Kubilay K. est une personne tres aimable vous etes chez lui bien plus que chez vous. Cette experience a ete un vrai plaisir et je repartirais chez lui des que possible. Il prend soin de vous sur tous les plans. En plus le logement est dans un quartier tres vivant et anime. Ce sejour a ete une reussite et je me demande comment voyager sans airbnb. Si vous venez a Istanbul allez chez Kubilay et vous toucherez du doigt cette realite.
Jun 27, 2019Kubilay is now my best friend in Turkey :) I can't exagerate for his hospitibilty. Despite of my insistance he paid for my dinner, dessert a nice tea afterward and paid for the minibus to the shisha place. Frankly, it might have exceeded the rent I paid. I wanted to go to Kurdistan but non of information was available in English he called the bus company for me and then he came with me to the bus terminal then he barganed on my behalf and I got a cheaper ticket as the result. He didn't leave until he made sure I went on my bus safely. In my return also his friend came with me to Taksim to make sure that I'm getting the right bus to Sabiha airport. I highly recommand him if you want a host who is also your tour guide and freind. Also the prices in the shops are considerably cheaper near his place rather than touristic area like Taksim and you are a 2 TL away from Taksim, so his place is ideal in any sense.

Il nous avait prevu le petit dejeuner et tous les soirs nous etions acceuillis par du the et des fruits secs. il est tres facile de se rendre dans les differents lieux interessants de la ville. a ce prix la, nous ne pouvions rever mieux. n hesitez pas a le contacter.

He has prepared for us a wonderful breakfast! :) Helped us to find the way to the historic center of Istanbul, gave us IstanbulKart to travel around the city. In his apartment, we feel at home :)
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Kubilay's home for 3 nights with my boyfriend. Kubilay has been a great host, very kind and helpful, he made us tea, breakfast and we even had dinner with (so we could discover some delicious specialities). It's a very nice person and he makes his best to make you enjoy your stay. The room is very clean and tidy, the bathroom too, nothing to complain about. The flat is not in the center of the city, so you'll have to take the bus for 15/20 minuts to get to Sultanahmet, but it's worth it because Kubilay's neighborhood is nice, not turistic it's more like a typical turkish area, so you can taste real turkish food (and it's really, really cheap, and delicious). We really enjoyed our stay in Istanbul, don't hesitate and book this room!
Jul 27, 2019Woooooowww!!! Kubilay is the best host you can find in Istambul, we spend a great time in his house and in the city. He´s so kind, attentive and you can talk any topic with him. Also his breakfast and teas are the best, considering we went in winter. We ask a lot of things and he always help and response us what we need. We highly recommend 100 % to stay with him. Jun 27, 2019Kubilay is really good host! Welcoming, gentle and polite. Our baby loves to play with him!:) The apartment itself is clean and calm. It takes a bit time to get to the city centre (Taksim or Eminonu) but it's ok for us. I definitely would recommend everyone to stay with Kubilay.

Jun 27, 2019Host: Kubilay is an easy-going & really nice guy! That translates to a host that's pretty much as relaxed & helpful as u want him to be. And he gives u space if u want it too. House and room: Kubilay pretty much opened the house to u. Room is basic. Location: a good suburb about 30-40mins bus ride away from Taksim, depending on traffic. Pretty convenient; 1 direct bus to the Spice Bazaar. 1 direct bus to Taksim. Highly recommended to those who wants to experience local living.

Jun 27, 2019Kubilay is a very warm, friendly guy that you will feel confortable to get along with. The apartment is well equiped and in good transport connection to hot spots in Istanbul. Jun 27, 2019Kubilay is a really sweet guy and a great host. He pointed out landmarks on our way to the apartment so we wouldn't get lost when we ventured out on our own. He answered a thousand questions about Turkish politics and life in Istanbul. He is really considerate of guests with maps, keys to the apartment and an Instalbulkart in the guestroom. The apartment is really clean and is in a great location. Everything you need is nearby. The bus is close by and is easy because the stop is one end of the line and Emminou is the last stop at the other end. It's a very nice place to come home to after a day of being a tourist.

