Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with its own personal wardrobe closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Both of these two bedroom are connected by a door in between. Control your own heat/AC with a thermostat in the hallway. Portable cribs are provided upon request.

The place was beautifully furnished and made me feel at home. Could fit a big family easily , so my son and I were spoiled with space. Everything was clean and working. The smart tv was a big plus. Lots of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again !
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was large and the host was accessible. But here were the problems. Shortly after we arrived, we discovered the toilet wasn't flushing properly. Called the host and left apartment to go sightseeing. He texted that it was fixed. It was not . Had to leave back cover off toilet and reach in to tank to push down flapper every time we needed to flush toilet. Then that evening, we discovered that the street traffic was unbearably loud and that there was a bus stop right below the bedroom window. Every time the bus stopped, we heard the hydraulics of the bus, the door open, then the passengers getting out talking loudly. It was virtually impossible to sleep. Sounded like bus stop was in our bedroom. In the middle of the night we moved to the most interior bedroom, which helped slightly with the street noise, but the twin beds were small, with four inch mattresses, and no box springs. Not really appropriate for two adults. the middle bedroom was not an option as there were only sheets, no comforter, on the bed. And again the double bed had no box spring The wifi was only usable in one room. We think because it must have been shared with the medical office on first floor. The host cannot be faulted of all of these problems, but I think future airbnb clients should know that you cannot sleep in this apartment. This experience was really disappointing, particularly in light of how expensive this listing was. We could have stayed in a four star hotel for what we paid for this rental
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a pleasant area in Park Slope and has everything you'd need for a group of people. I didn't spend much time at the apartment, but didn't run into any issues!
Jun 27, 2019It's a fun and interesting neighbourhood, plus the flat has three large bedrooms, but the space lacks the character and sense of home that I associate with my best airbnb experiences. It's very much a commercial venture rather than renting someone's home. That said the hosts were very professional.

Jun 27, 2019The reason for my negative review was the fact that there was a tray of crab legs and lobster shells left in the oven. As a result the entire apartment stank of fish and was quite gross. I emailed Saif about the issue and he apologized, but did nothing else. Otherwise the apartment was as described and the location is great, but the rotting fish in the oven left a literal and figurative bad taste in my mouth.
Jun 27, 2019Saif's place is spacious, comfortable and in an ideal location - good food near, close to subways, beds are comfy, good for small family or a group of friends. The front of the apt can be noisy from goings on along 5th Ave- but if you're a sound sleeper it should be done, other 2 bdrms are more peaceful. He was a responsive communicator, and the apt was as advertised. We'd certainly consider staying there again.

Jun 27, 2019We had a few issues upon arrival and contacted the host. Listed as "family friendly", we were traveling with an infant. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep and getting a stroller up and down them daily is difficult. There is no where to store a stroller at the bottom of the stairs. A cot was provided, but it was broken, usable for a few nights, but we could not fix it. The apartment was lacking an information binder/folder that would have been helpful in things like, how to work the television, coffee pot and check-out procedures. This would be a great place for those that enjoy later nights out as it is central to restaurants and bars and the space is large for a group up to 6.

Jun 27, 2019This was a great place to have a group meet- much better than multiple hotel rooms. There was limited space for clothes. I would also bring an eye mask as it was bright in the am. Saif is super responsive and a great host.

The space is large, clean and has everything needed. The only downside is building location in front of commercial avenue that might be quite noisy. Overall the experience was positive for the great value!

Saif was a great host and his assistant Miguel help us with finish details too. The apartment has a great space and the beds are so comfortable. Any doubt Saif was always there to answers them. Jun 27, 2019Really great place - nice and spacious. We were a group of 6 friends and it was perfect for us to explore the city. There is a subway line very close and some lovely bars and restaurants nearby - we loved Haab the Mexican place at the top of the street. Host was fantastic - great communication - would recommend!

