Even tho we didn't get a chance to meet with Sean, he was very helpful whenever we had any questions. Definitely would love to come back!

Jun 27, 2019Great little studio in waikiki. Next to Waikiki Brewing Company which is great for beers and food. Walk to the beach is about 15 minutes but very easy. Nice place, clean and nice.
Jun 27, 2019Loved this studio in Waikiki! Sean's place has been renovated and is modern, clean and perfect for two people. The building itself feels a bit run down but it was great to step into such an awesome apartment with great views. Parking is available in the building for $25 per day (cash only). Two beach towels are provided. Sean was super responsive and can't thank him enough for making check-in and out very very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's perfect for 2 people. The room is really beautiful and the view is great. As a different reviewer stated the hotel/condo complex itself is a bit run down, but once you enter the room, you forget about the rest. The room is so nicely decorated and the view is the best. I wouldn't even worry about the rest. There are plenty of places to eat nearby that you could walk to. There are also a few eateries on the lobby level. There is a place called "burger and sushi" that I suggest you go to if you're looking for a really quick bite. There is also a nice brunch spot downstairs. Sean was easy to communicate with and did a great job hosting us. When we first came in our key card wasn't working, but we called Sean and he quickly dealt with it. All in all, it's a great place, not too far or too close to all the touristy things in Waikiki!
Jun 27, 2019Awesome room, just enough for the two of us. Had a hard time leaving the view. The complex had great places to eat, and we were able to get good use out of the hot tub and pool. Perfect place to unwind or just stay in and enjoy. We're hoping we'll be back soon! Thanks again for everything, Sean!

Jun 27, 2019The studio was just as pictured. Very clean and simple. Great view, good AC, and comfortable bed. Sean was flexible with our schedule, which was extremely helpful. It was 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, and there are markets nearby to grab some groceries. Overall a great rental and host.
Jun 27, 2019Great location if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, we were able to walk about 15 mins and be in the centre of everything which was cool. The apartment is quite small and basic. It has been renovated and looks exactly as the pictures show.

It is clean, modern, safe & the location was perfect for us as most places we wanted to visit/see/check out, were all within walking distance. Sean is an awesome host - great & efficient communication. Also helped us check in earlier than normal due to arriving at 6.30am - we were very appreciative of this! Jun 27, 2019The studio was perfectly located within walking distance of all major shopping, nightlife, and the beach. Sean's place was just as pictured, spacious yet a cozy home warmth to it. With a backdrop of Diamond head for sunrise, waikiki beach during the day, and a great view of city lights in the evening. We had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal, which made everything feel more like home. This space was perfect. Sean was a great host and was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended if you are visiting or just want a getaway in town for a few days as we did.
Jun 27, 2019Sean was a great host. The studio isn't big but it is modern and minimalistic, has everything you need and enough space to be comfortable. I really liked that the shower was a stand up and not in a tub.
Jun 27, 2019My younger sister and I recently travelled to Hawaii for the first time and had the pleasure of staying at Sean's place. Sean was very accommodating to us (even organising a slightly early check in for us given our 6am arrival!) The apartment is in a great spot - walking distance to both Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana. It's a little further back from the beach which ended up being fantastic for us because you're just outside of the chaos but close enough to stroll to the beach/bars/restaurants. Will definitely stay again on future visits!

Jun 27, 2019The appartment was a great place to stay at, very clean and the whole building is very secure as only registered guests get access. The view you have Out of your window is amazing, you can see the sea, the City and diamonds Head.everything you Need is very close by, ie shops, restaurants , laundry (inside building) , shopping. We had a rental car With which all the beautiful spots can be reached within half an our. Sean was a Great host enabling us to have the best Time in beautiful Hawaii. Jun 27, 2019Place was very accommodating, location is great, Sean was also very good in communications. The unit included basically everything we needed which is amazing. The downsides are that the washer and dryer is on a different floor and requires coins, the AC is also noisy when on energy saving mode, changing it to cool mode keeps it on so we recommend that for overnight. Overall a great unit and would recommend to anyone.

I was here for a conference and it is walking distance to the convention center, as well as walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach in Waikiki. The condo was clean with all the necessary amenities, and has a great view (from the 29th floor)! I would highly recommend anyone to stay Sean's place.

View was great, I was able to see the ocean and mountains from the high-floor view. All the necessary amenities were provided. There was even water and coffee in the room. i would highly recommend Sean's place to family and friends. On my next visit to Hawaii, I will be booking again with Sean.
Jun 27, 2019숙소를 들어갈 수 있는 방법은 딱 이틀전에만 알려줍니다. 몇박을 하던 타올은 한사람당 빅사이즈 타올 한개만 제공되어 말려서 사용해야합니다. 침구에서 대체적으로 깨끗하지만 덮는 이불에 먼지가 굉장히 많이 붙어있습니다. 거리는 와이키키에 걸어갈 만한 위치이며 야경이 좋습니다. 더버스 정류장은 생각보다 가깝지 않습니다.