Jun 27, 2019I and my wife stayed at Kubilay's for 4 nights and are really glad we did. Kubilay is a wonderful guy who'd go extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. He gave us Istanbul kart (public transport card in Istanbul). He even woke up at 4 in the morning to make sure our early morning Taxi has arrived on time. He provided pointers for places to visit and eat. He recommended a restaurant nearby and we had the best Iskinder kebab there! Gaziosmanpasa bus stand is few minutes walk from Kubilay's place. Gaziosmanpasa has direct buses to Taxim Square and Eminönü (all the main tourist destinations are near this stop). If you want to stay in a non-touristy place, eat best food, want to do some shopping at local price, want to experience Turkish hospitality definitely stay at Kubilay's. Jun 27, 2019I had a great time here! Kubilay is a really great host who provides you with a nice room, great company, and great conversation. The apartment is also nicely located in a place where Taksim and Eminonu are just a bus ride away, respectively. I stayed for 5 nights.
Jun 27, 2019Kubilay is a helpful and caring host. He gave us clear instructions on how to get from the airport, met us at the metro station and took home. A nice variety of fruit and nuts was offered for breakfast. He provided my mum and her friend with a nice room with two single beds, they had also had a choice to sleep in separate rooms. The accommodation is clean with everything you need. It's quite close to the city center and cheap to get there with a transport card that Kubilay provides. Kubilay is an open-minded well-travelled person who will give you all necessary information on sightseeing and not only. Though my mum doesn't speak English, he managed to explain to her where to find traditional hammam and massage so she and her friend were very happy. Thanks for a great stay, Kubilay! Кубилай предоставил моей маме и ее подруге выбор: спать в одной комнате с 2-мя кроватями или в разных комнатах. Несмотря на то, что моя мама не говорит по-английски, Кубилай сумел объяснить ей, где находится хамам и массаж, чем она была очень довольна! Расположение квартиры удобное, добираться до центра легко и недорого с транспортной картой, которую предоставляет Кубилай. Jun 27, 2019We couldnt have asked for a better host! It was our first time in Turkey and we were pretty nervous esspecially since our flight arrived at 1 am. Kubilay met us at the Mcdonalds nearby and walked us to the apartment. We felt very safe. We wished we could have stayed longer. Kubilay is a great guy!

Jun 27, 2019Our stay with Kubliay was really great.He gave us detailed directions of how to get from the airport to taksim. He then came to pick us up personally and took time off from work to get us and accompany us home and get settled. The room was clean and comfortable and every morning he left us fruit and sweets for breakfast. Kubilay was a very kind and caring host. He checked in regularly with us, gave us an Istanbul bus card, and gave us ideas of places to visit. He even accompanied us twice on visits in the town to very beautiful places in ortokoy and sultan ahmet. My mother and I really appreciated kubilay's kindness and stay. The location, while about 30-40 minutes away from Istanbul by bus, is a very animated and non touristic neighborhood that gives you an idea of real Turkish lives. We have fond memories of Gaziosmapasa and our stay with Kubilay!

Jun 27, 2019친절하게 구시가지와 신시가지 가는 법도 알려주시고 픽업도 와주셔서 정말 헤매지 않고 잘 다녀서 좋았습니다. 다만 구시가와 신시가로는 버스를 타고 꽤 가야하는 거리라는 점이 아쉬웠지만 그외에는 다 좋았어요! 집 시설도 좋고 과일이나 터키 전통과자도 주시고 하셔서 참 잘 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트가 장말 친절하셔서 좋았어요!! 공항에서 집가는 공항까지 신경 많이 써주셔서 정말 감사했습니다~ 터키에 오래 여유있게 여행하신다면 여기에서 좋은 시간 보내실 수 있을거예요. 교통비도 별로 안들어요. 버스 멀미만 없으시다면 추천합니다~

It is very easy explained how to reach house from airport. The host is very hospitable and kind guy, who will try to help with the questions related to Istanbul. Jun 27, 2019Nice appartment which is easy to reach by public transfer. Kubilay is very helpful with everything. The downside is sometimes the bus trip to the center is very warm crowded and sweaty and takes 30 minutes. The neighborhood can feel a bit creepy in the evening but the good thing is that there is a little bakery just around the corner. We liked our stay and this is a nice budget option if you don't mind being out of the centrem.

