Jun 27, 2019We stayed in this apt for 4 days. The location was great,it s 5- 7 min walking to Placa de Catalunia, which is the center of Barcelona,with a lot of department stores restaurants. The apt is as well close to the Urquinaona Metro, just 2 mins walking. The apartments were clean, cozy, well equipped. There are one bedroom with double bed and a living room with a big sofa. Claudia is a very friendly person, was always ready to help. I definitely recommend this place if you want to book an apartment in the center of Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019Great location, and clean, cute apartment! Functioned well for 2 adults and college-aged child for weekend trip to Barcelona. Building has one elevator, but it did not work most of the weekend so beware if you depend on an elevator; do not take the risk of having to climb 5 flights of stairs, especially with luggage! Bathroom toiletries were used (apparently shared with other previous occupants) which was very unappealing. Fortunately, we had brought all of our own toiletries and did not need to rely on 'shared' ones. Koni was very responsive to questions prior to and after booking, and available via email & phone to answer questions during our stay. All in all, a good experience except for the elevator and used/shared bathroom toiletries!
Jun 27, 2019Beautiful apartment where everything feels new and clean. Claudia was very helpful when we needed to book last-minute accommodation and Carlos was a very warm and welcoming host. The apartment is located in a terrific position: central and within walking distance to many sights. It is on a busy street, but the double-glazed balcony doors provide excellent sound-proofing from the street below. There are a number of cafés and restaurants close-by that provide wifi.
Jun 27, 2019Hem passat el cap de setmana a Barna i la tria d'aquest apartament, a tocar de la Plaça Urquinaona, ha estat un encert total: Espaiós, silenciós, ben equipat, molt nou, molt net i , sobretot, molt ben situat, Es pot anar a peu a la zona més centrica de Barcelona: La plaça Catalunya, les Rambles, el Gòtic, el Born... i per si vols anar més lluny, hi ha una boca de metro i la parada de moltes línies de bus a la porta mateix . Les persones de contacte, Claudia i Carles, molt professionals i molt amables. En la mesura de les seves possibiltats ens han facilitat molt l'estada. Quan tornem a Barcelona repetirem.

Jul 27, 2019The Appartment is very nice, cosy and clean, so you can feel at home. And it is well equipped. The Location is great, too. It takes a 5-minute walk only, to get to the city center, so there is no need to go by bus or metro. We can highly recommend this flat!

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passer un week-end à barcelone dans l'appartement de Pisos Koni ,. L'appartement est trés bien situé à coté d'une bouche de métro, de passage de gracia, de la Rambla en plus très bien équipé, très lumineux; on le recommande vivement. Merci .
Jun 27, 2019J'ai passé 5 jours et 4 nuite à Barcelone avec 3 amies. L'appartement était très bien situé, très calme malgré la chaussée bruyante, il y a donc une très bonne isolation. L'appartement était très propre, bien éclairé et bien rangé. Il n'y avait par contre pas de savon ni dans la salle de bain ni dans la cuisine, ni assez de papier toilettes, ce qui nous a amené à avoir des dépenses supplémentaires. Mais sinon je recommande sans hésitation cet appartement qui convient autant pour des couples, pour des jeunes ou des familles.

Jun 27, 2019No duden en alojarse en este apartamento A 2 minutos de plaza Cataluña, de Las Ramblas, de Paseo de Gracia, del Portal del Ángel! Ubicación inmejorable. Perfecto para 4 personas. Muy acogedor, limpio y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Sobretodo nos encantó la decoración. Todos los detalles muy cuidados. Te sientes como en casa,. Agradecer la atención de Claudia la anfitriona.

