I stayed at Pascals for the weekend and he was friendly and punctual upon my arrival. He showed me around the place which was very comfy, clean and told me if I needed anything he was right next door. Luckily for us there was a deli downstairs which was very convenient and we had a great stay!

Jun 27, 2019Logement parfait pour visiter Manhattan, très proche du métro. Le logement peut accueillir 4 personnes, mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour manger, malgré la cuisine très bien équipée. Proche du train, cela fait un peu de bruit.

Jun 27, 2019My wife, I and a friend stayed over Pascal's place and it was a great experience. The place was compatible with our (high) expectations and the price was fair. The host certainly exceed our expectations, and he made all the possible to make us feel well in his place and in the city (and by the way, we recommend to try his vegan restaurant, excellent food great atmosphere and affordable price) and he shared with us some of his experiences. We totally recommend his apartment to stay in Airbnb.
Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay at Pascal's place. Check-in was easy and he responds very quickly. The pictures are accurate to the place. It's small but very clean and the bed is comfortable. The only thing is if you don't like flat pillows you should bring your own.

Jun 27, 2019Although the noisy commuter train runs along the street directly outside of the bedroom window, Pascal's place is a good value for folks who are deep sleepers. Even though we didn't sleep that soundly, we appreciate the great communication and recommendations from Pascal. The apartment is a short walk to Lenox Avenue and all the fun restaurants there.
Jun 27, 2019Real talk. Nice apartment, decent host, terrible location. I had a 20 night stay for work and canceled after 3 nights due to the noise from the rail blasting it's horn as it approached the station half a block away and people leaning on their car horns at 5 am. I hardly slept. Also, advertised as pet friendly but there is actually a size/weight limit and was told to keep my dog out of sight as much as possible. I took the linens off the bed at the request of the host only to discover the mattress and pillows were stained yellow all over and almost vomited at the sight. Host is nice though and accomadated my late check. Apartment is clean and offers good privacy with use if private bathroom and shared kitchen.

Jul 27, 2019Pascal’s place was homey and comfy! 3 of us fit perfectly! Train outside was honestly barley noticeable and added great character. We felt like true New Yorkers! Would def book again!
