Elevator & complimentary parking. Master bedroom has a king size bed and guest also has a king bed. FREE WIFI AND PARKING. Complex offers two swimming pools and spas and a private gym. We are a short walk to A bay for snorkeling and other water activities. Rules

Do not hang clothes or towels on balconies or lanai area. No sweeping or dusting out of doors/sliders/windows. No loud noise from 10pm-8am. Please empty trash in trash area. No pets or animals allowed on property. No smoking. No soliciting in common areas. Park only is your designated/as instructed stalls. No repair work of vehicles on property. Please follow pool rules as indicated in pool area. No children under 12 are allowed without an adult. No fireworks are allowed. Call for availability on late check out, fee will be charged to credit card on file. Lost/Found- We will hold lost items for 7 days, if claimed prior to 7 days a $25 handling fee & shipping charge will be required to send back item. Notify KCP of any damages prior to check out so damage insurance report can be filed and processed at no extra charge to guest.