Besides, we had some really nice chats about Turkey, its culture and his family. The room was nice and clean, the fridge was filled with food and we could take whatever we wanted. The bus to the main sights was a 5 minute walk and there is a nice bakery at the end of the street. Thanks Kubilay for being our host!

And he will always always try his best to make you comfortable with your stay, right from your arrival. He's a really nice person, with a place that's very proper and fully functional for a family/group of travelers to stay in. It's not just another room. It feels like being at home with a friend. I definitely would stay at his ppace again and recommend Kubilay's place, especially for lone female travelers. You'll always feel/be safe under his care! :D

Jun 27, 2019I and my wife had a very pleasant stay in Istanbul for 7 nights. During that time, Kubilay had been very friendly and helpful. As a host, Kubilay is a perfect one. He took care of us during our stay. He picked us up from the shuttle-stop, helping me in carrying our luggage, providing the Istanbul card, the maps, and so many information about that beautiful city. He also spent his time as a guide, showing the Suleymaniye Mosque and a very nice terrace for some tea and dinner. He gave clear information about the simplest way to reach destination. He is also a very nice guy with warm hospitality. We sometimes spent time talking about cultural things in our countries. With such warmth, I consider him a very good friend. Regarding his apartment, it is a good one. What we saw are the facilities better than what is described in the airbnb page. It is a very clean and nice apartment. The location is near the bus station, makes it very easy to reach various destinations. More importantly, it is a very safe location. I felt very comfortable walking to his apartment even in the late evening. Finally, in summary, I would recommend him as a host. If I would have a chance to visit Istanbul again, I would like to stay in his apartment again.

House's location is very good: there are buses to main areas of European part, middle markets and small stores around where you can buy all what you need. Way from bus stop to home is very easy and impossible to get lost. House isn't close to the road and no noise from outside. We were happy to meet with Kubilay: he is every time care about his quests and can answer to your question about Istanbul and help with way, transport etc. He was very hospitable and regales us various Turkish delights. Flat and room were quiet and cozy, in the house there the necessary utensils, big kitchen and balcony. We have a positive experience when were staying in this house. Have a host more guests and good luck!
Jun 27, 2019Traveling alone in Istanbul has been easier with the help of Kubilay. I arrived on the 15th October and he was not around to meet me up but he did ask the help of his nephew. His nephew showed me around and gave me Istanbul card (transportation card) to help me settle in. The house is situated nearby to the bus station and it's easy for me to get around by myself. I'm impressed with the public transport service because it really gets you around and it's there around the clock. I met Kubilay on the fourth day I was there and he brought me around to the non tourist spot and we shared stories and I learnt things I didn't know about Istanbul and the people. And don't forget about the weekend breakfast with him! I enjoyed his company and he is willing to go to the extra miles for his guest. Not to forget the company of his dear friend, Orhan. His house is comfortable and is safe to walk around night or day. If you are traveling alone you don't have to worry much as it is a safe area for you to walk and wander around.

