Adecuado para familias, grupos de amigos o parejas. El barrio del Eixample es tranquilo y perfecto para moverse por la ciudad. El apartamento está cerca de los puntos más interesantes y la estación de metro puede llevarte a cualquier punto de interés en 5 minutos. Aquí puedes encontrar bares, restaurantes, tiendas y todo lo necesario.

A 50 metros dispones de estación de metro y parada de autobuses. muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad (L2 y L5). puedes acercarte al centro en un paseo de 15 minutos, o ir en metro en 5 minutos.

We stayed in Nuria & Elio's apartment in April 2014 and we were delighted. Elio was waiting for us when we arrived, he showed us everything and he even helped us with our holiday plans in Barcelona. The apartment was lovely, modern, comfortable, scrupulously clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. It is located in a very nice residential neighborhood which is a very short walk to the Sagrada Familia (one block across and two/three blocks down, 5mins walking). This also meant that the hop-on hop-off tour bus was conveniently located nearby and also there was a metro stop only one block away. We would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019We really liked this apartment. Everything was perfect! Very good stylish apartment in quite peaceful place near with the Sagrada Familia (approximately 3-5 minutes on foot). The furniture and the styling were very nice. All new furniture is from IKEA. The apartment has all the facilities for a good staying. Excellent equipped kitchen. Just across the road you can buy fresh food and everything you need for your cooking. Very close to the apartment there are supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Just around the corner there is Metro station, connecting you with the most popular places. We found this ideal: quiet and not too crowded by tourists. We really recommend this apartment! If you like to stay in a calm place but close to all the popular sightseeing, this apartment is the perfect stay. Nuria & Elio are very nice and attentive people, they tried to make our staying more comfortable, helped us with advice. We will recommend their apartment, and hope to return again!
Jun 27, 2019I'd like to first thanks Nuria for the thoughtfulness in making sure that our stay (between 8-12 May) was comfortable and welcomed. There were maps and tourist spots leaflets in the apartment, and Nuria also provided us with the neighbourhood introduction. The apartment is located behind the metro station 'Sant Pau/Dos de Maig' on L5 (red line - towards Vall d'Hebron). Also, the apartment is 5 mins' walk away from La Sagrada Familia. Between the the apartment to La Sagrda Familia there are many restaurants and bistros which are open throughout the day. On the same block to the apartment, there is a 'Pans and Company' sandwich/fast food shop. There is a chain supermarket right outside the metro exit which is very convenient to get bottled water and groceries. If that's closed, there are several mini-market like shops that sells basic groceries, cigarettes and alchohol, opening until late at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and gives a homey atmosphere. We felt like home there. The apartment (and the rooms) are spacious. Apart from clean towels were supplied, iron and ironing board was also available. Although the apartment doesn't have a washing machine, there is a laundry shop right opposite the bus stop, behind the apartment building. Anyways, I'll definitely recommend this apartment to other visitors to Barcelona, and will definitely stay with Nuria in the future. : )
Jun 27, 2019Nuria and her husband are just excellent hosts. Nuria's husband met us at our arrival and he was extremely patient in giving practical directions of places of interest to us. The apartment itself is just fantastic and in a great location. It is very near to the Sagrada Familia and connects with two metro lines. The apartment is newly renovated and is designed and decorated with great taste. It is a large and spacious place with bedrooms, a very nice living room. The bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished. Generally, it can house 6 people. It was extremely clean and had everything one could possibly need or expect. I have recommended the apartment to my friends and, in fact, I will definitely use it next time I am in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Excelente AAA+++. El depto es super completo, tiene todo lo que podes pedir, es para 4 personas comodos. Es grande luminoso, todo nuevo. Ademas Nuria y Eloy su marido, son unos divinos. Nos prepararon una cuna, una sillita para bebe y lo mejor de todo juguetes para mi hijo de 2 años. Nos recibio Eloy, es muy atento, nos dio todas las indicaciones del depto y de los lugares turisticos. No dejes de alquilarlo lo vas a disfrutar. Super recomendable !!!!

Il posto è molto confortevole, appartamento nuovo e finemente curato, vicinissimo alla Sagrada Familia . Zona tranquilla e ben servita sia per i negozi, supermercati sia per la metro.

