like babies.

The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, spacious and homey. The hosts, Antonio and Roberto are very attentive and responsive as well. We had some issues with the hot water during the stay, but the hosts responded quickly to the problem. 5 stars to the two hosts and location, 4.5 stars to the apt itself, and 3 stars to the hot water system, there's just no enough hot water for more than two quick showers. But if the problem is fixed, don't hesitate to book this one.

Gaf ons zijn telefoonnummer dat we altijd mochten bellen. We hebben het verschillende malen laten schoonmaken, kregen dan ook nieuwe lakens + handdoeken.

Antonio wasn't available but his partner Roberto was there to greet us at the apartment, he was very nice and even gave us a map and tips on places to go around the area. Their office is directly across from the apartment so Roberto let us store our luggage while they cleaned our room. The location is also excellent and pretty much in the center of everything and in walking distance to most places. Overall, I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend Antonio's apartment.

The location is very central and close walking distance to multiple metro stops. Antonio's friend, Roberto, was very helpful in providing a map and explaining all the metro lines when I arrived. I would definitely stay in Antonio's apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Barcelona!

Antonio and his partner Roberto were great hosts and arranged transport from the hotel for us including a carseat for my child. The apartment is immaculate, clean, stylish and exceptionally located. This neighborhood is really central and annoyingly touristy. Tons of local families strolling around and amazing restaurants. I would stay here again or in any other of Antonio's listings without hesitation.

El departamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy lindo y espacioso. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de estaciones de metro y bus. Si bien se trata de una zona con mucho movimiento, dentro del departamento resulta silencioso ya que cuenta con ventanas dobles. Definitivamente recomendable!

Brief us on the location and whereabouts of supermarket, metro and attractions etc. The house is a wonderful place, noises were not a problem for us, the beds and amenities in the house is suffice for our short stay in Barcelona. The metro is only a short walk away, roughly 5 minutes. There's also plenty of restaurants around the apartment. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking at his place.

Jun 27, 2019This is a gem of an apartment. It is perfectly located to easily get to all the main sites of interest. Antonio and his business partner Roberto could not have made us more welcome. We were met at the apartment following a series of text and email message to make sure we knew where we were going. The apartment is brilliant. Very clean and well appointed with large rooms high ceilings and many period features. Very quite air conditioning makes the temperature perfect. We spent 3 nights in Barcelona to celebrate a birthday. Its a wonderful city and this apartment was the perfect base and represented excellent value for money. I highly recommend it

The bathroom was great with a combination rain and hand held shower. The kitchen was handy, and lounge and bedroom very comfortable. There were double glazed windows and shutters to keep street noise (everywhere in the city) to a minimum and the room nice and dark. A very enjoyable stay.

Windows are double glazed so street noise is reduced and it was nice to have breakfast in the sunshine of the bay window. Also good to wash clothes. Comprehensive briefing from hosts on arrival on the apartment and how to get to major attractions. Highly recommended!

Bed super comfortable and the sofa bed big enough for my two sons to share. Maybe a bit more toilet paper and some soap / milk on arrival would enhance, but overall wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The apartment itself was rather clean, and looks like the photos. Everything was furnished to a high standard, and we had a very pleasant stay. The towels and beds were great, and we had a good rest each night. The location is superb, just off Passeig de Gracia. I would definitely recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019Beautiful apartment, very spacious, well appointed kitchen, clean restroom, nice linens, lovely sun room, very secure and in the heart of the city. Just a few minutes walking to get to shopping, restaurants, and the Metro. Nice welcome to the apartment and an easy exit when leaving. There is a bit of noise from the street as other renters mentioned but the unit is in the heart of the city, its just traffic. If you close the windows and the shutters in the bedroom it is not a problem. The location of this unit is great. This is just such a pretty apartment there were times we just wanted to stay in and relax on the comfy couch.