Jun 27, 2019Location, location, location. This is a great value for the location. By stay here, you are within walking distance to all the key areas within Waikiki. A plus - the view from Sean's unit was stunning. The building offers parking at $25 a day (a bit steep, but understandable), and we never had an issue with finding a spot. It was also very easy to navigate to. My only recommendation is to pack a pillow and toiletries. To be expected, there were no toiletries in the unit; I was happy to have packed my own. In addition the bed pillows were thin and felt like a low-cost Ikea brand. If you have any preferences on the way you like to sleep, I suggest packing your own pillow. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for the traveler looking for a great location to cost/value ratio. Thanks for letting us get the most of the stay in Honolulu!
Jun 27, 2019Absolutely loved Sean's place. The apartment was very close to the Honolulu conference center (the reason for my visit), but also close to the beach and downtown Waikiki. The view is amazing! The apartment was very clean/well-decorated, and Sean was very quick to answer any of my questions. Beach towels were also provided, which I thought was very considerate.

Everything is in walking distance (e.g. Waikiki Beach ~15min.) Sean was very communicative and friendly. Onsite parking is expensive but i never had an issue finding a spot along the Ala Wai Canal. I would definitely stay again on future visits and recommend Sean and this apartment to anyone. Mahalo!
Jun 27, 2019The unit is close to everything. Eveything is clean and decorated with taste. Kitchen is equiped with the minimal cooking tools but has enough to cook with. Sean was kind enough to accomodate us with a let checkout. Communication with him was really easy!

Jun 27, 2019This is a great comfortable and cozy place to stay for couples or individual travelers. The place is nicely remodeled, bright, clean and has a beautiful view of the canal and the ocean. It also has all the usual appliances, accessories and utensils for cooking, eating, showering, towels for the beach, etc. Wifi and cable is provided. Check in and check out is super easy. Jun 27, 2019Sean's place was perfect for my trip to Oahu! As others have mentioned the building is a bit outdated but the unit itself is newly remodeled and feels clean and modern. Building was safe. The space is small and the bed is a full which is perfect for 1 person, maybe 2. Parking is $25. Check in was simple, and communication with Sean was quick and easy. Location is perfect if you want to explore Waikiki as well as the rest of Oahu. Room has beautiful views of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach. I would definitely recommend Sean's place for anyone traveling to Oahu on a budget. I know I will be back!

It was very nice, clean, conveniently close to the places we wanted to get around in Waikiki & Ala Moana Center, and the perfect amount of space for two! Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay. The place is updated, clean and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. TV has Netflix and radio. The view is amazing, especially at night. The window being open the place is breezy and never hot, so we end up turning off the conditioner. There are buzy streets below, so traffic buzz is unavoidable, still nothing extra, easy to get used to. Lots of good places to eat and close to the beach. The walk to the beach is short and nice as you can walk through Hilton Hawaiian Village with ponds and waterfalls. The host is great and responsive. We would most definitely stay again.

Walking distance from the Waikiki strip and beach. Communication came easy with Sean and didn't need much help getting in/out of the room. Would definitely stay again!

Jun 27, 2019Great location. Apartment was clean and tidy and was perfect for what we were after. Short walk to the start of the main strip (5 minutes) and short walk to the beach (5-10 minutes). Would definitely stay here again. Sean was great, very responsive and easy to talk to, which made staying in Waikiki a lot easier.

Jun 27, 2019Sean's place was great! Such an incredible view both up the canal towards diamond head and over to the ocean at Waikiki. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Waikiki, also had air con, and great facilities (bathroom, TV, kitchen, oven/stove, microwave), Netflix was also a huge bonus. Such a cute little unit and a great view, would stay here again.

No top sheet (Sean dropped one off once requested) AC was loud and blasts at your head when sleeping if you have it on, which is needed due to the heat. Host was a good communicator initially, but not after I had to leave unexpectedly.

Cosy place and also the location, you can walk to Waikiki Beach in less than 10min and also Ala Moana Centre! Sean was a great host and responding quickly my messages. Would definitely stay here again. Something I didn't espected was the beach towels, I forgot completally to bring mine and I was thinking to buy one and he had two there already. 100% I recommend Sean's place.
Jun 27, 2019Place was as advertised. Easy access and very central to everything, restaurants and shopping area. Only negatives - Staffers in the building are not pleasant and at times rude. The A/C unit is loud for those light sleepers, and water pressure in the shower was weak on the last two days of our stay. Wish we had more than two towels for bathing and beach . Albeit, building did have washer/dryer however do need to pay for it. During our stay, building at water system maintenance so they shut off the water. Apparently this is once a month. We were out and about so it didn't impact us. Other than issues noted, good location.

