I am looking to rent my luxurious and spacious (1000sq. feet), two bedroom apartment in Nolita, a very high-end and luxurious neighborhood in New York City, steps away from Soho. The area is one of New York's most desirable locations and is filled with shops, restaurants, art galleries and museums. It is in walking distance of Little Italy, Chinatown, Greenwich Village and The Lower East Side. It is also close to many subways and a short taxi ride way to Times Square and Central Park. The apartment is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. It also has wireless internet connection, a 47" Plasma HDTV with cable, exposed brick, wood floors, skylights, etc., along with a beautiful outdoor garden area. It is also equipped with every amenity one could need in the kitchen and/or home. Its really a find for the city and is just a beautiful place. Allison was organized, responsive and a wonderful host. Her apartment is in a fabulous neighborhood steps away from great restaurants and boutiques so we were never at a loss for people-watching opportunities. Stay here and you'll really feel like you're in the heart of the city. A great experience.

Jun 27, 2019Allison was very helpful and her apartment was lovely. It was also extremely clean when we arrived. It is right in the heart of things so there is lots of shopping, eating and drinking to be done right outside the door. The only slight issue is that it can be very noisy at night-time because of the location. I didn't find it a problem, but if you are a light sleeper it is something to think about.
Jun 27, 2019Completely positive experience. This is a very good apt in a great neighborhood. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable for 4 adults. Allison was helpful and accommodating. I only wish our visit had more time for exploring the neighborhood! I will stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019We arrived at Allison's apartment at 10pm where she was good enough to have arranged keys to be picked up at an amazing cafe across the road. I was travelling with my partner and another couple and were sold on the apartment before even walking in. The location is perfect. In the heart of soho and walking distance to everything. From east village to Katz's deli, to shopping on broadway, everything is around the corner. If you're game you can even walk to Central Park and 5th avenue! (Just make sure you wear comfortable shoes!!) Great sized apartment for the area. Plenty of space to stay in and chill if you need a night to relax. Thanks Allison on a great stay!
Jun 27, 2019The neighborhood is the best. The apartment was comfortably and clean. It had a great vibe. Allison was easy to contact and responded quickly to all questions. I recommend to anyone looking to stay in SoHo. It is a 4th floor walk up which we didn't mind at all. The interior of the apartment is open and airy. The kitchen had all the essentials. I liked that there were a couple of full length mirrors to check your outfit before going out. Closet space to unpack was great. We took some laundry to Brown Bag Laundry ( around the corner) for $1.25/lb they washed and folded our clothes the same day. Used the WiFi, had a tv but didn't turn it on because there was too much to do out in the neighborhood. NYC was a really enjoyable part of our trip. You are lucky to get this place! I highly recommend you stay here.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Allisons apartment in Soho. Location is just perfect. In the middle of everything - shopping, subway, cafes, restaurants and a huge Whole Foods aroung the corner. The apartment was clean and comfortable - and we were glad for the AC when a heat wave struck. There is a bit of street noise but to be expected in NYC! Allison touched based regularly via email and answered all questions promptly. Highly recommended if you are looking for a 'neigborhoody' apartment in the middle of the city. We felt like locals!
Jun 27, 2019Had a great stay at Allison's apartment. She was very helpful and communicative to ensure that arriving there and getting in was no problem. Great apartment as well - two double beds and a large couch. Few minor downsides - the wireless internet was very temperamental and slow, and the apartment doesn't have an iron - but having said that there are loads of free wifi places around and a cheap same day laundry over the road. The area is fantastic - lots of bars, cafes and walk about places to people watch and drink beer or coffee. This does mean that it gets noisy at night though - be aware that if you want a straight 10 hours sleep you aren't likely to get it - but then, that's why you should be happy to be in Nolita! So - all in all would recommend the apartment and would be more than happy to head back there.
Jul 27, 2019The apartment is in a great location. We loved feeling like locals and having our own spaces to retreat to after a busy day in the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for the three of us. Allison was very accomodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed in Allison's apt for three days in mid August and had a great time. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, dining and entertainment, whether one prefers to walk or take the subway. Communication with Allison was at all times expedient and we got all the information needed in time. She even let us stay into the evening of our departure day ( night flight) for a small service in return (delivering and pick up of laundry in a shop around the corner), thanks, Allison! It was nice to be in one of those smallish "old" buildings of southern Manhattan, in a well kept, neat apartment with comfortable beds. Due to its location in a prime dining & bar area one has to cope with a decent noise level during the nights (we were not surprised by that, though), but you cannot have it all ... One has to get accustomed to the steep and narrow stairs, however ... we were fortunate to have two youngsters with us who offered to carry our suitcases up to the fourth floor ...; no problem without heavy luggage, of course. Leaving the place on a friday evening 6 p.m. we should have been prepared for a longer taxi ride to JFK airport ... took some time to get a cab, and at least half an hour for the first 1/4 mile (75 min for the whole ride), so the 90 min we had considered plenty of time turned out to be narrow planning.

Jun 27, 2019We came to NYC for a family wedding in Soho and Allison's apartment was perfect. This neighborhood was exactly where I wanted to be. You have everything you need and want within a 3 block radius. I loved having Allison's apartment as an oasis to return to after dealing with the crowds. I liked the 4th floor walk up because it makes it quieter. I honestly hope Allison's apartment will be available for my next trip to NYC. I would definitely stay here again. We were 3 adults and two children, so Allison didn't mind that we childproofed the apartment for her. Of course, if you have babies, you have to be prepared to carry the pack n play & stroller up four floors. Beautiful apartment. Allison was good about keeping in touch.

Allison was very easy to call and text when we had questions and flexible with our arrival and departure. My first experience with airbnb and will look forward to our next business trip to NY and hope to stay at Allison's NY apartment!

It's right across the street from the legendary Cafe Habana (try the corn), convenient to all the SOHO shopping, great restaurants and bars in the area, and also a few blocks from the Subway. My friends and I couldn't have been happier with the location and atmosphere around us. The living space accommodated four adults comfortably. My next trip to NYC, I'm definitely looking trying to get the same place through Allison again.
Jun 27, 2019Very nice place in a great location near Soho. Roomy and clean, with all the essentials, and appropriate for up to two couples. Alison was very responsive, though we didn't really need anything. It is a 4th (top) floor walk-up and there is no elevator, but it wasn't an issue for us. The rooms' windows face the street and there is typical street traffic, deliveries, etc. in the morning. Nothing wrong with that if you're used to city apartments below 6 stories. We visited while the temperature was very mild, and it was comfortable using just the overhead fans. The neighborhood is really, really great - lots of places to eat and shop nearby, subway very close. Overall recommended for a downtown experience. Would rent again.
Jun 27, 2019Underwhelmed! The apartment looks ok but it is a bit run down. The TV didn't work, there was no toaster and having a shower was a mission. We would get 1 minute of hot water followed by 15-20 minutes of freezing cold then hot again, so taking a shower was a half hour process. I also thought the apartment was dirty, the bath and shower curtain especially was disgusting and slimy, and there was a sticky stain next to the bed, yuk! Also the hosts' correspondence was prompt but her main concern was that we drop off and prepay for the laundry (as we agreed in advance) of the towels and bedding on our last day, as she made sure to remind us about 5 times. I wouldn't stay here again, I don't live in luxury but I'm so glad to be home.
