Across the street from the Villas is The Shops at Wailea where you will find luxury shopping and fine dining as well as the luxury hotel properties linked by a beach walk.

Both bedrooms are very large and private as they are located on opposite ends of the condo, linked in the center by the kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bath with double sinks. Each bedroom contains large double mirrored closets for hanging clothes, shelving for folded clothes and a dresser. The living room furniture has been upgraded with down fill for comfort.

The condo is located in Wailea, a master planned community, which means all green areas and roadways are meticulously kept and high rise/dense buildings are not allowed. Maui's 5 world class beaches are located in our neighborhood, with free beach parking, all within a few minutes drive of the condo in both directions north and south. The closest beach to the condo is Ulua/Mokapu beaches which are a 15 min walk across the street. There is also fine dining, shopping and a grocery store within a 10 min walk across the street at The Shops at Wailea.

I check in with all guests within 24 hours of their arrival via email to inquire if the condo was properly cleaned and prepared for their arrival and to ensure they arrived safely. We are able to offer complete guest satisfaction as housekeeping will come back out and remedy any cleaning issue that does not meet expectations.

The island and area is serviced by Uber and also a local open air shuttle service, Turtle Tracks

Guests are able to access the entire interior and lanai space on one level. There is one locked closet in the master bathroom for housekeeping service items.