Jun 27, 2019After booking this apartment, Koni had to switch us to this https://www.airbnb.no/rooms/2131496?s=8GqE apartment in stead. The two apartments is in the same building with the same layout. We were three people and there was plenty room, a bed had been set up next to the sofa. The apartment looked newly refurbished and with nice furniture and a nice bathroom. We were all very happy with the apartment. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many sites and there is a metro station at the corner if you need to go further. There is a nice little bakery just out the door and to the right and a 24 hour shop just across the road. There is an elevator, but it only takes 1/2 persons at the time. We only had some very small issues with the power going out with use of the water-kettle. But the person meeting us at arrival spoke very little English so we got little information and the person we delivered the key to spoke no English. So we felt a little uncomfortable not having really spoken to anyone as we left. Otherwise we had a terrific time! This was our first experience with airbnb, we will use the site again and we recommend Koni if you are staying in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019Excellent stay! Newly refurbished, and she has sound-proof windows and exterior metal shades which block the sound and light very well. Only minor complaints are that the shower drained very slowly and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper (which she apologized for and said would fix). Also, the internet stopped working for 1 day, so we had to go to Starbuck/McDonald's to use the wi-fi. Great experience overall though - highly recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Great communication from Claudia after booking and during our stay. The apartment was not ready for our arrival, however Claudia let us put our belongings into the apartment so we were not held up by it. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, exactly as described, and finished to a very high standard. Much more kitchen equipment than I expected and it really does have everything you could possibly need. Downsides are, lack of washing up liquid and toilet paper. There was half a roll in the bathroom (for 2 people and 2 day stay) and enough washing up liquid for 3 meals. There is a nightclub directly across the road which was incredibly noisy until around 6am, not music but people gathered outside shouting, drinking and singing. This only happened on Friday night, Saturday night was quiet. Obviously out of Claudia's control, which is appreciated. If going back to Barcelona, I'd only be too happy to stay here again, it was extremely comfortable and a lovely host.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was perfect, well located in the center, clean and comfy, you feel like at home. If you come by car, it's very easy to park, there is a parking just in front of the flat. The only thing is that there is a disco club just in front of the flat, so if you come by the end of the week it can be noisy. I really recommend this place to stay in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Cuando llegamos al piso Oriol nos recibio muy bien, el piso para nuestra familia (3 niños) era muy limpio, confortable y corresponde muy bien a las fotos. Oriol se ocupo muy bien de todo, si necesitabas algo o alguna pregunta cualquiera, te contestaba lo mas rapido posible. Una silla y una cuna para mi hijo chico fue un servicio gratis que pusieron a nustra disposicion, habia solo que pedirla. Todo lo que puedo decir es que si quieres ir a barcelona y disfrutar de un piso a 2min a pie de la plaza catalunya (pleno centro) y bajando de casa tienes el metro, o sea lo tienes todo, no tienes que buscar mas, aqui lo tienes ! Volveremos a este piso la proxima vez con mucho gusto y sin pensarlo 2 veces :) Muchas gracias por todo Koni, hasta la proxima :-)
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Koni's place and its an excellent apartment in a great location. Very easy to reach by aerobus and just a short walk from bus turistic hop on hop off which will get you to all turustic places in no time. The apartment is clean and modernly outfitted. The twin bed could be a bit bigger for above average size people, no big problem though. Check-in is easy and good communication (just a bit spanglish) We would book it again on our next visit to Barcelona, A++ apartment!!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is lovely. The location is perfect. The apartment was fully stocked from linen to kitchen consumables. It was very pleasant. The lift is tiny, but that is the building design. Nothing can be done to that, but accept it. It is manageable. Only downside, on the last evening, the wifi stopped working. If you travelling from other countries and your phone is not set up for call and text roaming, this could be an issue. All in all, a pleasant stay, wonderful host who really helped us. Highly recommended if you planning on visiting Barcelona

Jun 27, 2019Clean, comfortable rooms and beds, equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. Not a huge flat, but quite enough, very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed to stay here and I highly recommend it to anyone! Building was quite, the street a bit busy during a weekday - it's close to city centre, so don't expect "country-side silence", but we spent the day walking around in the city, so was not a problem. Good location, near to city centre, about 5 minutes walk from the Aerobus bus stop at Catalunya. Metro station is close too. A nice bakery right next to this building, shop on the other side of the street. Koni was very friendly and helpful! Recommended! Thanks for everything!

And all the facilities written in the description have met with our expectations. I strongly recommend staying there. Plus, there is a delicious bakery next door.

Jun 27, 2019Very nice, cosy appart! Great communication with the hosts, keen to provide support if necessary. Some elements were missing (iron) but very quickly Koni found a solution. Photos and description are 100% real. Moreover, despite a very noisy street, the appart is well soundproofing.

There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning about the charge per person but Koni decided to not charge me for additional person because the information that i received from Air Bnb mobile app was different than the website version. Anyway, super recommended!!

Jun 27, 2019Very nice flat and great experience with Koni. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions for finding the apartment. Everything was done with access codes, so it wasn't necessary to meet with the host in order to obtain a key and enter the building, which was much more convenient for me. The apartment itself was great; charming design and furnishing, clean (emphasis on clean), modern amenities, nice bed, and overall very comfortable. The apartment I stayed in is ideal for a couple looking for a romantic retreat in beautiful Barcelona. Highly recommend.
Jun 27, 2019This place was just perfect-- centrally located, close to morning coffee shops, and walking distance to almost everything you'd want to see in Barcelona. It was really charming and felt nice to come home to in the evenings to cook something for dinner. I felt like communication was easy with the host given I only speak English, and the place is even cuter than the pictures!

Jun 27, 2019There was festival going on the day we arrived so Koni couldn't come to the place for check-in but we had no problem getting in. The apartment was easy to find and Koni provided all the information we needed. It was very cozy and clean place. I slept on the safa bed and it was comfy enough. The location was perfect too. It was a good choice to stay in Koni's apartment. We had great tiem :)

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is as described and shown in the picture, clean and great location. A good breakfast place is located a couple of meters from the building entrance. Had difficulty unfolding the sofa-bed, needs repair and adjustment. The unfolded sofa-bed occupied the living room space all the time, unable to folded back due to a faulty mechanism. Communication was reasonable, in English, there was some difficulty, and response was acceptable.

Oriol es muy amable y nos ha faciliytado una cuna y la trona para nuestra bebé. La próxima vez que vayamos a la ciudad condal, esperamos poder ir de nuevo a este piso.

Jun 27, 2019Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 4 (due adulti e due bimbi piccoli) in questo appartamento, moderno e luminoso come descritto. Molto centrale rispetto alle principali vie della città, c'è una stazione della metro appena all'angolo della piazza, una farmacia, due coffe shop e un market a 5 minuti da casa. Al nostro arrivo sapevamo che non ci sarebbe stato nessuno, ma ci sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni per arrivare e accedere all'appartamento: siamo sempre stati in contatto con Oriol, che è stato super disponibile e gentilissimo per ogni nostra richiesta di aiuto e chiarimento.