Jun 27, 2019The location is perfect. It's 2 blocks away from the subway which takes you where ever you want in 20-30 minutes. We bought the MTA subway unlimited 7 day passes and it was the best investment. The apartment provided us enough room and everyone had their own bed. We had 2 kids in the twin beds bedroom, my sister in law in one room and my husband and me in the other. The apartment was clean, great mattresses, good pillows, extra bedding, extra pillows and extra towels. There is a laundromat across the street which was perfect for us. We came home with all clean clothes in our luggage. There is a grocery store right around the corner, plus CVS, McDonalds and other really good Mom/Pop restaurants. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We were out the door at 6am and home by midnight/2am and never felt afraid. Highly recommend and we will be back! Owners had excellent communication, they were super nice and asked if we needed anything.

Jun 27, 2019This was a great place that looked exactly as advertised online. We were happy to find it had air conditioning as it was very hot when we stayed. The sheets were so soft and the sleeping options worked well for our business trip. The location was excellent - it was truly easy to get anywhere and lots of places so close by. Our host was easy to communicate with and made it easy for us from start to finish.

Jun 27, 2019This is a very basic accomodation--good for a group of up to 6 (and a couch for a 7th) and easy to get to on that side of Brooklyn but a bit too noisy in the early mornings. Nice kitchen and shower, and roomy, and with a bit more spiffing up and effort by the owner, it will be a very nice place to do the city.

Jun 27, 2019The appartement was everything that we expected. It was very well located with plenty of restaurants and shops. It was so close to the subways just 2 streets away. The only thing that we misses was the toilet papper but we could buy it just downstairs. In general the appartment was ok and comfortable for a family with 2 kids, but some of beds should be replaced as they were old.

Jun 27, 2019Saif's place worked out well for our family, who was visiting for the weekend. Great to have space for 6 people and appreciated the extra sink in one of the bedrooms. The space was accurately represented and the reviews were also accurate. It does get a little noisy from traffics, sirens, etc. at night and in the early morning, but I think that's typical for the city and something that folks should be prepared for it they are staying in the area. Location was great and easy to access food, transportation, etc. Saif responded to the feedback re: having more toilet paper available which was greatly appreciated. Would have been nice to have an iron and toaster and soap in the shower but not expected. Also could have used a few more hand towels given the max number of guests that could stay in the apartment. Overall we had a great visit and I would recommend this place to others.

There was more street noise than we were prepared for - the building does not have good sound insulation. Saif was very responsive to my texts. We had an issue with the twin beds and she had someone come out the next day who took care of it. Easiest check in and check out of any place we've stayed.
Jun 27, 2019Saif's place was an absolute delight! Our family of 6 stayed there for about a week and really enjoyed our time. The space is even nicer than the pictures provided and location is clutch. The subway station is a quick walk away and there are various lines that you can take into the city. The neighborhood is amazing! A true blend of historical Brooklyn and modern day Brooklyn. The area really caters to people of all ages and interest with its' variety. Great restaurants and coffee shops and a quick walk to prospect park. I'd definitely recommend staying at Saif's place!
Jun 27, 2019The location is excellent because it is few blocks away from the 4th Ave and 9th street subway. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very spacious for all of us. The kitchen and the bathroom are clean. The WiFi and the entertainment are great. The noise level from the main street is a bit high if you are a light sleeper.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay in Park Slope and the apartment proved central to all the local amenities. It’s a great location and within easy reach of the Metro. It was really freezing whilst we were there, so having a warm base to come home to made the stay bearable. There is some noise from the streets, which is to expected given the central location. Highly recommended and Saif is very quick to respond.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is spacious and very clean with lots of natural light. The 3 bedrooms easily fit my 3 kid. Saif even had a baby cot ready for the baby. Communication with Saif was a breeze, and 'check in' was seamless and easy. Will definitely stay at Saif's place when I'm back in the city.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was pretty much as stated, 3 bedrooms one bath but the one bedroom had an extra sink and mirror which was a nice advantage. The apartment is in an older building so although it is dated, it is clean. It is within walking distance to some really great restaurants delis and shops. The price was very reasonable for the space and location. There was not sufficient dishware to accommodate more than 3 to 4 people. Several window blinds were not operable which could compromise privacy and several lights were out including the one right outside the apartment so when dark it was a challenge to unlock the door plus a little unnerving having that particular light out when alone. If you are not used to the city noises, you may find sleep is difficult at night especially when the garbage crew is cleaning up. Saif was very responsive throughout the entire process and stay even texting me back within minutes of a very late text (apologies for that) regarding password for internet (inaccurate one given as to case sensitivity) so I could get some work completed. Given the location, price and timely communication , this apartment is a good deal especially for friends traveling together or a family.

