Whenever anyone new walks into my home, they are amazed. There is something so wonderful being in a place with such high ceilings and having so much open space to live in. It's a truly unique and wonderful experience while staying in NYC.

There is sooo much to offer in this neighborhood. South Williamsburg is bustling with things to do. • Smorgasborg on Saturdays just a 5 minute walk up the street • North Brooklyn Farms (a little park and garden) is at the end of my block. It's an awesome place to chill out in, take in the waterfront views, buy some vegetables (they sell them in harvest seasons). • Too many restaurants to name. Explore!!

There is an exterior camera to monitor the outside of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the host’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.

There is a CitiBike station right outside the apartment which is very convenient. The L train and the JMZ trains are a 10-13 minute walk away.

The whole first floor is yours to access. The upstairs is private and my bedroom. If you are not renting the whole place out, that means I have not set up the upstairs section for guests.
