You can take the shuttle from the airport (about 7 euros one way) and then walk 20 min from Plaça Catalunya or take a taxi (less than 10 minutes, about 10 euros). Will be happy to advice you ! There is a lot of restaurants and bars around the appartment. The Passeig del born is 1 minute from the here, it is a lovely place. Staying with Sophie and Kenneth exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect; El Born is as cool as it is quaint, and we spent many hours wandering along winding side streets to check out different shops, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was also great! The room was so comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the street below. There's also a lovely rooftop terrace with views of Barcelona. And as if icing on the cake was needed, Sophie and Kenneth were the most wonderful hosts. They were kind, hospitable, and gave us some of our favorite recommendations for restaurants, bars, and sites around Barcelona. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Jun 27, 2019Very nice room, the whole appartement was cute and the location is perfect, it's near to the centre, there's a lot of shops around and the beach is also only 20 minutes walking (what really isn't a problem, since Barcelona is a beautiful city all over). Anne-Sophie is super nice, gave us tips, when we arrived and also when we needed anything. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend this place to everyone. :-)
Jun 27, 2019The room was superb - cosy, very bright and sunny; small balcony; good well-proportioned double bed; everything very clean and tidy; all in working order. The flat is is a older building, very beautiful and full of peculiar character features; at the same time there is a unexpected convenient elevator to the floor; there is also an all-round access to the communal roof terrace with fantastic views across the city. The location speaks for itself and is simply great - right at the centre of Born; plenty of adequately priced cafes and restaurants; small family shops, boutiques; many places of interest (e.g. Picasso Museum etc.) right at the doorstep. Anne-Sophie is fantastic as a host - easy to get in touch with; always ready to help and to answer any question. In short, it was all very convenient, comfortable and relaxing.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Anne's place while our trip to Barcelona. Everything was great. The room and the flat were perfectly clean, sunny, comfortable and nice. Just like on the photos. We liked our view from the balcony - on the left> El Born, on the right> Tibidabo. The flat is located in a perfect place with beautiful architecture, many cafes and bars, 1 minute to the train station and few minutes to the beach! Anne's and her friend were always ready to help, they know much about the city and region, are friendy and intelligent. We highly recommend them and their flat to our friends and other tourists.

Jun 27, 2019Anne-Sophie and Martin's room was perfect for my wife and I. It was comfortable, sunny, and right in the middle of the great Born neighborhood. The couple were friendly and welcoming; I wish we had more time to talk! The rooftop terrace has amazing views of Barcelona and within a 10-15 minute walk you their apartment you see/do/eat so much. Thanks for a great stay!

Jun 27, 2019We arrived in Barcelona late, but check in was not a problem. Anne-Sophie was out of town the days we were there but Martin did a great job showing us around the flat and providing a few nearby places that were good to for food and drinks. The bedroom was as it is shown and described, we had a full bed, which was comfortable. You have doors with working shutters so you can adjust he amount of light/air/noise you want to let in independently. The rest of the flat is shared; which was not a problem for us since everything was kept clean. As other reviews have mentioned: it's on the 4th floor with an elevator in the back and there's access to the roof which has some good views of the city. We had a good experience at Anne-Sophie's and would stay again.

The room is bright and comfortable, but a bit noisy during the night - bring your earplugs! :) The location is amazing though, in the el Born quartier which is really one of the nicest parts of the old city. The communication with Anne-Sophie was great and Martin welcomed us very warmly during our stay. We would be happy to return!

Y dispuesta a ayudar para lo que sea (incluso nos guardó el equipaje ya que nuestro ferry salía horas más tarde del check out) Recomendamos alojarse aquí! Excelente opción!

Jun 27, 2019La location au coeur du quartier d'EL Born est idéale. A quelques pas de la plage, du quartier gothique, de la plaça Cataluyna et avec de nombreux petits bars et resto dans les environs. Nous avons tout parcourus à pieds grâce à ça. L'appartement était très propre, la chambre disposait d'un mini balconnet agréable et surtout d'une immense terrasse/toit avec une vue imprenable sur tout Barcelone. Anne Sophie s'est montrée disponible et nous a recommandé spontanément les bonnes adresses des environs. Je recommande chaudement l'appartement d'Anne Sophie, merci encore :)

Jun 27, 2019This was absolutely perfect for our stay in Barcelona! It was a great location - surrounded by so many awesome cafes & food & drink & shops. And right around the corner from a park. With the bonus of an awesome rooftop. They were so prompt to answer any and all questions and gave us great suggestions of places to go!