Jun 27, 2019Hemos estado muy a gusto en el piso: los propietarios muy atentos, piso limpio y con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodos. Ubicación estupenda en cuanto a transporte público y servicios. Definitivamente volveremos a contactarlos cuando volvamos a Barcelona.

Also Nuria and her husband were extremely kind with us. Unfortunately we had to arrive realy late during the night and they were still here to great us ! Thank you again for everything ! It was such a wonderfull weekend !

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Nuria and Eloi's apartment. It is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Eloi was able to meet us late. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is close to the metro. Getting to all the sights is convenient. Coming home to a nice neighborhood at night was very relaxing. Having a full kitchen was a nice break from restaurants. We would like to return and stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019El piso es muy bueno y en una zona genial, ni muy ruidosa ni muy alejada. Eloi nos recibió y estuvo disponible en todo momento por cualquier imprevisto. Lo único malo fue el internet, la seńal fue siempre demasiado baja y teníamos que estar pegados al router en el living. En el resto de la casa no hay internet. Pese al esfuerzo de Eloi en solucionarlo, la señal siguió siendo muy baja

Cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias y su ubicación es ideal para trasladarse por la ciudad caminando o mediante el metro que está a una cuadra. Se encuentra cercano a La Sagrada Familia y varios lugares para salir a comer. Nuria y Eloy fueron muy amables y atentos. Nos contactaron con anterioridad a nuestra llegada para coordinar el encuentro y una vez en el apartamento nos brindaron mucha información útil para movernos por la ciudad.

Situation à 5' à pied de la " Sagrada Familia " et 2' d'un métro pour rejoindre aisément le centre ville . Très bon accueil . Hôtes très arrangeants pour le jour du départ . Jun 27, 2019La estadía en el apartamento fue muy cómoda. Es amplio, camas cómodas, baño límpio y la cocina cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios. Además de esto, está muy bien ubicado. Cuenta con 2 estaciones de metro cercanas, está a 5 minutos caminando de la Sagrada Familia y del Hospital Sant Pau. El barrio es tranquilo pero no le falta vida, ya que cuenta con bares, cafés, y restaurantes variados. Mercados y lavandarías tambien están en las cercanías. Muy recomendado.

Lugar com bons restaurantes e bares próximos. Supermercados e padarias disponíveis nas quadras onde se situa o apartamento.

Pulitissimo, situato a 5 minuti dalla Sagrada Familia, quartiere tranquillo è pieno di localini con buon cibo e supermercato di (Website hidden by Airbnb) comunicazione con gli host è stata impeccabile e precisa.appartamento molto grande e silenzioso. La cucina ben attrezzata e con una moka all’italiana! Bagno grande e una bellissima doccia. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.
Jun 27, 2019생각했던 것보다 훨씬 더 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 4살 아이와 함께하는 가족여행이라서 숙소에서 음식을 자주 해먹었는데, 주방조리시설이나 식기류가 완벽했고 주변에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 요리가 너무 즐거웠습니다. 특히, Nuria가 아들을 위한 방을 꾸며주셔서 무척 감동 스러웠습니다. 또 장난감과 식기류까지 준비해주셔서 아이가 무척 좋아했고, 머무르는 동안 편안하게 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고, 넓고, 지하철과 5분 정도 거리여서 교통이 좋았습니다. 특히, 사그라다 파사밀라와 아주 가까워서 산책겸해서 자주 구경하고 숙소로 돌아오곤 했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 오래전에 지은 건물이라(내부는 완벽하게 개조되었지만) 엘레베이터가 좁고 세탁기가 없는 점이 아쉬웠지만, 가까운 곳에 빨래방이 있어서 이용하시면 크게 문제되지 않을 거예요. 훌륭한 숙소와 시설 그리고 Nuria의 세심한 배려가 있어서 특히 가족 여행을 떠나신다면 강력 추천합니다.

Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed this apartment. Nuria and Eloy made everything easy. The flat was well-located, very well kept, and perfect for us as a family. The bedrooms were quiet at night. They even had a crib, a booster seat, and toys for our 1-year-old! The one thing guests should keep in mind about this apartment is that it does not have air conditioning. That can be hard in July and August, though they did provide several fans. But if we come back to Barcelona between September and May, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019We absolutely loved our stay at Nuria's. The apartment is huge, really clean, and well located in the beautiful area near Sagrada Familia. Additionally it had all the amenities you would want, from a fully equipped kitchen, to a bathroom with all the toiletries. We'd definitely come back!