La llegada fue comoda y rapida y lo mismo al salir. Me comunique por mensaje y la respuesta fue muy rapida. Recomiendo el apartamento, seguro que volvere!
Jun 27, 2019We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The place is as described. It's very nice, clean and in a great location. There are some nice extras like heating/air conditioning, hair dryer, washer/dryer etc. We also loved the fact that the key to the apartment is in a lock box outside the apartment, which the host provides the code for. This way we did not have to worry about checking in or out at a specific time. It made check in / check out very smooth and hassle free. The one downside was that the hot water in the shower only lasted about 3 min. We just sucked it up and took really quick showers as we didn't want to go through the trouble of having the issue addressed, but the host was very responsive to all our communication so I'm sure she would have been happy to address the issue if we'd asked. Overall it was a great stay and we'd return.

Jun 27, 2019This was a beautiful flat and looked exactly like the pictures - rustic charm in the heart of the city! It is in one of the best areas, perfectly located within walking distance of Eixample, Born and Gotico and more and 10 metres from a very useful metro station! In a beautiful apartment block with great security. The apartment was spotless and we had plenty of towels and linen. The beds were very comfy and the apartment had everything we needed, including a kettle. The wifi is very good as well. We had a really lovely stay and definitely recommend the flat for anyone looking for a beautiful place in Barcelona. Oriol was very helpful and we had no problems! Thank you very much Pisos Koni!

Jun 27, 2019Haben zu zweit ein Woche in diesem schönen Appartment verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage fast unmittelbar an der Placa Urquinaona ist super, da man die U-Bahn praktisch vor der Haustüre hat und auch verschiedene Buslinien direkt vor dem Haus vorbei kommen. Außerdem kann man sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichen, was wirklich klasse ist. Allerdings hat die zentrale Lage natürlich den kleinen Nachteil, dass es viel Verkehrslärm gibt. Die Fenster sind aber gut gedämmt, so dass es mit geschlossenen Fenstern in Ordnung war. Der Zugang zum Haus wird über einen Code geregelt, sodass wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern hatten. Alles war aber bestens organisiert und die Vermieter haben immer sofort per Mail oder SMS reagiert, wenn es eine Frage zu klären gab. Die Vermieter waren auch so freundlich uns früher als üblich einchecken zu lassen, weil die Wohnung an dem Tag schon frei war. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Wohnung und die Vermieter weiter - war alles bestens - kommen gerne wieder. Gracias.
Jun 27, 2019Convenient, clean, and modern. The location is perfect for taking the hop n hop off bus, walking to several restaurants and fairly quiet as its on the 4th floor. I was travelling with my parents who are senior citizens. They had no complaints, except for a very small elevator. Lastly, there are very minimal rations of food left in the kitchen and this maybe due to the fact that it is run by a company rather than a person.we had to buy our sugar, coffee n milk.

It was a brilliant location, five minutes walk from Placa Catalunya, from which you can hop on a bus to anywhere in the city. Claudia was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around. Jun 27, 2019Myself and my two grown up children were looking to book an apartment for a long weekend in Barcelona and this one turned out to be a perfect fit for our stay. Once booked the hosts couldn't be more helpful with information about the apartment and making themselves available if we had questions. The apartment looks exactly the same as the photos and was in a great location, a short walk from the old town, and to La Rambla which lead to the sea front. The only issue we had was a shortage of hot water but besides that we had a very good stay.

Jun 27, 2019This flat was absolutely amazing. The location could not have been any better, as it is was a short walk to the Plaza Catalunya, the Arc de Triomf, and the Cathedral. The views were gorgeous and the room in wonderful condition. The flat is located on the 4th floor, however there is a lift to help with baggage. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, not only was the flat nice, but the hosts were willing to assist with anything and everything we needed.

Jun 27, 2019We had a very pleasant stay in this appartment, everything was clean and the arrival was wel organised. We were with 3 persons, and only problem - which we should have mentioned after the first night, is that the matrass of the sofa bed was too thin, especially for two adults. The street is noisy, but the doors are well isolated of the noise. and there is airco. The location is ideal, close to the plaza de Catalunya, where the busses to the airport arrive and leave. We will be back, thank you Claudia!

De plus il est extrêmement bien situé avec un accès au métro au pied de l'immeuble et un accès à la Plaça Catalunya et Las Ramblas à 2mn a pied. Le seul point d'amélioration est le confort du canapé lit qui n'est pas excellent mais reste correct. L'organisation pour la récupération des clefs a été bonne et la communication avec notre hote a été parfaite avec des réponses claires et rapide. Si nous revenons sur Barcelone, nous choisisirons cet appartement sans hésiter.

Jun 27, 2019Such a great apartment: we loved the location, very close to everything in city center, easy to walk places, cool restaurants close by. Very easy to check in and out - great setup where you don't even have to meet anyone, you just get the code and the keys. So much easier than trying to coordinate a time to meet with the host to get the key. Metro station, 24 hour convenience store, and bus from the airport are all close by. Highly recommend this apartment!

We received great directions to retrieve the keys Oriol was on hand to validate our parking ticket. Highly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Great location, lovely and spotlessly clean apartment, but bring your earplugs if you want to sleep. Because you are right in the center of town there is a lot of traffic noise in the daytime. At night there is a nightclub that attracts a lot of noisy young people who stand on the sidewalk until 5 AM with loud talking and shouting. When I return to Barcelona I would stay in a quieter place.