Jun 27, 2019The location is ideal. However the setup is better suited for post college kids on a budget. The blinds on the windows are either too short or broken/crooked. The freezer on the refrigerator can’t open unless you tilt it away from the wall because it is jammed against the light switch. Even though it can sleep 6 there are only enough dishes for 3-4 people; same for the silverware. One of the kitchen chairs was missing screws making it dangerous - again only seats for 4. The toilet was “repaired” twice while we were there - only to have it stop flushing yet again. We had to use McDonald’s, Dunkin Donuts and a local bar to go to the bathroom. On the second day the downstairs office bathroom was available to us. To their credit the host refunded half the stay. Still overall - as experienced users of airbnb this was well below our expectations.

I had many questions and requests leading up to our stay and Saif was quick to respond and was flexible with my needs. Check in/out was a breeze and the place was spotless clean! I would highly recommend.
Jun 27, 2019Globalement un très bon séjour. Beaucoup de place dans l'appartement. Nous étions 4, mais on aurait pu être 6 (attention, pas de couverts pour tout le monde !). Quelques efforts à faire sur la propreté, notamment vers les radiateurs qui sont d'un autre âge. La salle de bains serait à rafraîchir, et un peu plus de lumière ne ferait pas de mal. Proche de stations de métro, notamment la ligne R. Mais comme le métro est régulièrement ralenti, avec des lignes parfois reprogrammées, voire fermées pour maintenance, cela peut rendre les trajets vers Manhattan très longs. Penser aux boules quies pour diminuer le bruit de l'avenue. Le propriétaire a grandement facilité notre arrivée et surtout notre départ pour la gestion des valises la dernière journée. Un gros plus.

We had a wonderful stay and would chose to stay here again in the future. The beds were all very comfortable and the apartment was relaxing. We ended up eating out for all of our meals but found the kitchen to be well equipped. It was an easy trip into Manhattan.

Jun 27, 2019Aunque no conocimos a Saif siempre estuvo en contacto y respondió rápido. La casa es como se ve en fotos, los cuartos son amplios, el living menos pero está bien para 4 personas (en los cuartos entran 6). Es un poco ruidoso porque las ventanas dan a la calle, especialmente en uno de los dormitorios, y en el otro el aire acondicionado hace un ruido un poco molesto. en la cocina faltan elementos para poder cocinar (ollas, fuentes, etc) El barrio es precioso, tranquilo, pero también con todo lo necesario (supermercado, farmacia, restautant y tiendas) a la vuelta. Está muy cerca del metro (unas 3-4 cuadras) y de muchas líneas que te llevan directo a casi todos los sitios de interés (incluso en fin de semana que no funcionan todas las líneas). Pero es alejado y hay unos 40 minutos a time square. Saif nos permitió hacer un late check out porque el avión salía a la noche. fue muy amable y estamos muy agradecidos.

Jun 27, 2019Had a wonderful experience staying at Saif's place in Park Slope. The apartment was very cozy and nicely decorated. There were plenty of extra pillows, towels and blankets for all of us. The location is also perfect - plenty of shops, delis and restaurants within walking distance. Saif was very accommodating and always quick to respond with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time!
Jun 27, 2019Excellent apartment, with huge bedroom accommodation in a wonderful location, very clean and well equipped, with, crucially for the hot spells, a brilliant aircon system! Easily sleeps 6 people, including 2 couples, or a couple with kids. My wife and our 3 kids and I had a very comfortable stay for 9 nights. Saif was very responsive to any queries we had and check in and check out were a breeze. The location is the real selling point though, located on the corner of 5th Avenue, 7th Street Brooklyn, 5 minutes walk from the 9th St subway where a 20 minute ride on the F or R trains will have you in Manhattan. Locally, the choice of shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and diners will have you totally spoiled for choice. A brilliant experience all round.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is located in a great area — a few blocks from Prospect Park and Grand Army station. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops right outside your door. Offering three spacious bedrooms (mattresses are a bit soft, but I was able to sleep fine on them and I like a hard mattress), it is a terrific value. Saif answers messages quickly. Highly recommend!

