The neighbourhood is a busy thriving coastal area, with lots of boutique shops, Restaurants ,Bars & even a cinema. Theres a beach around e very corner and Palm beach is located 5-10 minutes drive away the home of Australias Home & Away. Palm beach also have great shopping and food outlets. You can catch a ferry across the water to the central coast for a day out from palm beach.

Jun 27, 2019Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Bailey was a fantastic host, extremely accommodating. The property and location was better than we expected. Bailey had stocked the fridge and pantry with a few of the essentials for our arrival, a very welcoming touch. Bedrooms and living areas were large and very comfortable. Tranquil location, with beautiful views of Pittwater. Looking forward to our next stay at Bailey's place.

Jun 27, 2019Amazing house with direct access to the beach and private jetty. We had a ball! (Website hidden by Airbnb) you can think of IS in the house. This is not one of those properties that have "RENTAL" written all over it, this is a HOME. Breakfasts on the verandah overlooking the water and the sound of waves crashing against the shore is something special. The house is large enough for a large group, where everyone is comfortably accommodated yet have enough privacy to feel completely disconnected from the group due to the bedrooms being located over three different levels. Tip: you might want to grab a sleeping eye mask as it get pretty bright in the house once the sun is up.
Jun 27, 2019Loved our stay at Bailey amazing home in Avalon! The quality of decor and all his pieces throughout the house very tastefully done. Didn't want to leave and the view from the deck is breathtaking. Down a few steps off the deck and you are swimming in the clear waters of Pittwater. Jun 27, 2019Bailey was a great host! He responded immediately to the reservation and got us out of a sticky situation! The house is absolutely amazing! Has beach acess and the best view of Pittwater! We had the best backdrop and wedding photos! The house is super clean! Modern and comfortable beds. The 4 levels and total of 14 bedroom just gave everyone that extra room to breath and space to move! We will definitely be back!

Jun 27, 2019Had a great stay! Fitted our extended family very comfortably and we loved the location and the balcony view. The inclinator made things easy for our elderly guests as the house goes over several levels. Bailey was a great communicator and Paradise Beach is a quiet place to swim and full of character!
Jun 27, 2019Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay at Beach Escape to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday. There was a lot of planning and logistics in the lead up to our stay and Bailey was always prompt and accommodating with questions. It's a great house for a large family, offering us the perfect bedroom configuration for 9 adults and 4 kids as well as plenty of living space so we weren't living on top of each other. We loved the beautiful Pittwater views and dining outdoors on the large deck facing the view. Beach Escape is also pet friendly which meant all our family were welcome. It was fantastic having the amenities of Avalon only 5 mins drive away but feeling like we were in a quiet secluded area far away from the hustle & bustle of Sydney. There's plenty of pedestal fans but no air con & blinds on west facing windows made for a hot stay on the days that reached almost 40 degrees. But it meant we made the most of the wonderful harbour beach down the stairs. Would highly recommend Beach Escape to large groups.
Jun 27, 2019This house is perfect for a large extended family group. It has so much room that you can go off and have a quiet time by yourself even if the house is fully occupied. The beds, bedding and towels are high quality, and the kitchen has everything you need to cater for a large group. The private beach and the hot tub are wonderful for just hanging out and relaxing. The house's many levels mean that even crying babies don't disturb others in the house. Waking up to the gorgeous views of the trees, boats and water can't be matched. I would highly recommend this house and would come back.
Jun 27, 2019A very large home that can genuinely handle a larger group. Lots of retreat areas so people can spread out. Location is the quintessential waterfront Pittwater experience. The host was good on the communication and any issues or advice quickly addressed. Highly recommend this property
Jun 27, 2019We were made to wait almost two hours out the front without any information from the host as to how to get into the house. Thursday was my actual birthday and this almost had us packing up and heading home - we were minutes away from cancelling the weekend as we had no way of getting in to the house we had booked for 12 guests. We then get inside and everyone starts to arrive and we all shower and use the toilets. By the time we come out the smell of raw sewage is so unbearable that we can't use the balcony for the dinner we had planned or open any windows on a hot day in a house that has no air con (not that air con was ever listed or promised however). The smell only got worse throughout the weekend as we continued to use the bathrooms. 6 out of 12 guests chose to leave on Friday as a result - ruining the weekend we had planned for my birthday. Two of the couples who left had travelled interstate for this. So they had paid for 3 nights and only got to stay 1 in rooms that stunk of sewage. This could have and should have been resolved on Friday or Saturday - but no solution was offered and we were expected to stay in a house that stunk of sewage. On top of this on Friday, as we bring items down from the car into the house we place two cases on a shelf along the kitchen wall and it comes off completely and lands on my foot. After looking at how it was constructed, a 30-50kg shelf was screwed together by 4 small screws and was never constructed to hold any sort of weight, making it a danger to guests. And lastly, the alarm. At 2.30am on the Saturday morning the house alarm (that we had been told did not work) began going off and woke everyone in the house. The four surrounding suburbs encountered a blackout and as a result the alarm went to auxiliary power and then went into alarm (the blackout is obviously not the owners fault) The alarm continued to go off for an hour and there was no information anywhere as to how to make it stop. We were left to figure this out for ourselves. The number we called inside the panel had no idea, the host was not contactable and the lady he put us in touch with suggested "we push a couple of buttons". The house should not have been rented out with the sewage pump the way it was and the host should have information on hand for his alarm system. We know that the host MAY not have known the pump was broken, but we did make him aware as soon as we noticed it within a couple of hours of arriving and no solution was offered for the three day stay. Jun 27, 2019A wonderful home away from home. There was enough space to cater and allow for our family of seven couples with little ones in tow. Beautiful view and location. The kiddies loved having their own private beach and bird visitors of cockatoos, kookaburras and lorikeets every day. Just a note to make sure the fridges are cleared of food prior to the next visitors stay.