Jun 27, 2019We spent two nights in this apartment, it was just a beautiful and modern apartment. We didn't get to meet our hosts, but they provided us with all the information we needed plus codes etc to get into the apartment ourselves. The apartment was gorgeous, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and everything we needed! We arrived on Saint Juan Day, and thankyou to our hosts for messaging us as we had no idea what all the bangs were in the neighbourhood! Turns out that it was fireworks, and the air was alive that night with children and adults alike setting off fireworks and firecrackers! We had an absolute ball in Barcelona, it certainly is a city worth visiting - we loved our time here! By the way, downstairs is an amazing bakery cafe- cheap super yummy food and amazing orange juice! Worth a visit!

Jun 27, 2019We just spent two nights in this beautiful apartment and had a great time. Although we never ended up actually meeting ours hosts they left great and clear instructions on how to get in and where the apartment was and we had absolutely no trouble getting the keys at all. The apartment itself was beautiful and really clean and had everything we needed. There were three of us and when we arrived the sofa bed and appropriate sets of towels were already set up and laid out for us. We had a really wonderful time and the apartment was in a great location. The next time I come to Barcelona I would defintely stay here again!

The host is most helpful...answering texts about a variety of things in a timely manner. She even bought an adaptor for us to use since we forgot one. We would definitely stay here again. Jun 27, 2019Couldn't have asked for a better location! Walking distance from most of the sites; La Rambla, Gothic district, and a short cab ride away from Barcoleneta. Checking into the apartment was smooth and easy, the hosts were really good about communicating prior to my reservation. Another bonus of this listing is the 24 hr market across the street. My friends and I walked and cabbed throughout our stay but, the train station is conveniently located around the corner. Other highlights include the elevator and the AC unit--it's in then living room though but, still nice to have. For the price of the listing, definitely worth it.

Jun 27, 2019Had an enjoyable time at Oriol and Claudia's place! Location is the best! Easy journey to all of Barcelona's major attractions and the place was very clean and lovely. The apartment is right in the middle of everything, but also very quiet and secluded. It has the best of everything. Close to the nightlife but quiet for a nice rest after a long day of seeing all of Catalunya. Access to the apartment was easy and Oriol met us at the apartment when we arrived. Smooth check in and check (Website hidden by Airbnb) was everything we needed and asked for.

The hosts made sure that the apartment was ready when we arrived and everything was clear in terms of instructions. We asked for some assistance with gym & parking etc and that was promptly provided.

Jun 27, 2019I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It was perfect for me as a solo traveller but in addition it had everything I needed. I did not use the parking facilities but I noted there were some available. It's near urqinanoa which is two metro stops from the beach and one stop from placa Catalunya/ las ramblas. I didn't cook there but there was a lovely cooking area available. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
Jun 27, 2019Oriol and Claudia's flat is ideally located - very central and within easy reach of everywhere you'd want to visit in Barcelona. The flat is modern, clean, nicely decorated and a great base for exploring the city. They have also stocked the flat with a wealth of maps and information on things to see/do in Barcelona. Oriol and Claudia were communicative and quick to respond to any question or inquiry we had. They made it easy to check in to the flat on arrival and in general are fantastic hosts. We loved staying here - I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Oriol siempre fue muy amable, atento y siempre estuvo en contacto cuando lo necesitamos. Tiene fácil acceso a muchos restaurantes, al metro, de las Ramblas y supermercados. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, si regresamos a Barcelona seguro será ahí.
Jun 27, 2019This was a cute little apartment right by the city center, perfect location and easy to get anywhere (right by the metro station). Oriol was very accommodating and welcoming. We were able to leave our bags early before check in and he helped me when I had lost bags I needed to get from the airline. The host was very gracious and helpful. The apartment was very cute - it was a little cramped with 4 girls with a lot of stuff but would have been great for a couple or 2 people. We loved our stay here!

Abbiamo trovato a casa tutto quello che ci serviva per stare con le bimbe, i seggiolini, alcuni giochi e le culle. La casa si trova a pochi passi da piazza Catalogna ed è perfetta per girare a piedi.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was excellent, and the description and photographs are very accurate. It was nicely decorated and was cheerful, modern and inviting. The owners/managers were also very thoughtful - there were a few very nice touches, including for the kids. It was also child-friendly, and my infant had a good time walking around. The location is perfect. It is a minute away from the nearest metro station, and fiv-seven minutes walk to Pl. Catalunya, from where you have an even wider range of buses, metro lines, the Aerobus, tourist buses, etc. Also very centrally located. The 24 hour market opposite is convenient, and there are many cafes and other supermarkets around. Accessing the keys to the flat was very smooth and convenient. Communication by the hosts was excellent. Most queries were responded to within minutes. They were very helpful in helping with booking a taxi from the airport at arrival.

Oriol respondió a todas nuestras consultas con muchísima amabilidad y nos facilitó el ingreso al parking que se ubica enfrente, que si bien no es gratuito, está muy bien para los precios de Barcelona (nos cobraron 50€ por 3 días). La ubicación es inmejorable y las instalaciones también. Sin dudas regresaríamos a este apartamento.
Jun 27, 2019The booking process and any subsequent enquiries were dealt with swiftly and accurately. The apartment is somewhat small but the location is fantastic and within walking distance (even with a preschooler and a toddler in tow) to a lot of key sightseeing venues, restaurants and so on. Lots of details in the apartment to keep the little people entertained: puzzles, colouring book (we ended up buying one exactly like it because our son loved it so much) & crayons, games. Tons of guide books and reading books on the shelves. Baby cot with little blanket and highchair were also put in the apartment at our request. Overall, very professionally handled.