Jun 27, 2019Il mio volo era stato annullato e pertanto sono arrivata in aeroporto all'una di mattina e a casa di Kubilay alle 3. Era ad accogliermi sorridente, mi ha offerto di mangiare. Inoltre ha parlato con il tassista che dall'aeroporto di portava a casa sua in modo da insegnargli la strada e non farmi imbrogliare. Inoltre mi ha messo in contatto in Italia con un ospite precedente che mi ha informato in modo splendido su quanto mi poteva essere necessario ed ha fatto da ponte traducendo a Kubilay alcune mie richieste. Insieme mi hanno assistito in modo molto carino ed efficiente. Inoltre il mio ospite mi ha fatto trovare al mattino una colazione superba andando in pasticceria a pigliare dei dolcetti. Mi ha accompagnato in città, insegnato i mezzi di trasporto dicendomi inoltre che per qualunque necessità avrei potuto contattarlo. E' stato molto gentile e discreto e anche una persona della mia età si è trovata a proprio agio. Anche per la partenza è stato disponibilissimo: ho dovuto alzarmi alle 3 di mattina e alle 4 mi ha chiamato un taxi per andare in aeroporto. Le prossime volte che tornerò ad Istambul, da sola o in compagnia gli chiederò di ospitarmi e consiglierò il suo nominativo a quanti fossero interessati. La casa è molto pulita, il riscaldamento efficiente, ed è a piano rialzato, quindi comoda anche quando si è stanchi per il lungo camminare. E' una persona discreta e disponibile. Roberta
Jun 27, 2019Kubilay is the perfect host that anyone could ever dream of! The room was clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable. Kubilay has done a great job maintaining the house! What's more, he had made my first time in Istanbul an experience that I will cherish for a lifetime! We spent nights chatting in the living room while enjoying his famous home made tea and gormet snakes that his mother made. One day it was my birthday, he met me after work for dinner and took me to his "secret base" in TakSim. The place was very nice and I bet you can never find it just by yourself. There we were enjoying tea and Kurdish music, Kubilay taught me to play Persian chess. He explained the tips and tricks carefully and patiently and now I'm addicted to it! He took me for a walk to the peak where you get to see the skyline of whole Istanbul. We sat down and enjoyed the beautiful view while tasting tea... He knows lots of places that are not written in any of the travel guides. You shouldn't hesitate to ask him for suggestion. He is more than nice and kind. To me he is more like a long lost friend. You know, when you are alone in a foreign land, a host like Kubilay would not only ease all your anxieties and bring you a sense of safety, but also make the trip a meaningful experience. He has made Istanbul my home. There is no need to mention that he allowed me to use everything in his kitchen and insisted that I didn't need to wash them after use. Should he's not available to receive you upon your arrival, he will make arrangement with his friend to fetch u. Kubi is never a host to me cause He's such a Great Buddy to everyone. A friend in need is a friend indeed. You can give him a ring or txt him at anytime and he will be so glad to assist you. He will always make himself available 24/7. He will always respond very fast to any of your queries. Indeed,he's a true friend. He has go beyond e status of just a host. Kubi willingly share any knowledge w you be it politics, turkish language or even "culinary skills". Its definitely your loss not to stay with him! Thanks Kubi for everything.
Jun 27, 2019Very nice hosting during holiday in Istanbul. Very helpful. I remember that he contacted me at (Hidden by Airbnb) and described good information by phone. You can find bus stop, small turkish restaurant, ATM, minimarket, and traditional market (on wednesday). And the most important: the heater helped me during winter season. Never switch off by landlord.
Jun 27, 2019The room was very clean and its located in a really safe district. Kubilay is a very nice guy who's easy to communicate with. Since it was my 1st time in Stambul I've got a lot of useful info from him....how I can save a lot of money on typical things like attractions and food, the best places to visit, the quickest and cheapest ways to get where I needed etc. Essentially I just had a great time without any headaches related to foreign countries. T8 a lot!!!

Jun 27, 2019Kubi is amazing! Extremely helpful from start to finish, went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience of Istanbul (special thanks for the Turkish snacks!) I'd recommend anyone to stay there; it's an infinitely better experience than going to a Hotel! The only downside is how far out it is. If you're going to see the main sights, transport into the city takes up a lot of time.
Jun 27, 2019Well, what could I say... I confirm most of comments below are true. During my trip in Istanbul happened things that was caused by my lack of caution. Without Kubilay, i would couldnt do anything for them. I am very grateful and sorry for inconvenience I caused. Kubilay bend more than he ever have to but do not show It to me and stay calm all the time. His nerves are made of steel. Really great guy! And really great host! House was nice and It was easy to go see places you want.
Jun 27, 2019I was made to feel very welcome by Kubi, nothing was too much trouble and he came out to came out to meet me at 6am and came out one evening to show me a part of Istanbul i would have not known of (Pierre Loti is worth a visit, day or night) The room is exactly as described, very large and definitely big enough for two. Jun 27, 2019我一直认为对一个陌生城市最好的最快的最深入的了解,就是住在当地人家里｡所以第一次的土耳其之旅,第一站我就选在了Kubi家｡Kubi真的是一个非常非常nice的男生,从订房之前就开始解答我关于旅游行程的问题,在其他地方旅游的时候我有问题也依然向他咨询,他热情､耐心,帮我翻译了很多我看不懂的土耳其语｡我们订了一个独立房间,结果一层楼他都给我们使用了!房间干净舒适,周围很安全很安静,床超级舒服!交通也很方便,家门口的公车站是始发点,很快就可以到各个景点｡我们每天逛完景点,会在家门口的面包店和水果店买各种吃的,放在冰箱里,就像回到自己家一样｡和住酒店是完全不一样的体验!It is the best department in my travel in Turkey!