Jun 27, 2019Location is to die for and the beach perfect for regular visits. Great for little kids. The view from both living areas and many of the bedrooms is spectacular. Becuas each room is so beautiful, there were not arguments about who got which room. The living space is one of the most beautiful homely area for relaxing. All in all a most spectacular house.
Jun 27, 2019We had a group of 13 and all had a great time there. The house was clean and well equipped from the bathrooms to the kitchen. The house was spacious and having 4 bathrooms between a large group was definitely handy. A few items including milk and soft drinks were supplied and left in the fridge which was a nice touch. Can't fault this house. We all had a fun and memorable stay!

The property is very family-friendly and even our dogs had a fantastic time frolicking on the beach. Jun 27, 2019A wonderful spot! We had 10 adults and 5 children in our group and we all had a wonderful time! There were lots of living areas so everyone could have their own space. The private beach was a hit with the kids and adults alike. Amazing sunsets, and we kept warm with the log fire. The kitchen was on the small size for the size of the house - in saying that, I would happily return!
Jun 27, 2019We had the most amazing time. The house was perfect in every way to accommodate our large family. The location is central to everything and right on the beach. It was also perfectly for the children. The water views were stunning, the living space was beautiful with the open fire place and the beds were really comfortable. We can't wait to return and stay there again, it was truly the most perfect place.

Close to the supermarket, restaurants, bottle-o. Great location. Perfect size for 10 guests, and would comfortably accommodate 14. Bailey was great with communication. Can't wait to plan another stay, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Jun 27, 2019The house is as described and more. We hosted our mums 80th birthday here and she was blown away by the location. We had 14 family members staying all having their own great size rooms and areas so we did not feel on top of each other. I would recommend and will be back again.

It was spacious, comfortable and stylish and such an idyllic location. Bailey was a great host. He promptly responded to our questions and we really appreciated the early check-in and late check out. Jun 27, 2019This is a wonderful house in a stunning location. We celebrated my 60th birthday here over the weekend. We were a large group of 12 adults and 2 toddlers and the house suited us perfectly . We liked the multiple living areas and we had all our meals on the gorgeous balcony overlooking the view . The 3 fridges were much appreciated. It was fabulous to have our own beach with the toddlers !

We used the house as a base for our wedding in Avalon and it was perfect to have family all stay under the same roof as well as to get organised in the morning of our big day. The hosts are great and are quick to respond to messaging and with Netflix, Fox and wifi available it was easy to entertain the kids. Thanks again, we hope to come back someday to relive such an amazing time away.
Jun 27, 2019A lovely house with great views over the bay and water. Lovely bedrooms, lounge areas and large decks for relaxing. Stairs down to the private beach and sea pool. Built down the hillside with multiple levels with a self-contained area on lowest level. Although quite a few stairs - only an issue if anyone has mobility restrictions.
Jun 27, 2019A group of 11 of us (all adults) stayed at Bailey's place last weekend for a wedding, and it was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here. The place is exactly as described, check in was super easy and Bailey was very responsive and chilled out. The views were breath-taking, we had plenty of space (most couples had own bathrooms or shared between 2), and the beds were really comfy too. Pretty much had our own private beach as well! All in all, a very relaxing stay and perfect place to escape and unwind. Thanks for a great stay Bailey :)