Big enough for a traveling couple or a small family. There was a good selection of restraunts and cafes around. The 24hour supermarket across the street had good basic stuff to buy. Definitely recommend the apartment to travelers heading to Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019It is good location. One stop by Catalunya, but really closed. You can go there 5~10 minutes by walk, and other famous place is also closed. The apartment is very clean and interior is nice. It provides everything for stay, even something like book, cards, crayon for kids. Actually my daughter loved them. It is easy and fast to communicate with the host(Oriol) by (Hidden by Airbnb) . If I were to point out anything at all, instruction how to use washing machine. But he let me know it kindly on (Hidden by Airbnb) .

Die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen und perfekt wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist, da der Aerobus Shuttle ganz in der Nähe seine Endstation hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, daher Nachts auch etwas lauter. Die Wohnung war sehr aufgeräumt und absolut sauber.
Jun 27, 2019Generally the apartment worked very well for out three night stay in Barcelona. There are great restaurants within easy walking distance. La Rambla is also a short walk away. Our only caution: the dance club across the street was annoyingly loud Sunday night to 4:00 AM. Weekend noise can be a serious issue. All other aspects worked very well. We would return as we loved the neighborhood

The apartment was well-decorated, comfortable and had all the amenities and appliances that we could have possibly wanted. The balconies were great to hang out on during the day. The lift in the building was nice to have for luggage and long days of walking. This was a great experience and we would stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the umbrellas, as it was a little rainy during our visit. The location was convenient and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Barcelona and would highly recommend it to anyone else!

I went with three friends and the four of us fitted comfortably in the flat, it was a bit cosy but really great with a double bed, a sofa bed and a single fold out chair-bed which was really comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns ständig mit Informationen zur Anreise, der Lage, einer Karte der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, etc. versorgt. Außerdem waren sie rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und super geeignet um die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Place Catalunya ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren zu viert und die Größe der Wohnung war für drei Nächte gut geeignet. Es war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war vorhanden. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Den Lärm der Straße hört man im 4. Stock leider sehr deutlich, ebenso die Partygäste des gegenüberliegenden Clubs. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte man Ohropax mitnehmen.

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I stayed here in late June 2016. This apartment adequately satisfied our needs and the location can't be beat. Clean, good sized apartment for us. The shower has good water pressure and gets hot quickly. The space is also QUIET, which surprised me, given we're close to a street. This is due to good window coverings -- once the windows/doors were closed, we couldn't hear the outside. And it's air-conditioned, so we didn't need to leave them open, which we appreciated. The shutters on the windows also keep the room DARK -- so much so, that we had to crack the shutters open a little bit or we would have slept til noon! The bed is a double (important to note for us Americans..), and the mattress was firm, which I liked because I have back issues. Towels were decent size and quality, but no washcloth. Would rent this apartment again!
Jun 27, 2019Perfect apartment close to Plaza Catalunya. We had an absolutely grand time staying at this apartment. The apartment is very clean, well furnished and easily accessible to most major tourist spots. The metro line is a few steps away and tons of restaurants nearby. Our host was easy to contact and she made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you Claudia for all your help:)
Jun 27, 2019Lovely apartment right in the centre of town. We could walk to everywhere that we wanted to see, and the apartment was situated right next to a metro station so travel was not a problem. The hosts were helpful upon arrival and told us everything we needed to know. We had a very pleasant stay, however after the first night we received a message from the host saying that the CCTV cameras had caught us throwing a party and making too much noise which we definitely didn't do, and that certainly affected our enjoyment of the holiday. (There are also eight pieces missing in the Micky Mouse jigsaw).

Jun 27, 2019Wow what a gem. I don't want to leave such a great review because I want to keep this place all to myself. Oriol was very communicative before we arrived and the place was beautifully set up for us. I loved the location of the apartment as it was very convenient to everything. The washer/dryer were a nice luxury after we had been travelling for a week when we arrived, and the rooms and bathroom were spacious. The unit is located near the top of the building, but there is a lift that can take 1-2 people up depending on weight. We were barely in the apartment as we spent most of our time in the city, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was very clean and looked exactly the same as the photo. Very convenient location, only 3 mins walk to bus station which has direct bus to airport, and place de catalunya. Metro station is just downstairs. Koni always responded fast and she was very helpfully! Definitely recommended!

Jun 27, 2019No he tenido un contacto directo con el anfitrión, ya que se maneja con un sistema de autogestión del checkin (portero eléctrico de ingreso y retiro de llaves con claves ), no obstante las consultas que efectuamos por mensajes fueron contestadas inmediatamente, por lo que no hubo inconvenientes. El departamento se corresponde con el aviso y fotos publicadas. Es muy limpio, moderno y con todo el equipamiento necesario para una buena estadía. La ubicación es muy buena ya que está cerca de los principales lugares de interés y con todos los medios de transporte a mano. Si bien es una zona de mucho movimiento eso no se notaba en el departamento lo que permitía un buen descanso.
Jun 27, 2019Oriol made sure we were able successfully check into the apartment and verified with us if anything was missing from the apartment. Unfortunately the laundry machine door was broken, but the laundry machine was still perfectly functional. Oriol provided pictures on how to open the laundry machine door, but if you can't figure it out, there are plenty of youtube videos that teaches how to open a broken laundry machine door. The apartment is located in a very convenient location. it is only a few meters away from the exit of the metro, a few blocks away from Passeig de Gracia, and a few minutes walk to the A1 and A2 buses that take you to and from the airport. The apartment faces the street which is very noisy, but to my surprise the windows block out the noise extremely well. I am very sensitive to noise when I sleep, and I didn't have any trouble sleeping at night. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and spacious which made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic location. Easy to walk everywhere and the subway is at the corner of the street. This is a really lovely area, lots of coffee shops and fab restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything in it we needed, looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Our only complaints were that the bed linen did not appear overly clean and the bathroom had a smell of damp, hoping this gets sorted as otherwise a great spot!!