Jun 27, 2019Kubilay is a great host, he came to pick us from the local square, he is very friendly and polite person, he helped us to get around the city and we also went out for a dinner. The apartment is great, just as it looks on the pictures (new, clean, spacious, equipped...). It is located in the center of the neighborhood and everything you need is around (like McDonalds, banks, bakeries, shops, public bus station, the square...). The neighborhood (in my opinion) is one of the best in Istanbul, close to the center of Istanbul and yet not too crowded, with free parking places around. I would definitely choose this place again. I am sorry that my stay was short so i wasn't able to hang out more with Kubilay, but i thank him and hope to see him again!
Jun 27, 2019What can I say about my mini trip...?Amazing city, wonderful staying, a host with a huge heart. Unfortunately a very short travelling. But not too short time for understanding Kubi, like a person. A smart, intelligent, helpful, kindly human. Willing to meet new people, to learn others country customs, to taste new national food. It was a pleaser to have such a quiet and reserved person as a host. He met me , showed me all the sightseeing, told about (Website hidden by Airbnb) on, with satisfaction, because he respects his guests and adores his city. A perfect location of the apartment with lovely bedrooms for renting. I am not sorry neither for destination Istanbul no Kubilay's room staying in. For the next my trip in Istanbul (that time not so short), I am totally sure it would be the same Kubi's house. I hope that he would meet me with the same warmth. I already miss the Istanbul life:))

Altough he was not in town, he sent some very helpful friends to pick us up at the shuttle and to give us a introduction to the place and city. We had food on the terrace with a fantastic view over Istanbul with him. Thanks for your hospitality! Highly recommended to stay there!

Jun 27, 2019Great stay. The place is very nice and clean and I really got some good sleep. Although Kubilay was not there, he and his friend/girlfriend really helped me a lot. They assisted me with every question I had and Kubilay sometimes texted me, just to ask, if everything is okay. They even made tea for me and I really felt at home. Thanks a lot!

He offered us a tea from a nice little place he knew - in short Kubilay was a great host all around. The appartment is nice, in a residential area.

Kubi is so polite and helpful. it is like staying in a brother's home. he text me to ensure that I'm all good in Istanbul. he brought me out for dinner with his friend at his favourite base in Istanbul with incredible view. a restaurant i wouldn't have known or could find. also some spots such as local bazaar and Suleimaneye mosque. he also suggested a place called Pierre Loti quite near to the apartment. it is recommended, beautiful view, spend your whole day picnic there. there's cable-car ride up to the top of the hill. (for Muslims, there is Ayep Sultan Mosque nearby which has relations with history of Prophet Mohammad) Kubi was very warm with the hospitality, he offered me turkish snacks, dried fruits & a turkish dish which was made by his father. i felt very comfortable at his apartment & neighbourhood. i recommend anyone who wants a good and unique Istanbul experience to stay at his place. please stay longer because i personally feel my 5 days was tooooo short. :)) and i enjoyed all the conversation topics we had, something that interests me. i still have many questions to ask as i'm very interested in social, politics & culture of Turkey. Facilties: -clean and spacious -the wifi connection was very good. -he provided towels, toothpaste & shampoo -the shower heater was available all time Neighbourhood: -i travelled alone & often return to the apartment around 11pm or later and felt very safe. don't worry. -there are dessert shops, marts, money exchange, ATM cash machines, cafe and restaurants to go to. and best of all, the prices are local prices means cheaper than touristic areas. Location, Getting Around: -on first day of arrival, Kubi or his friend/nephew will meet up with u at the nearby square and show you the way. -Kubi provided me with an IstanbulKart (a public transport card) to use while in Istanbul, hence all you need to do is top-up the card and ready to go. getting to main tourist attractions are only 30mins bus ride away, use an App called ""Trafi"" it will suggest routes & prices on public transports. by traveling by bus, i really felt like local :D
Jun 27, 2019This was my very first Airbnb experience and Kubilay had made it amazing. The apartment is situated in a lovely residential neighborhood where buses run frequently downtown (approx. 20 minutes journey time to Taksim/Eminonu). The room provided was spacious and clean and we were constantly reminded by Kubilay to treat the whole apartment as our own! He knows Istanbul inside out and provided us with all the sightseeing tips. Kubilay is truly polite, kind and intelligent and I've had the pleasure to exchange certain ideas and views with him. On my last night in Istanbul, Kubilay brought me to Pierre Loti and the views were absolutely splendid.

