Our place is an amazing location near to Barcade, Gimme Coffee, La Superior, restaurants, bars etc . This room has its own balcony, upstairs roof terrace, and one of the best neighborhoods in the city. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are 2 stops from Manhattan and 15 min to Union Square where you can connect anywhere in the city. The train is 2 minutes walk. We have a starbucks under our building and an amazing view! :)

Neighborhood Overview
This is the new "it" area. There are so many amazing restaurants and bars all over and they coninue popping up. The area is also known for the streetart around. There are huge food markets in the summer, rooftop bars, best music venue sound system at output, etc. It is only a 7 minute subway ride into manhattan.
Notes
The area is very safe and there are lots of things to do. It is very easy to get around and lots of stuff open late. Have fun in one of the best cities in the world! Their are two roommates who live upstairs that you will share a bathroom with. But they have a separate living room for them upstairs.

Jun 27, 2019This host has a beautiful apartment, the most spacious of my eight experiences using Airbnb in Brooklyn, and it is in a great location. But the host is not on the premises and is not particularly interested in you once she has your booking. There is nothing in writing in the apartment to tell you anything about the amenities, their use, their location, etc. The host is at best lackadaisical about everything except the rent.

Jun 27, 2019Mark and I really enjoyed staying at The Pent House hosted by Bella and Meredith in Brooklyn. They were in touch with us the minute our plane landed and even accommodated our need to arrive a few hours early. We received a very warm welcome which continued throughout our visit. They have a beautiful penthouse apartment with a lovely view. The easy access to coffee shops, restaurants and subway was perfect. Oh, did I mention the cleanliness and comfy bed?? Yep, all these things at a great price-we will definitely try to stay here again in our next visit to the Big Apple and recommend this place to other visitors!
Jun 27, 2019Bella is a super relaxed and super flexible host. Everything was clean and as the profile looks. The host is quick to answer text, but not always home. This is great if you want freedom to do your own thing or a hands off environment.

Jun 27, 2019I felt welcome at this lovely apartment. The neighborhood is charming and there is an awesome view to NYC. I parked my car on the street right outside the front door of the building. Once I gained access to the apartment and was welcomed by the host, I was pretty much on my own, which was fine by me. I'd be happy to stay here on another visit to see family in Brooklyn.
Jun 27, 2019Bella's place could not be in a better location - on a quiet street just a block from the subway. All the best Williamsburg restaurants, shopping & nightlife are in easy walking distance. The apartment is modern & well-equipped with a super comfy bed. Although I didn't get to interact with Bella much in person, she was easy to communicate with & made sure everything went smoothly.
Jun 27, 2019I had a wonderful stay in this BEAUTIFUL modern apartment. My room was spacious and super comfortable....loved that bed. I was welcomed by Meridith during my stay. She made sure that I had everything that I needed and offered great insight about the area, and she also was very flexible with the check-in time, as I came a bit earlier than expected. I would definitely stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Perfect location - it's at the center Williamsburg, super close to where all the good food, cafes, and bars are, it's also only one block away from L & G train. The check-in was smooth, and the room was big, clean, and with a nice view of a penthouse. I definitely recommend staying at Bella's penthouse room.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was beautiful and the room was very airy and lovely. The neighborhood was very hip and I would definitely stay again. Bella was very courteous and accommodating (our check in had to be pushed back a bit due to commuting issues). Thanks for everything!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is ok, very well located, well furnished. The bed is very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like is that there are many people living in the apartmente and you never meet the host as she doesn't live there. It's a good choice if you don't have issues with sharing the bathroom or you don't care if you don't feel very welcomed.

Jun 27, 2019Bella has a great apartment in a great location, but I don't think I'll stay again. Towels weren't provided until half way through my stay, and the host wasn't present at all throughout the trip, which was really only an issue when trying to find the apartment at the beginning. Overall, it was comfortable, the view is very impressive, and the dog is great company!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a new condo building, top floor, getting very good daylight, and super centrally located, literally 2 stops to Manhattan on L train. And on tired days, you can enjoy rich Williamsburg scene too, from restaurants to clubs, anything you can ask for, and more.. Apartment was clean, hosts were away most of the time, so it was like a full apartment rent than a private room. Internet was fast, hot water all the time, and access to washer/dryer helped a lot too. Thanks Bella!
Jun 27, 2019One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on in an airbnb. And we were there for less than 12 hours, just to sleep. So Bella's place was perfect for us. I'd love to know where she got the bed linens - luxurious! The small balcony right off our bedroom was fun to see the top of One World Trade in the distance. The weather was delightful so we left the window open and it was noisy, but that was in the listing, and I didn't hear anything once I had my ear plugs in. We were only there to get a good night's sleep, and we did, so Bella's place was perfect for us.