Jun 27, 2019The location of this apartment was really fantastic! The directions for check-in were clear and concise which made it easy to find and get into the apartment. The metro stop was located just around the corner which was super helpful in getting across the city, but was within walking distance to corte ingles and other convenience shops. One of my complaints would be that the noise from the street was louder than expected as there is a nightclub across the street. Additionally, the couches had some dust and hair on the surface, but was easy enough to wipe off. One other thing was we found spots on the sheets so wondered if these had been changed from the previous stay. Overall the apartment was nice and the pictures will give you and idea of the layout, however the apartment has wear and tear on it, such as scratches on the walls from suitcases/travelers, the pillows were a little flat (for my liking) and the light switches for the lamps were finicky. I would suggest thing apartment if you are looking for a great location and don't mind some street noise! Had a great stay in Barcelona!

Jun 27, 2019The flat is in an amazing location and is very easy to get into. We did not love the bed/bedding and felt it smelled damp and tired. Also the pull-out bed from the couch was particularly bad (I know pull-out beds are usually uncomfortable but this one felt worse than sleeping on the floor). The bathroom was good and we didn't use the kitchen. I think if they do something about the bedding it is an awesome place to stay but otherwise I cannot recommend it.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was located close to Plaza Cataluna and supermarket. I think that was a good part of this flat. The washing machine was out of order and we had to wait until Claudia showed us the other machine to wash. Flushing button is fallen apart from the wall and the basin was leaking and I found the bathroom floor was wet when i woke up in the middle of the night. Although the leaking basin was fixed on the same day I reported. The wifi was very slow and most of time it got disconnected which was quite annoying. The kitchen utensils were quite old, especially the chopping board and sofa bed was really uncomfortable. I mistakenly booked two nights instead of three nights but I am quite glad to move to the hotel.

Jun 27, 2019This was a great place for a weekend gateway with friends! It was very close to major attractions - walking distance of 20-30 minutes. It was nice, clean, and comfortable for 4 people. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with- making the entire experience very easy and enjoyable! If i'm ever in Barcelona again, I would definitely try to stay at PisoKoni's place :)
Jun 27, 2019Very central location, close to everything ( museums, touristic places, bar, restaurant cafe...). The flat is very clean with everything you need. It felt very nice to come back home to a welcoming flat after a long busy day. The flat is great but, being so central, it also have few downside. The main road is quite busy so the windows have to be kept shut at all time. The flat is opposite a nightclub that, as we discovered, shuts at 6am on Saturday and Sunday morning. It might be a good news if you are in Barcelona to go out late but could also be something you like to know before booking. We didn't mind to much but were wondering what this crowdy noise was the first time we heard it.

No water or toiletries provided, and granted, its not their obligation but its the little things, especially coming from other airbnbs where hosts make a "connection". This felt a lot more business. Nothing wrong with that though. The location is very good and central. Very close to La Rambla and several attractions. They left some information about tours. I did not get to meet anybody as the key was in a lock box. The only down thing was the bed and pillows. They are below standard and they felt like they have been used for over 10 years. For such great taste in decorations and furniture, I would advice to invest in something better. It was so bad that I slept both nights in the sofa bed and felt much better. Other than that a great stay.

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment in fantastic location! This apartment is in such a great spot! Just minutes from placa Catalunya or Barcelona Nord for arrival/departure ease. Metro lines right there too. The location makes everything easily walkable. The people running this spot have made check in super easy! This would be an ideal spot for longer visits as well as so much room. Very clean & comfy, I had great sleeps in the bed. If noise sensitive then ear plugs are a good idea as in pretty much anywhere in city. I def recommend this place!

Jun 27, 2019We LOVED this apartment. It was actually nicer than we expected. It was like brand new. It was very clean, well kept, and equipped. The location was great; only a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The building was only a few steps from green space where we could take our dog to go potty. The only issue was that the holder for the hand shower was broken, so we had to hold the hand shower to take a shower. Hopefully, that is a minor issue that will be fixed soon. Otherwise, this apartment was PERFECT.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment really was the perfect location! Walkable distance to so many places. Perfect location to go off and explore on foot! The hosts were attentive to our needs, checking we were okay. There is a supermarket across the street but if you walk down towards arc we triumphe, there is a local supermarket which is cheaper (less than 5 min walk). There were no surprises either, the apartment is exactly how it is featured. There is a bar next door which was great for us but no disturbances. Yes there is a club across the street but it didnt phase us at all. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

If I only had to flag something slightly more negative, I would say that it's not the largest apartment and that for 2 adults and 2 kids, it's already borderline. The pull out couches are not the most comfortable but the master bed is fine. But if that is fine with you, you really can't go wrong with this place.

Apartment was spacious for 2 people and had no issues with check in or out. We even we able to check in early. Would highly recommend!

It was also a great location for an ideal last night at in Spain. The neighbourhood has so many great bars restaurants and cafes. We just wished for longer to spend. Jun 27, 2019the location is super great. located in the center of barcelona. and overally clean and modern flat. satisfied with it. but chair cushion was dirty and its unpleasing to sit on it. and washing machine was out of work. not knowing that, i ran the machine and went out. the water leaked out even under floor, and some of my thing on the floor got wet. unhappy situation. but the host was kind, and she tried to solve the problem as soon as she could do.