Jun 27, 2019The owner of the place is nice and quick to respond, but the location and state of the actual listing are less than desirable. The towels were a little sour and linens were sticky. The kitchen was kind've clean, the bathroom was definitely very outdated and no hot water. The location was very far from everything and if you don't speak good Turkish or Arabic you'll definitely not feel too comfortable. Okay If traveling on a dime but there are better more central places to choose from. I would not stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019Kubilay's place is quiet, which I suspect is quite a rare thing in Istanbul. The man himself is incredibly helpful, he met us in the square nearby at 0400 when we arrived and helped us find parking for a very large car plus motorcycle trailer. Great place, great host.
Jun 27, 2019If I become rich one day that I could afford $100 per night hotels, I would still prefer to stay at Kubilay's place. The homely environment, nice Turkish tea, all markets near by, super local transportation, amazing host, a friend I would say now. Highly recommended, enjoy Istanbul.
Jun 27, 2019I loved staying at Kubilay's apartment., it was very warm and welcoming. I felt very at home there. The apartment is quite away outside the touristy area of Istanbul so locally you will experience 'real' Turkey however it is only a 30 min tram journey into the city. centre. For me Kubilay's place was a perfect location. His apartment is very comfortable, especially the bed. I was provided with plenty of clean towels and the shower is amazing! His girlfriend Deniz cooked a very delicious and more than substantial breakfast every day. Kubilay was extremely helpful with directions whilst I was out and about, which I really appreciated. I would hope to stay here again if I return to Istanbul. Thanks Kubilay, I really appreciated all your help
Jun 27, 2019This is my first time for me to try AirBnb. What a nice stay ? . I wish my future stays with Airbnb will be as good as my stay at Kubilay's home. The room is spacious. The whole flat is clean and has all you may want including well equipped kitchen, WiFi , washing machine .. Etc. Kubilay is very helpfull. A specail thanks to his freind Deniz for being so hepful and welcoming. For me this AirBnb experiene is far more better than a stay in a Hotel. You can feel the "warmth of a HOME". During my 3 days stay i knew my neighbour guests in the flat : Lynne, a nice English lady, Hussine a Lebaneese youth and a persian guy, besides Kubilay and Deniz. What a nice experience. I would love to do it again. . I recommend Kubilay's home for any one visiting Istanbul.

Highly recommended stay for future travellers. Easily the best experience we've had with Airbnb so far. He not only served us but even taught us how to make Turkish tea which is pretty amazing! Helped us with translation, navigation and some nice local recommendations. His profound insights on Turkish culture and politics were impressive. Our kids grew very fond of him in a short time. Jun 27, 2019Kubi 超级热情,超级绅士｡我飞机延误到凌晨2:30落地,他一直没睡等我,还来小广场接我,回去又陪我聊天到快四点｡中间有一天我问他什么土耳其啤酒好喝,我买点回去一起,他推荐了之后抛下正在聚会的朋友赶回来陪我｡还带着我买去 efes 的大巴票｡他的英语不错,交流很顺畅｡虽然房子的位置离老城区有一点远(公交车40分钟),但是这能让你看到不一样的伊斯坦布尔｡房子里的东西都能用,kubi 在周末还做了土耳其早餐给我们,平时可以自己做东西吃,有现成的面包｡阳台的窗户是不关的(但是门会是关着的),会有流浪猫跳进来要吃的,晚上就睡在阳台上的纸箱里或者猫咪房子里｡我后面会回伊斯坦布尔转机,kubi 还说我可以回房子里,当时我已经把钥匙还给他了,他说到时候他会让他的朋友给我｡真的感觉 kubi 不是在做生意而是在认真交朋友｡住在这里的体验非常好｡土耳其的第一站对我可以说是完美的 :)
Jun 27, 2019Je suis resté 1 mois chez Kubilay. Kubilay est une personne sociable, agréable, gentille, toujours prête à aider son prochain. Le quartier où se trouve son logement est 100% local, super occasion de sortir des zones touristiques. Cependant, à deux pas de l'appartement, il y a le metro et de nombreuses lignes de bus qui vous emmèneront en moins de 30 minutes à Taksim, Eminönü etc.. Je dois ajouter que la nuit on y dort super bien, c'est silencieux ! Pour conclure, si vous souhaitez séjourner à Istanbul chez une personne de confiance, foncièrement bonne, dans un appartement remplie d' énergies positives. Ne cherchez plus, vous l'avez trouvée! Kubilay gerçekten çok çok teşekkür derim!