Jun 27, 2019A beautiful home in a stunning location. Perfectly located close to everything but very tranquil and peaceful. Visited by birds, galahs, cockatoos and lorikeets every morning. The house was so comfortable for 10 of us, so much room and lots of privacy. Couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family reunion. Bailey was very amenable with check in and check out. We had our grandmother who loved the inclinator, young kids who adored the beach and the wildlife, and adults who enjoyed their evening cocktail on the beautiful balcony watching the sun set. A perfect house for everyone. Thanks for a memorable stay.
Jun 27, 2019Such a tranquil location with stunning views everywhere you look. The house is perfect for a large group and communication with Bailey has been fantastic, he has been very quick to respond. A little car juggling may be required however a small price to pay for this top location.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Beach Escape was terrific. The location is incredible and although it doesn't have it's own private jetty, there is a public one 100m away. We spent the days boating on beautiful Pittwater and at the basin and retreated back to the house at dusk. Bailey's house in fabulous, with incredible views across Pittwater. Each level has a lounge room and private space for guests. We certainly would love to come back and stay at the Beach Escape.
Jun 27, 2019The situation of this house on Pittwater with steps down to a small, perfect beach and swimming area is astounding. Every evening we watched the sun set from the main terrace, through the trees, over the boats and behind the hills on the far side of the bay. Although slightly tired, the house was robust and very well designed, cascading down the hillside with light, views and seating areas at all levels. Everything worked (excellent shower pressure) and we especially appreciated the enormous supply of soaps, shampoos, white towels and stripey beach towels. We will return as often as we possibly can for more of this magic.

Jun 27, 2019Wow what a place! We had the most amazing time staying at this property. Bailey the host was very easy to deal with and was quick to help with any issues we had. The access to the beach from the property made our stay. It’s a perfect beach to relax the day away and great for the kids too! The house is huge and can easily accommodate large groups or a few families without getting in each other’s space. The location is beautiful for walks, some amazing houses and greenery to look at. Also there is a cute little cafe just up the road for morning coffees if needed within walking distance. The main town is gorgeous with lots of shops and cafes to keep any one occupied. We unfortunately had a rainy week but made the most of the spa. The multi levels made for a great way to get some privacy and shift people around for entertaining. We will definitely book again.

Jun 27, 2019This is a superb place. We had family visiting from overseas and the generous space was perfect for our group. All bedrooms are well-appointed and beds are incredibly comfortable. The house was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Views over Pittwater are spectacular - we enjoyed swimming and soaking in the spa - and the neighborhood is quiet. The walk to Avalon Beach is easy and peaceful. Bailey was a great host - check in and check out very straightforward. Would love to stay here again sometime!!

Jun 27, 2019A perfect retreat with perfect view! We were a big group and yet didn’t feel on top of each other. The outdoor hot spa with view over Pittwater was definitely a highlight. The direct access to the beach was a great bonus. Bailey was a fab host, very responsive and accommodating. Some of the cabinets and drawers could be more tidy and the bbq wasn’t cleaned properly, but we had a fab stay overall and would recommend the house to other travellers. We’ll definitely love to stay again.

Jun 27, 2019Wonderful long weekend away at Bailey’s house. Beautiful beach front location with amazing views from the spa and outdoor eating area. Everyone had a comfy bed and their own bath and beach towel. Plenty of pillows and blankets. So much space for a large group - lots of little hideaway areas to relax / get privacy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, including ice. So many thoughtful extra touches such as body wash, shampoo and books to borrow! Highly recommend.

Palatial and nuzzled into a hill, it is essentially a vertical house with many bedrooms and lots of different common areas to relax, including three decks. The home is extremely comfortable and I highly recommend it. Plus, Bailey was incredibly nice and communicative while planning our stay. Overall a 10 out of 10!
Jun 27, 2019Again we had an amazing time. The place was clean, beds were comfortably and checkin was a breeze. The view and backyard down to the beach is what this place is all about! Bailey is a great host, we will no doubt stay again. Just a note for those that cannot stand heat the place has no air conditioning so it gets very hot during day and night but there are fans and the beach right at the doorstep to cool off.

Jun 27, 2019Nice beach escape! Lovely view to wake up to each morning. Many areas to gather with the family. Might get a little hot in the summer tho, as there is no air-conditioning. But many fans provided. Place needs a little more maintenance but overall still cozy and nice. Good responsive host too.