We loved every minute from being greeted as we stepped out of our taxi from the airport to being farewelled as we stepped into our taxi to the airport (pre-booked by our hosts). Antonio was away on his honeymoon so Maribel & Roberto were our hosts: they were marvellous and very helpful. We tried every suggested cafe and restaurant and were not disappointed. We cannot recommend Antinio's apartment more highly.
Jun 27, 2019We loved staying at Antonio's. The location is in an upscale, trendy neighborhood with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing within walking distance. The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom (plus living room), very clean and modern. It even has a washer machine to wash your clothes which is helpful for a longer trip. We also enjoyed the sunroom for a glass of wine before we went to dinner. I'd definitely recommend this place for a couple or single person traveling.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment at the centre of Barcelona was beautiful and spotless, exactly as the photos showed and what we were looking for. We were only here for one night which everyone said was a shame, as it was perfectly located as well. The bathroom was beautiful and beds (including sofa bed) were comfortable. Antonio's business partner Roberto was very very helpful, and was waiting for us in front of the apartment when we arrived. He even recommended the restaurant Cervecería Catalana around the corner where we ended up going three times over two days as it was so good! Would definitely stay here again when we visit next time.

The location is excellent. You can walk everywhere or take the metro. When I come back to Barcelona I would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019We were really satisfied with the Antonio's awesome accommodation in Spain for our honeymoon. His partner, Roberto and other friend helped us to get there easily and they are punctual, communication were perfect. It was modern, spacious and clean. The rooms status was the exactly same as his explanation with photos. Bed was very comfortable! Also, the location was one of the best strengths of this apartment. It only takes 10 mins to get plaza de Catalunya on foot and you can see Gaudi's casa batllo everyday once you start to walk through the street. Roberto est très sympathique et sait bien indiquer les endroits important de la ville et est très présent en cas de besoin !
Jun 27, 2019This Airbnb was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. It was in a great location, in the center of the city. Everything was in walking distance and it was easy to get to all the restaurants/bars and popular attractions without any difficulty. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped and just absolutely beautiful and perfect. Antonio's business partner Roberto was there to greet us and was extremely helpful and gave us maps and tips and recommendations for our stay there. Would highly recommend!!

Very safe and secure (three doors + door man) everything you would ever need to move straight in. The location is great, and our host was very kind to sit down with us and go through the must-do's in Barcelona, and where he recommended us to eat. We will be back here in a heart-beat.

Well located for the metro and walking to the plaza Catalunya takes 10 mins. The bed was extremely comfy and huge, and the apartment is very secure. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was a fantastic location to see the sights and bar hop in the evening. The hosts were really flexible with our check out and helping us out by storing our luggage. Great advice in nearby bars too, a must is the la catalana for the most delicious tapas and atmosphere.
Jun 27, 2019Antonio and Roberto were the perfect hosts; very fast to respond to all our queries and endlessly generous and kind. After a disastrous, diverted flight they very kindly stayed up to welcome us at a stupid hour of the morning and were total gentlemen about the whole thing! Their property is beautiful and in a great location. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy and the apartment is beautifully decorated. It is very close to many 'must see' tourist attractions but also has great local places to enjoy authentic Catalan food and the atmosphere of the city. We highly recommend this apartment and our hosts!

Antonio and Roberto's place is exactly as described and right next to the major street Passeig de gracia in Barcelona and within walking distance of many major sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen is fully stocked and the flat also includes a washing which was nice. For coffee drinkers, there is a nespresso maker in the apt and a nespresso shop a few blocks down where you can buy a sleeve for 4 euro. Very centrally located, and Roberto gives excellent food recommendations. You won't regret staying here!
Jun 27, 2019I am so in love with this apartment, the interior is amazing the floor the walls just everything! You have enough space it is clean and you just feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is great, everything you need is in walking distance and if not you can easily take the public transports to all spots. Antonio was not in BCN when we stayed there but we were in close contact before our trip. Roberto his business partner was very helpful with his advices during our stay. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Jun 27, 2019Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt und wurden sehr nett empfangen.Wir waren schon sehr früh angekommen und mussten nur 1/2Std. warten, bis dass die Wohnung fertig war! Bei einem Cortado in einem der vielen Café 's in der Nähe kein Problem Wir kamen dann in eine super schöne Wohnung mit einer toll funktionierenden Klimaanlage! Ein Rückzugsort für die heißen Mittagsstunden! Die Lage war perfekt für Sightseeing und Shopping !!! Zu unsere Überraschung durften wir am Abreisetag die Wohnung noch nutzen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