Jun 27, 2019Kubilay is the best Airbnb host we had so far during our 10 days stay.We felt very much at home at his place in GAZIOSMANPASA,Istanbul.His place is the best for travellers who wish to live like a localite in Istanbul.We ate almost all dinners together at Fantastic local places around.We were lucky to be there during Ramadan.Special thanks to Kubi's friend Meyra for preparing delicious Turkish dinner for one of the evenings.Kubi is extremely accommodative.He was our official tour guide :)).We explored great parts of Istanbul with him e.g.Besiktas,Pierre-loti,Asian side etc. The neighborhood is completely non-touristic,we were the only tourists around ,we felt :).Shopping,eatingn,connections to the center all within proximity (few mins walk) Kubi's apartment is very spacious.Our room was big and bed,quilts very very comfy.We felt very lazy sometimes because of the bed haha. Shower had hot water all through.Fresh towels and toiletaries were provided.Breakfasts materials were there including fresh fruits,eggs. And turkish tea,coffee.Wifi worked fine all days. Overall we had a great time with Kubilay,his friend Meyra (and her sweet cat Bitter:),and his other Airbnb guest Sue from Taiwan.We made great friends.

Kubi was always in touch, gave clear explanations on how to get to the meeting place with his friend Meira, who helped us to get to the apartment, had a delicious lunch and made coffee!Meira was also kind and ready to help and answer all our questions. Kubi was Pawel fruit, baklava and a delicious tea. Kubi gave us a map of what is and written bus numbers, which helped us a lot! All our stay at Kubi's house, do we have any questions! It was easy and pleasant to communicate with Kubi!I recommend You to stay in the house of Kubi! Было очень приятно остановиться в доме Куби! Куби всегда был на связи, дал четкие разъяснения как добраться до места встречи с его другом Меира, которая помогла нам добраться до квартиры, угастила вкусным обедом и приготовила кофе!Меира так же была добра и готова помочь и ответить на все интересующие нас вопросы. Jun 27, 2019This was my second experience with Airbnb, and it was dope. I really liked it and Kubi the Host - awesome guy! Very helpful, he gave me best tips and recommendations, where to eat good and which places to visit when. My one week trip was awesome because of his guidances otherwise it would have been just ok or good, I guess if I stayed at a hotel. All in all it was a superb trip in Istanbul. Kinda hot doe - first week of July. BTW - Kubi has a very nice and helpful friend, which came sometimes and visited us. Only one suggestion I would give Kubi is - maybe having a fan because it really can get hot during the nights. Thx again Kubi for everything, I appreciate your time and your hospitality.

Ponctué des pleins de petites attention (petit-déjeuner, conseils sur les sorties, les lieux à visiter, les bons plans), notre séjour à Istanbul fut excellent en grande partie grâce à elle !

