Excellent spot in the heart of Mongkok. Very clean quiet and restful considering the neighborhood is alive and vibrant. You won't find better value for this area.
Jun 27, 2019숙소 찾기가 좀 어려웠네요. 주변상가 분들도 잘 몰라서 한참 찾아서 겨우 도착했네요. 실내시설은 사진과 동일했고 깔끔했습니다. 공간이 좀 협소해서 잠만 자는 정도로 사용하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 지리적 위치나 청결도 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is clean and in a great and vibrant location in Hong Kong (Kowloon) - we think it was good value for money. It is small so its perhaps not for 2 people for a long stay and the mattress and pillows are not very comfortable for extended periods. We had an amazing time in HK and the room's location was perfect for seeing everything.
Jun 27, 2019The room is great! It's small but definitely comfortable and sufficient, with enough storage space for clothes, luggage, and shopping bags. The location is hard to find, but once you found it, it's a great spot! It's right in the middle of shopping, and very near to the MTR station. Jimmy's a great host - he's helpful with information, and thoughtful as well. Highly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019Location was really convenient and really easy to locate from Mongkok MTR Exit E2. You can basically get all the necessities you need nearby, and ladies' market is just a few minutes walk away, so so so convenient! However, do note that the space is rather small but definitely comfortable! The building itself is also very safe as we noticed that there are many security cameras around. And the hosts are very helpful as well!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Jimmy's place for 4 nights in July and thoroughly enjoyed his place. After exploring Hong Kong we realized that the location of the guesthouse is in the perfect location for exploring the city. You step outside and you are immediately in the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. The metro station is literally a 2 min. Walk away and Jimmy gave us excellent directions on how to get to his place from the airport. The rooms are tiny but that is to expect in Hong Kong. Also, a change of towels would have been nice! Great stay!
Jun 27, 2019Clean room with a great location - it's small but functional. I never met Jimmy but the staff was quite accommodating. Upon arrival I was switched rooms, because of a mix up in bookings, but it turned out to be no problem at all. I'd stay again.

Jun 27, 2019This is my repeated stay at the same place which I find it to be very conveniently located and surrounded with plenty of good food, The room is clean as published and equipped with basic necessities. Strongly recommended to those who is looking for a decent place.

Jun 27, 2019My stay was Jimmy was absolutely great. The place was easy to find, the apartment was clean and as I stayed for over a month, the cleaning lady would also clean it and change sheets. Whenever I had a question, Jimmy was fast to respond, and did everything he could to help out. There was some construction going on, but at the end of my stay they seem to have moved further up/other side of the building so the noise was not am issue anymore. The place is also close to the mtr (a few minutes) and it's so easy to get around. Would definitely stay a second time.

Jun 27, 2019The room is very well located in a vibrant area with perfect infrastructure. The room is extremely small, even smaller than the pictures tell. So is the bed: if you are taller than 1,75m head and feet will touch the walls, in our case just the feet did ;-) The space to put your feets on the ground is about 30cm x 1,50. The room was clean enough to be fine. Check in worked very well, even after midnight. Thanks Jimmy!

Jun 27, 2019The place is exactly like what it was descried. The room is clean and quiet. The size is small but this is as I expected for Hong Kong. The only drawback was the renovation for the outer wall of the building, they put a net cover the whole building from the roof to the ground, so we can't open the window. But this is temporary, once the renovation complete, the window can be open. The location is perfect, super convenience, one block away from MTR and one block to numbers of Kowloon and cross harbor buses. Women Street, Sneaker Street, SaSa, BonJour just right next doors. I would recommend to anyone who which to come to Hong Kong for shopping and foods.
Jul 27, 2019The room is small but has everything you need. The location is the best part of this apartment, right in the middle of Mong Kok and with MTR just a few meters away. We didnt hear any noise at night and slept very well. We never met Jimmy but the communication was always very good. A point to improve could be the cleaning of the room that in our opinion wasnt perfect.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Jimmy's place for 3 days. The place is small but comfy and clean. Location is in the center of Mongkok so it is the ideal place for people who love shopping and enjoy great authentic cantonese food. It is a great place to stay. I would stay there again :)

Jun 27, 2019Loved staying at Jimmy's place. The building feels very safe and the area is very centrally located; easy to get around. It was originally quite hard to find it, but in the end we found it easily. Checking in and out was very easy. Jimmy provided us with all info necessary!
Jun 27, 2019The place is indeed very near to Ladies Market, just a few steps away. We initially got lost going to Jimmy's place as we didn't receive the map. Sharon/Ben provided the map and pictures when we notified them that we're lost. You can get exact instructions using (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps -- just search for Yuen King building (between Shantung and Sai Yeung Choi Street). Towels and toiletries are provided. However, if you're a big person, it is recommended to bring your own. The room is small but clean. Hot shower is also available. Bathroom is small also but accurate as shown in the pictures. Wifi is fast and air-conditioning unit is cold. The place is conveniently located in the center of Mong Kok -- near to a lot of streets/exits. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would choose Jimmy's place again.

Although, we had some trouble finding the place (pictures of nearby venues would be helpful), it had everything we needed during our stay. Very central and close to MTR and A21 bus to/from airport. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was small, but equipped with all the necessities (hair dryer, towels, hangers). There was plenty of storage space under the bed for our suitcases and shoes, which was a big plus. Private bathroom. A/C worked great. Comfy bed. Would stay again!
Jun 27, 2019地理位置十分方便,好干净,订房回复好快｡但房间比较细,不过系寸金迟土噶香港,可以理解!房间都听唔到隔离噶声音,反而隔离房开水龙头噶时候声音好大,一早就比隔离水喉声嘈醒｡总噶黎讲,性价比好高,下次仲会考虑入住!

Jun 27, 2019Jimmy's place is in a good location and very convenient to the MTR. Jimmy was very helpful and responsive in all communications and the room was as advertised. HK rooms in general are small but it is adequate for a single traveler. I would recommend staying here for the location, value, and because Jimmy is a great host!

Jun 27, 2019We stayed more than a month. The room is very small but clean and confortable for few nights and short stay. The bed and the bathroom are a little bit too small especially if you're a big person. The room isn't fit for long stays. We had some difficulties to find the room at first. Mong-Kok is a very lively and the most crowded place in Hong-Kong, it could be noisy and hard to find your way at the beguinning.
Jun 27, 2019It's a very nice flat for a very good price. I stayed there at the end of the year and it was getting cold in Hong Kong (probably around 10 degrees Celsius in the night) and the flat was still warm even though the air con doesn't have heating option (many aircons in HK don't have it). The bed was very comfortable for me (I like to have a hard mattress - and again, many beds in HK are like that) even though the bed is not very tall (i'm 183cm tall and I could feel the end of the bed). Jimmy is a great host, very quick communication. There is a big washing machine there and basic kitchenette tools to cook like induction cooker. I would stay in that place again.