Le tout petit bémol, c’est le bruit de la rue à toute heure car rue très passante, mais on est en ville, alors si on ne supporte pas on reste à la campagne. Jun 27, 2019The apartment is very central; an easy walk to tourist hot spots, great food, public transport and convenience stores. It was clean and cosy, with all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and detergent, which was greatly appreciated. The hosts were helpful and communicative, and checked in with us regularly to see whether we needed anything. They gave us tips about how to get to and from the airport, and maps and directions for the official luggage lockers for our last day (as we had a long gap between check out and our flight). Check in was extremely easy too, as the hosts sent us helpful photos to guide us through the process.

The apartment can be a bit cold so the reversible AC and the heater in the bedroom are very useful. The kitchen has all appliances, the bathroom as well (except shower gel but no big deal) I highly recommend it !! Thanks again Koni !

It is clean and well-equipped with almost everything we need. It is also located in a very convenient place, close to transport. And walking distance to some tourist attractions and shopping stores. Jun 27, 2019This apartment was fantastic! The location was incredible. We walked almost everywhere and found plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It was very clean and fully stocked with towels and essentials. The extra sofa bed was also nicely made up when we arrived! There was a little noise from the street but I slept great after closing the shutters. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Nessuna difficoltà all’arrivo e la proprietaria disponibile e puntuale ad ogni nostra richiesta. Jun 27, 2019Great central location. Easy access to public transport if you are planning destinations further away, otherwise easy to get anywhere by foot. There are 24/7 shops all around, even one on the other side of street. I recommend the bakery downstairs just next to the flat – really good with great coffee. We never met the host in person but she was offering to assist in case we needed anything. The flat itself looked like in the pictures but cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom showed signs of dump and was “used” if you know what I mean. Floor wasn’t clean either – could not walk around without shoes. The bed matters was used and should be replaced. Flat advert mentioned that smoking is allowed but we couldn’t notice smell of cigarettes which was good.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time at Koni’s! The apartment was the perfect size for our weekend get away. The location was great as well. The sites and bus were very close. We rode the aerobus in from the airport and left our luggage at luggage locker on Sunday before flying out. Super convenient and close by. We also walked everywhere while staying in Barcelona. The host was always quick to respond as well. We were traveling with our 7 month old son and she had a crib and high chair for him to use. Thank you Koni for a great stay!
Jun 27, 2019Koni’s place is extremely central to all Barcelona points of interest. The metro station is across the street (Uriquiaona/L4 line is your stop), the flat is on the 4th floor offering a sunny view, sits above a cafe offering delicious pastries and coffees, and is within walking distance of a quite a few places. After walking the city all day, you’ll be surprised to realize how close the flat is; always felt like we were one stop away- and after a long day, you take the ride rather than walk back. We would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019overall a good stay with great transport links, nice and clean, good area, lovely building and comfortable apartment. the issues we had: -noisy club people located opposite making noise at 4am at the weekends only -sub par mattress with spring sticking out the sides -poor quality and just 2 pillows aside from the 2 issues which i believe are easy solvable we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return once they have been rectified

The place is also near restaurants, fast food chain and a 24 hr convenient store which was great! Would definitely stay in Koni’s place whenever I’m in Barcelona.

Apartment was clean and as discribed, would of been nice to have some extra clean towels for long weekend stay but wasn't a big issue. Great communication and details prior to arrival. El acceso al piso por códigos en ambas puertas hacen que uno pueda llegar a cualquier hora sin pensar en que le está haciendo perder tiempo al anfitrión. Sólo le falta una lavadita de cara a las paredes del interior para estar igual a las fotos. Salvo eso todo perfecto. Volvería sin dudas.

Cerca de varios servicios como restaurantes, farmacias y bares, hay de todo en el lugar, y si te gusta caminar nosotros lo hicimos hasta las ramblas, sagrada familia incluso hasta la playa. Tiene todo lo necesario y es muy cómodo y acogedor, y Coni siempre atenta y respondiendo nuestras inquietudes. Lo recomiendo.

Jun 27, 2019This place is seriously one of my favorite Airbnbs. It was in the perfect location (placa catalunya, metro stop, and las ramblas). There was a grocery store and plenty of restaurants near by. The place itself is very spacious, clean and modern. It was an easy check in process as well. I studied abroad in Barcelona for the semester and this was the best way to end my stay. It is a block away from my favorite bar (George Payne) as well as a short walk from the Arc and the Sagrada. The host is very friendly and did his best to make us feel welcome. He provided accurate directions to the apartment and there were very nice touches (shampoo, soap, detergent, towels, etc) I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Jun 27, 2019Le logement est bien placé et la communication facile. Mais nous avons été déçues du logement après avoir vu les photos du site airbnb. Quand nous sommes arrivées, deux lits d'appoint avaient été montés dans le salon, prenant tout l'espace, alors que nous pensions simplement déplier le canapé lit au moment de dormir. Il manquait la table basse, le tapis, les coussins sur le canapé. Les draps de la chambre étaient dépareillés et anciens. La poignée de la salle de bains était cassée. Il y avait des moutons de poussière dans le salon. Enfin, le checkin devait se faire à 13h. A 14h30, les agents de nettoyage étaient encore en train de faire le ménage. Nous ne sommes revenues qu'en fin d'après-midi.

