My 3br ground floor apartment is close to Balmoral beach, buses, city, parks, harbour foreshore walks. You'll love the room as it has its own private courtyard. Lift access.. Comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. has its own private sunny courtyard. Guests will have access to the whole apartment apart from main bedroom. There's lovely outdoor seating and a wrap around courtyard and a BBQ. I'm in and out but love talking to people so if I'm home happy to interact or if guests would prefer to be left alone that's fine with me. I'm always happy to give advice on how to get around, things to do in the area and tips on places to eat and of course where the best coffee is. I love being close to the city and what it has to offer but also love having lots of nature around. The harbour foreshore walks are magic and it's so nice being close to Balmoral beach. There are also shops, restaurants, banks, cinema etc. close by. There's a variety of buses

Notes
I have a cat so if you are allergic this is probably not the space for you. Breakfast provisions supplied. Fruit, bread, milk and cereal.
Transit
There's a variety of buses nearby as well as the ferries. I am about 10 mins walk to main road for buses to city and northern beaches and a connecting bus to the ferry. About 10 mins on the bus to the city.
Access
Guests will have access to the whole apartment apart from main bedroom. There's lovely outdoor seating and a wrap around courtyard and a BBQ.

Keythia was a wonderful Host. She made myself and partner feel very at home. The apartment was very clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. Jun 27, 2019My wife and I had a really fantastic stay with Krythia. The apartment is super homely, cosy and private. The bedroom we stayed in was really nice and had a private courtyard attached to it. We also had access to our own private bathroom. Everything was really comfortable and clean, and we were able to do our own cooking too. Krythia herself is a lovely hostess. We had several interesting conversations with her and she made us feel welcome right from the start. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the bus stop, with it being very easy snd convenient to get into the city from there. Highly recommend this apartment, especially if you're a cat lover - Krythia's cat Cindy is super friendly!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at krythias apartment for four nights. The apartment and the room is as you can see it on the pictures. Modern and nice looking. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. Krythia is a really nice lady and we had some great short conversations with her. We felt very welcomed. The only thing we like to mention for the apartment that is located in a really nice area of Sydney, is that you can only reach it by bus (5 stops) - so there is no tram nearby. The last bus we were able to find to the direction of the apartment left the city at 8:30 pm. That was sometimes a little bit early for us and we had to take an uber (which costs around 20AUD). Everything else was really awesome and we can recommend to stay there for sure. Thank you Krythia for the amazing stay in Sydney.

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment located at a nice area. Good public transportation to the city. Car park available and very easy to get around. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the area. The room is nice and clean with a nice private bathroom. Cindy the cat is very friendly too.

Krythia was very understanding about our late arrival into Sydney and ensured we could access the property in her absence. Krythia ensured we had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable for our brief stay (tea, coffee) and was a generous host.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a small, modern complex, very close to a bus route direct to the centre of Sydney (10 minutes). Shops and beach are close but a LONG walk. The bedroom is A-C, very private with very comfortable bed.

Jun 27, 2019Mosman is a lovely part of Sydney. The CBD is easily accessable by public transport and beautiful Balmoral Beach is not far away. There are many wonderful scenic walks in the area. Krythia is a kind and helpful. host. Comfortable bed and great private bathroom.

The space is very comfortable with great private bathroom and the area is lovel.y within walking distance of excellent public transport to the city and also beautiful Balmoral Beach. Krythia is always most helpful & accommodating. Highly re ommend.

Jun 27, 2019The room is much better than it’s advertised. So modernized. The bathroom floor can be heated so that you feel very warm when taking a shower. The kitchen is well equipped with everything. The living room is spacious. Krythia leads a very healthy lifestyle and she goes out regularly to attend different activities. She goes to the gym regularly. We had a good chat and felt so comfortable in her house.

Jul 27, 2019Great place to stay if visiting the bars/cafes/restaurants of Cremorne and Neutral Bay. Entry if from a major road which is handy and as it is in battelaxe block it is quiet at night. Would certainly stay there again.

It was marvelous to come back after every rainy day to a warm, welcoming bedroom and the steady, hot water of the shower of a beautifully designed bathroom. It suited our needs exactly. I have no hesitation in recommending Krythia and her place!

Jun 27, 2019Krythia place is super comfortable. I had the privacy of my own bedroom, the court yard and bathroom with a gorgeous bath tub. The location is superb if you want to be in the right spot for a peaceful stay but also go out and have everything at your finger tips. 5 minutes walk to cafe and bus stop right outside the cafe to city, 10 minutes walk to local fresh produce and grocer shops, the main strip of Mosman life. Jun 27, 2019Great location for me as I was attending a conference at Taronga Zoo - the buses were close and also convenient to get to the ferry. The place is nice and the host friendly. Bed is comfy and a great bathroom.