It is close to restaurants, the beach, and convenient stores. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The view from the room is amazing too! This was our first Airbnb and it was an amazing experience!

The only down fall of our stay was the other guests staying around us, as we had a bit of noise a few nights. All and all Sean was a great communicator and we had an awesome time!

Jun 27, 2019I really loved the location. You look out the window at night and your surrounded by lights. Waikiki beach is just walking distance away. Sean gave us very clear instructions for check in which made it a breeze to get to the room. We only stayed in our room when we were sleeping since we were always out and about but it was a very great place. Highly recommend it!

It was easy for parking since it was within the building - worth the $25 bucks since we didn’t have to uber anywhere unless we went out of Waikiki!

Jun 27, 2019You can use Netflix. And laundry is 5th floor. Shower water strength can not control. Its weak to us. And we got 2 body towet for 3 days. And 2 beach towel. Location is good to rent car. Air conditioner sound is little loud. But its good condition.
Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed the central location of this property. There is a good coffee and breakfast sandwich (crossiant, streaky bacon, eggs and cheese) bakery in the lobby. The Seven Eleven is next door. Loved the views from the property. The Air con is loud but we were grateful for having it :). Netflix was a great addition. We did nightly strolls along the Waikiki strip. It is about a 15 min walk. Ala Moana Mall is closeby. The property is good value.
Jun 27, 2019Notre séjour de 4 jours dans le studio de Sean était super. Il est propre et très bien localisé dans le quartier de Waikiki. Il se trouve à environ 15 minutes de marche de la plage de Waikiki et est entouré d'une multitude de restaurants et de boutiques pour tous les goûts. On a même une très belle vue sur la ville et on peut même voir l'océan à partir de la chambre du 29e étage. La communication avec Sean était facile. Pour les 2 derniers jours, nous avons loué une voiture pour visiter un peu plus le reste de l'île. Nous aurions pu prendre le stationnement à 25$/jour, parce que ça n'est vraiment pas facile de stationner dans Waikiki, mais nous avons choisi de stationner un peu plus loin et nous trouvions des stationnements, avec un peu de difficulté, dans un rayon de 1,5km. La seule chose que nous pourrions reprocher, c'est que la description de l'appartement disait qu'il y avait une cuisine pour se faire à manger, ce qui est vrai, mais nous n'avions pas vu dans la description qu'il n'y avait pas de grille-pain et de machine à café, alors que, selon moi, une cuisine fonctionnelle devrait avoir ces éléments à la base. Il y a tout de même une pâtisserie, qui sert aussi du café, dans l'immeuble... ça dépanne. Malgré ce petit détail, je recommande le studio de Sean, parce que c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix dans Waikiki.
Jun 27, 2019The room was the perfect size for just my wife and I, perfect for any couple looking to explore. It didn’t have much in the room other than WiFi and a television which is all we needed for the minimum time we stayed in the room each day as we explored the trails and the entertainment around. The room was clean and had everything we needed, Sean thought about everything, would gladly stay there again

Jun 27, 2019Loved this studio apartment. Perfect size for 2 people. The bed is full size and there is no couch. What you see is what you get. Sean kept in contact when necessary and was prompt to respond. Waikiki was a busy beautiful city and Sean’s place is close to all. Definitely recommended! We’ll be back soon! Mahalo :)

Jun 27, 2019We did not enjoy our stay here and I would not recommend this place. Good: clean, bed was comfy, location is close to beach and other popular areas downtown, AC worked well, nice pool and hut tub Bad: shower did not work and I had to fix it for it to run properly upon our arrival, shower curtain rod will fall down during your shower, they give you a broom but no dust pan? No oven mit! No baking pan! No toaster?! Are you kidding!? Smallest frying pan possible provided (big enough for 3 eggs), AC VERY loud beside bed, many police calls in the area, no beach gear provided, building was old and smelly (compared to other places in the area), only 2 pillows provided, not enough towels
Jun 27, 2019We loved this place for the price! The location was great and in the middle of everything. The only issue we had was the parking for $25 a day and the loud AC right next to the bed but I believe that comes with almost any unit you’ll rent since it’s so hot in Hawaii. The hosts were fairly quick on their responses and very kind. Loved having a microwave and a refrigerator for the nights we cooked in or needed to keep something cool. Wayyyy better than a hotel!!!