This meant that we could get just about everywhere we wanted to go on foot. Apartment amenities were basic, but we had everything we needed. Communication and logistics were clear and easy to manage. Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a fantastic location near Placa de Catalunya. Oriol and Claudia were always very quick to respond to questions and were helpful in providing suggestions. They have a great instruction booklet set up with pictures that makes it easy to figure things out in the apartment. The apartment is newer inside and clean. We enjoyed our stay. There is a great bakery/coffee shop called 365 next door which made for a cheap and easy breakfast and lunch.
Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine Klimaanlage! Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen im Apartment, wofür es zu klein ist. Es handelt sich um ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafsessel und einem Klappbett. Für drei Personen ist es super geeignet. Solange die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es sehr ruhig für eine Stadtwohnung. Da eine Klimaanlage enthalten ist, kann man auch gut bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Einziges Manko war der Duschkopf, der dringend mal erneuert werden sollte, sowie die Handtücher, die uns nicht so richtig frisch vorkamen. Die Kommunikation mit Oriol lief hervorragend und durch eine kleine Schlüsselbox an der Tür ist man auf keinen Zeitpunkt zum Treffen angewiesen. Mit weniger Personen, immer wieder gerne.

We had our 16 month old with us and it was safe for her to explore the apartment and even some crayons provided. A great base for a few days in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Oriol's place is an excellent place to stay if visiting Barcelona. The location is right in the centre and can't be beat. Despite being central there is no road noise with the windows closed. The airconditioning is excellent and means this is possible in the heat of summer. The apartment is small, but even with two extra beds in the living room there was plenty of room for 4 adults. Oriol's wasn't there for check in but his instructions were super clear so we didn't have any issues. The kitchen is sufficent for preparing light meals. Wifi is good and easy to log on to. There was some noise from the neighbors as expected in an apartment block but this stopped at a reasonable hour. All in all are great airbnb, I would be happy to stay again.

Jun 27, 2019This was a nice place and great location in Barcelona- very close to everything. We appreciated the elevator, easy check-in and stylishly cute apartment. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Private bedroom was nice. The bed was a little too firm for our liking and pillows very small. Street noise was distracting for sleeping, but luckily there was a fan to plug in for white noise. Communication was extremely minimal with host/owner and felt very impersonal. I felt it was maybe slightly overpriced.

Jun 27, 2019Checking in was easy and the location of this place is SUPER PRIME. It’s literally nearby a popular neighborhood El Born, and in between the center point of everywhere you should be, Passeig de Gràcia, etc. This is my second time in Barcelona so I really loved the location. Another plus is how secure this place is, equipped with cameras in the lobby and the apartment door has a triple door bolt lock. The apartment itself is very standard and equips just good enough for what you need. Only complaint was how thin and cheap the pillows were, as well as blankets were (felt thin as a towel) and the actual bath towels were also very thin and rough. Also wish there was actual hand soap in the bathroom... I had to take the dish soap from the kitchen to move to the bathroom to use as hand soap.

Koni was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure everything was perfect. The apartment was very tidy and cute! Wir haben zu dritt 3 Nächte dort verbracht und die Größe dafür ist passend. Der Check -In mit Schlüsselcode hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Das Apartment ist sauber und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Mikrowelle war nicht funktionstüchtig (sofern wir nichts falsch gemacht haben ;) Auf alle Fälle würden wir das Apartment empfehlen und wieder kommen!

Pas possibilité de prendre un café à notre arrivée. Si non Koni était très réactif à la demande de réservation. L'appartement est très bien situé. Je recommande cet appartement.

Jun 27, 2019Koni's apartment is in one of the best locations to walking anywhere in the city! It was a 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and many great restaurants. The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night but you can hear some noise from neighbors so if you're a light sleeper, heads up! If you are looking for an apartment in one of the best locations in the city, then this is your place!
Jun 27, 2019위치가 아주 훌륭합니다. 초역세권!이고 중심지라 이동하기 편했습니다. 따듯한물 잘나오고 체크인이 쉬워서 좋았습니다. 와이파이가 빠른편입니다. 다만 옆집? 윗집? 소리가 잘 들립니다. 방음 약한거 빼고는 좋습니다. 맽으리스가 조금 꼬졌는지 중간중간 꺼져있습니다.
Jun 27, 2019Esta en el centro de Barcelona cerca del Catedral de Barcelona. En camino ay muchas tiendas de marca y restaurantes de todos tipos. También atrás del catedral esta en barrio gótico y mucho más. Este lugar fue perfecto si estás aquí por 2-5 días.

Jun 27, 2019Highly recommend this place! It was charming and spotlessly clean. The location was amazing (just a couple of blocks from Plaza de Catalunya, where the Aerobus dropped us from our trip into the city from the airport - only 5,90 Euros each). Two Juliette balconies for looking down on the city street. There was also a book of helpful information in the place, and the self-check-in was a breeze!

Jun 27, 2019非常方便的地理位置!机场A1直接到达广场,走大概5多分钟就到房子了,旁边就是地铁口,楼下有便利店和餐厅,有电梯,非常完美｡全程自助入住,入住流程非常详细和简单!另外推荐一家餐厅,ARUME｡从这里出发走路的话大概在10-15分钟吧~巴塞罗那是个很美丽的城市,圣家堂还没有完全竣工,下次一定还会再来的,这个房子是个不错的选择!
Jun 27, 2019Absolutely central, steps away from the metro and really close to all attractions in Barcelona. The house is big enough for 3 or 4 and it even has a washing machine. Smooth check in and helpful host!