The location was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet and dark for sleeping. As well, the bathroom was beautiful! Antonio's colleague met us upon arrival and was friendly, helpful and available if we needed anything. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

It is very clean, very good value for its price. Additionally communication went very smoothly with Antonio. There are several top review restaurants nearby as well, we really enjoyed our stay. If we comeback, we definitely going to chose this place again!

The location cannot be beat, it was central and walkable to all the city's hotspots and transit. We found the apartment to be beautiful, serene and luxurious. We were really grateful for the tapas place suggestion -it was wonderful and just round the corner. There are plenty of really good places for breakfast nearby and taxis everywhere so no need to book one. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Jun 27, 2019What a wonderful Airbnb experience! Antonio and Roberto were super responsive and upon landing in Barcelona Roberto was really great at coordinating with us. The location couldn't be more perfect. My friend and I loved being able to walk and shop around the neighborhood but if we wanted to go to another area of Barcelona, many bus stops and metro stops were around us. The apartment building is currently under construction so there was loud noise all day but it wasn't an issue at all in the early morning and late at night (we were out during the day anyway!). I have told all my friends when they visit they need to stay here. Will definitely stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019My wife and I stayed at Antonio’s apartment for two nights. I’m not going to write any fluff, just going to give you the facts. First of all the location is ideal, some of the best restaurants and shopping are in this neighbourhood; it has a really good vibe, it’s safe and it’s in between Rambla de Catalunya and Gracia streets, what more can you ask for? and around the corner is Casa Batllo Gaudi . I will be recommending this apartment to friends. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb and (Hidden by Airbnb) . I can’t put my finger on it but there was something about this location that made it special!

The apartment is a 5’ walk to the metro and only a few stops from many of the main tourist attractions. As a host, Antonio was quick to respond and gave some great recommendations to ensure that we had a an amazing time and experienced the authentic side of Cataluna. Both myself and my wife (who has extremely high standards, would definitely stay there again).

The building was undergoing some renovations so the elevator was not working but the appartment itself was spacious and clean . It is in a lovely modernista building and will be lovely when renovations are completed. I can recommend highly to other potential guests.

Antonio's business partner, Roberto, meet us at the apartment and provided fantastic local knowledge as to the restaurant's in the area, transport options and a update on the situation as there where strikes going on. The communication was fantastic for the entire time of our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are travelling to Barcelona. Beautifully styled and spotless clean.

Its also near the Passeig Gracia subway station which can give u access to almost anywhere. Its also near Batillo Musuem which is also a stop of the hop off hop on bus both blue and red line. Check in was easy. We were late though bet they waited for us. Thank you for such a great stay!

Jun 27, 2019What a pleasant surprise to find such wonderful hospitality in Barcelona. The apartment was really fantastic, luxurious and very clean (smelled amazing). The location is the best (20 seconds walk to either Paseo De Gracia or the Ramblas. Building entrance was very easy. Our check-in process was excellent. We were met by Roberto, (Antonio's colleague) at the entrance of the building. He was very professional, attentive and courteous. Explained everything in detail. We had a few questions during our stay and Roberto was always on point and responded quickly. Pictures of the apartment are true to form and we felt that many aspects of the apartment, exceeded our expectations in many ways. All in all, we would stay with this host in any of their apartments. To us, the whole experience felt like home away from home. Thank you so much for making it special.

Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed Antonio’s place very much. The location was perfect to get around either by foot or the public transportation system. The place was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We felt extremely safe in this building as well. The ornate features are incredible in the apartment and keeps character to the old building features absolutely beautiful. My only complaint is that the street noice is loud while trying to sleep. If you are a light sleeper like us bring earplugs. But any big city in the middle of all the cool stuff is noisy.