En Kubi ha estat molt atent amb nosaltres, ens ha solucionat tots els dubtes al moment, ens ha assessorat sobre llocs on canviar, on menjar, com moure'ns per Istambul, què visitar. Hem après moltíssimes coses de la ciutat i de Turquia i ens emportem un molt bon record de la nostra estada. ------ Kubilay's hospitality is unbeatable, we found like at home. Kubi has been very friendly with us, he has fixed us all the doubts at the time, he has advised us on places where change, where to eat, how to move in Istanbul, what to visit. We have learned many things about the city and Turkey and we take a lot of good memories of our stay.
Jun 27, 2019Our stayed 5 nights at Kubilay house was great, its such a good place, surronding by many clothes shop, bakery and also restaurant and a few minute walk to the bus stop. Kubilay was very kind, generous and passion Man, he gave us suggestion the place to visit and also explained how to get the place by bus with every detailed. He also accompanied us to go to nice Pierlotti Garden and have Kunefe at Night during our stayed there. Kubilay is very kind and caring to his guess. Kubi likes our personal travel advisor. Kubi Also provided many fruits and the sweet the kitchen. Me, my mother and my friend Vivi were enjoyed stay at Kubi House, we felt like home sweet home stay there that we can cooked and we can used washing machine also. Kubi also helped us to ordered big car to the airport. Thanks Kubilay for our stayed at yours and you made our wonderfull holiday in Istanbul. We will back again when we visit Istanbul.
Jun 27, 2019As a solo, female traveller, I was initially hesitant to visit Istanbul but I'm delighted I did so. This city is beautiful, safe and very modern :) with Kubilay as my superhost, I had an amazing time! The apartment is located in a safe, lively district, a short bus ride from Taksim square. There aren't as many tourists and this lends to the advantage of exploring the city as a true local and paying less $ as opposed to the more touristic hub. The apartment has everything you will ever need, and for breakfast there are a million things to choose from! Kubilay is beyond generous allowing use and access to almost anything in the house. I felt as if I was staying at my friend’s home and this is what he has since become, my friend. I was very well cared for and for this I am truly grateful. I ate most of my meals (the best food I’ve ever had in my life) with him,most of which he even paid for. He even took me along with his friend to catch some breathtaking views of the city and at night we discussed the best routes and places to visit the following day. He provided plasters for the blisters on my feet, on my departure he accompanied me to the bus stop and helped me with my heavy luggage. There are countless other nice things he did for me and many other reasons why you should stay at this Airbnb. The most important to me being Kubilay himself because his kind heart shines even brighter than beautiful Istanbul. Thank you for everything Kubilay, I will never forget your kindness and I hope to see you again some day ئیشاڵا

Jun 27, 2019Едва мы прилетели в Стамбул, почувствовали себя как дома. На выходе из аэропорта нас встретила Мейра, чудесная подруга Кубилая. Путь до дома занял всего около 20-30 минут. Все это время мы тепло общались с Мейрой, она показывала и рассказывала нам про город, на что стоит обратить внимание. Так что время пролетело незаметно. Кубилай встретил нас в квартире и помог заселиться. Он сделал все, чтобы мы почувствовали себя комфортно. Квартира располагается в отличном месте - рядом есть магазины, несколько автобусных остановок, метро. Так что в любой момент можно добраться в каждую точку города. Не стесняйтесь задавать вопросы Куби и Мейре. Они обязательно Вам помогут и подскажут - как лучше добраться до интересующего Вас места, где лучше покупать или не покупать товар, который Вы хотите. Они прекрасные собеседники, всегда открыты и готовы помочь.
Jun 27, 2019Самый лучший хозяин однозначно Кубилай . Не смотря на позднее время Мейра меня встретила и привезла на квартиру . Такого хозяина я не встречала , объяснил как и добраться куда мне нужно , дал проездную карту , сопровождал до остановки , все что хочешь есть дома покушать , фрукты ,орехи, чай . Все удобство для хорошого проживания есть , так что не зря Кубилаю дали статус Супер Хозяин . Рекомендую не пожалеете!

Everything was great: the accommodation, our room, the hospitality of the host, the local dinner at our arrival and Humeyra’s meeting at the airport!!))) all the days of our stay we were surrounded by Kubilay’s care and attention! We were feeling at home and Istanbul didn’t seem to be so huge and unknown to us))) Kubilay helped us a lot, gave very helpful tips and even organized a special evening with watching whirling dervishes, it was really marvelous!)) Kubilay is not just a wonderful host, a man with the kindest heart and the most beautiful soul, but one of the greatest sights of Istanbul!) My 6 years old son is also impressed by staying in Kubilay’s flat))) everything was super-super!) thank you a lot!))