Jun 27, 2019Although Hawaiian Monarchs itself is not a best place to stay compare to the other hotels, this room is cute and clean with beautiful Ocean View and Mountain View. I enjoyed staying this room and it was easy to go to the Waikiki by walk and easy to go to Ala Moana by bus. Thank you so much.
Jun 27, 2019Sean’s place was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures portrayed the place to be. Although the AC was loud, it worked splendidly and the room was wonderful to come back to. There were even drinks in the fridge for us and the shampoo, conditioner, and the body wash was provided. There were 2 shower towels and 2 beach towels and the water pressure on the shower was fine. Thank you for a great stay!!

The apartment is very comfortable and located in a great spot within walkable distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Sean and Jennifer were also very proactive in providing all of the information I would need to get the most out of my stay in their studio apartment. Jun 27, 2019This listing was outstanding and the location couldn't be anymore perfect. The waikiki strip and beach were just a 8 min walk and ala moana mall is just a a quick uber away also. Definitely recommend this listing. The hosts were also amazing and response to our messages quickly.
Jun 27, 2019This condo was great value. The location was perfect for us, 10 min walk to both the beach at Fort DeRussy end, and Ala Moana for shopping. Buses to Pearl Harbour and elsewhere were really close too. Plenty of choices for dinner within a mile walk and a decent size pool on level 6. Overall, this was value for money and suited us. Good coffee down in the lobby too, which we found on the last day!

Jun 27, 2019Seans place was just as in the pictures. Also clean and very stylish. I enjoyed the view out of the windows and the close proximity to food and stores. Be careful about parking, a lot of tow zones and not a lot of street parking. This building has paid 24hr parking for hotel guests. But it can add up in price. Will be back.
Jun 27, 2019Excellent view of everything Waikiki has to offer. Great walking location to downtown and has an awesome restaurant and bakery downstairs. Parking is gated $25/24-hours or free parking on the street 6pm-6am (no parking any other time).

Jun 27, 2019Room was OK but very minimal. What you see is what you get. The cleaning and the location were great! The noise is an issue in this house as one apartment is basically divided in 2. The result was to hear everything the neighbors were doing.
Jun 27, 2019Very clean and cute studio. We had everything we needed for our 2 days stay. Check in and check out went off very quick and easy with the lockbox in the lower lobby. We had a great stay there and the location was good to reach great restaurants in Waikiki and the beach.

Jun 27, 2019Sean's place was in the perfect location! We really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful Waikiki skyline every morning and walking to downtown was really easy. The location of the apartment was also not far from the airport as well as North Shore and Kailua. The apartment itself was very clean, thoroughly stocked, and the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Honolulu and looking to stay close to the action, but not too far from the countryside. Thank you again!

Jun 27, 2019Aloha, This condo was perfect for what we needed for a short stay in Waikiki for a dental convention. It was a 5-10 min walk over the canal to the convention center which was perfect and a bit longer walk to the beach or a cheap Uber there when we got tired of walking. Very simple condo, but got the job done for 2 people that planned to be on the go more than hanging out in our room the whole trip. There’s a refrigerator, microwave and stove if needed too. Would recommend this condo! Mahalo!

Jun 27, 2019The room looks very cute and was nicely decorated, also the view was perfect. The room included everything we needed and a lot of storage room. The kitchen includes basic supplies to cook small meals but the pots and pans are quite small, also there was no coffee maker, but downstairs is a cafe, where you can get coffee and pastry, and some other places to eat. The check-in procedure and parking is very well organised. The location is good, although ca 10-15 minutes walk from the main shopping center and beach. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the walk.

Jun 27, 2019I would rate this 5/5 for its cleanliness, comfort, and safe environment. It is a cute, small studio perfect for two. If you want to explore Waikiki everything is walking distance and the food downstairs is delicious. The apt provided us with beautiful sunrises every morning and we had an absolute blast. If you’re looking for an affordable, safe, and close place to the main strip of Waikiki I would recommend here. We also parked a car downstairs for a reasonable amount a day and the communication between the owners was always quick & informational. Mahalo, we’ll be back!
Jun 27, 2019Lovely clean, compact apartment which is close to amenities like the laundromat and bus stops. About 15-20 mins walk to waikiki and the Ala Moana centre. Excellent views and Taco Bell is only 6 minutes away!
Jun 27, 2019Great location. I really enjoyed my stay, and the view is amazing. The only downsides I can think of are that building is a bit run down and the elevators sometimes take a looong time to arrive. But you're on vacation, right? So no rush. The pool area is nice, with a big pool and lots of space. The apartment itself is in good shape, and I need to reiterate that the view is truly fantastic!

I was able to walk to a few places for food during my stay since it’s in Waikiki which there were a lot of options near by. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was very clean. You get a beautiful city, lake and ocean view from the apartment! Jenn was very helpful and quick with responses when I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jenn & Sean!
Jun 27, 2019Great location, amazing view, snorkel equipment + beach towels made a huge difference too. Only one drawback- it is impossible to sleep in if you need a dark room, the curtains do not block the light at all.