Space was clean and ample pillows, linens, and towels were provided. Three bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, which slept great. Host was very responsive and apartment also had nice touches (e.g., coffeemaker with coffee and tea provided).

Jun 27, 2019The airbnb was as described and in a truly amazing location; everything you could possibly need is in walking distance. The downside is the place does not block out noise well so if you're a light sleeper this will be a problem. Due to the thin walls we heard full conversations of anyone passing by outside and every car sounded like it was driving inside of the apartment. Again, only a problem if you're a light sleeper. Lasty, I was disappointed with the lack of upkeep regarding the white sheets and pillow cases which were stained, the old dirty pillows and the dirty shower curtain. It was so bad I went and purchased a shower mat and a new curtain so that we could shower. Unfortunately, not the best experience but it worked for the 5 days we were there.

We wanted a place to sleep and shower and spend our days seeing the city. The apartment fit our needs. There is a fresh market just a couple doors down and many restaurants nearby.

Jun 27, 2019This spot is in an excellent part of Park Slope- walking distance to SO MUCH! Plus, the bodega catty-corner across the street has awesome $2 breakfast sandwiches. Saif was super quick to respond and our stay was mostly painless (minus the construction noise, but that is literally any part of brooklyn you stay in and has nothing to do with the specific airbnb). The rooms are a great size and we were extremely comfortable. Cannot wait to be back.

Jun 27, 2019This was a perfectly located and comfortable place to stay. Close to anything and everything you could need! 5 of us stayed there very comfortably, and the owner was very accommodating. Sparsely furnished in the bedrooms, but the beds were comfortable and the linens fresh and clean. Cozy little sitting area as well. Street noise can be loud, so bring ear plugs, but we lived saying there and would absolutely do so again
Jun 27, 2019El alojamiento es tal y como se describe. Perfecto para 5-6 personas. Muy bien comunicado, tan solo a 10 min andando del metro, donde se puede coger la línea F que te lleva al centro en 20 minutos máximo. El barrio es muy agradable, merece la pena dar un paseo por él y descubrir los locales y establecimientos de alrededor. Saif ha sido un anfitrión estupendo, respondiendo en el momento a todas nuestras posibles dudas y estando pendiente tanto de nuestra llegada como que nuestra estancia fuese lo más agradable posible

The location is great (easy access to several lines, AND it's within 2 blocks of multiple tasty places), parking was never too tricky to find on the streets, communication was very quick. There were just a few things a bit off (no extra toilet paper so we had to get some, some lights didn't work in the kitchen, multiple faucets had super loose controls including the shower's, etc) but overall the place was good and was a solid value and we enjoyed our stay
Jun 27, 2019Saif is an amazing host, responds very quickly if you have any questions. His apartment is clean and specious. Very big apartment for big groups. Subway stations are in short distance. 15-20 mins to Manhattan. Lots of markets and restaurants are just steps away. I

Jun 27, 2019This place was perfect! I used to live in NYC but not in this neighbourhood, it was so well located, we made it to all 5 boroughs with ease in a car, super handy traffic wise. The place was bigger than I expected, and accommodated us well, great food places everywhere and the train close by. Also only 3 blocks from a venue called The Bellhouse which had great shows and close to a wholefoods which was handy for the vegan who was traveling with us. I read some of the reviews that complained about noise and I just have to note we didnt experience that at all, of course there was some (its NYC) but nothing out of the ordinary or what I would even call "main street traffic", it was a nice neighbourhood, safe and calm.
