Dear friend. Note: If you're not use to living by yourself my place is not a fit for you because i am basically not home but i'll make sure that you got everything you need when you check in. Having a home is something you work on. It's costs money, time, energy, maintenance and love to have an apartment you can call home. That been said, welcome home please make your self confortable but every home have rules to fonction well. with me here are the rules: 1- If you break my utensils be kind to tell me or replace it. Do not take the towels when you're living. 2-If you eat my food or snacks be kind to closes it properly and please don't put your hands in it. We need to stay healthy. 3- if you use the glasses or plates or any utensils do not leave it in the sink please clean it properly, unless u have many dishes and you are tired but wake up early to clean it. ( if you don't wanna clean please don't use them buy fast food and trow the rest in the garbage. 4- Be aware that the food is

    Mimie's place is a fantastic place to stay. The place is clean and being on the higher floor offered me an enhanced feeling of safety and security. Mimie is great at checking in and asking if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. She is also very fast to respond to any inquiries you may have via message. If you are a student or an individual who needs to be located in the Bronx area I highly suggest staying with Mimie. The location is great for those who work at Bronx-Lebanon.

    Excellent stay, Mimie made sure I was comfortable, even went on to buying an extra heater when the temperature dropped in NYC. Truly felt like home!
