Jun 27, 2019The room we stayed in was NOT the one we booked. After booking, the host changed the address. We stayed on the same building (Navas de Tolosa 232) but on a different house. None of the photos currently on this page (as of 23/06/2018) are from the place we stayed in. The room we booked was the one with the Jimi Hendrix painting and hydraulic mosaic floor. We did NOT stayed in this room. The host told us the room was not available. If you book with this host make sure you are certain about the room you'll stay in.

Jun 27, 2019Ivanca is a really nice guy. The apartment is very central (very close to station and also easy to walk many places) and well equipped. One problem is that the picture on the page is not matching the room (with Jimmy poster). The other thing is the lack of cleanness/hygiene of the apartment. Note that you're going to be in the flat with other travelers - also possible to be with families with kids.
Jun 27, 2019Avons passé une semaine chez Ivanca. Nous avons changé 3 fois de colocataires durant cette période. Car vous ne séjourner pas chez l’hôte mais avec d’autres voyageurs. Vous disposez d’une chambre les autres espaces sont partagés. Avec toutes les joies (ou non) que cela peut induire... Les équipements sont basiques Mais pour quelques jours c’est suffisant. La literie était correcte. Par contre Le ménage n’est pas fait dans les coins. Le quartier est sympa mais bruyant Vous êtes à proximité de tout commerce et de petit resto très sympa et bien moins cher que dans le centre-ville (courrez à « l’olivera »!) Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Jun 27, 2019The room and the shared spaces were as expected. Having an air conditioning was nice. Room was clean and cozy. Perfect for couples. Location was great as we barely used public transport. I highly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Appartement calme et propre, bien situé dans Barcelone, il faut aimer marcher un peu. L’accueil a été excellente, l’hôte a même trouvé un emplacement gratuit pour notre voiture. Je recommande fortement.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement à partager avec d'autres voyageurs, donc avec 6 ou 7 personnes la salle de bain est rapidement remplie d'eau, la douche et les toilettes ne sont pas très propres. Dommage car Ivanca est sympathique il nous a bien renseigné pour se rendre à l'appartement et le logement n'est pas trop mal situé.

Jun 27, 2019To my mind it’s better to rent all the flat when you travel with a big company, but maybe it’s not very good if you travel alone. The location is not bad, as it’s near the train station, it’s close to Sagrada and you need about 40 minutes to walk to the center.

Jun 27, 2019overall good value for the cost. Location is about 2 blocks away from 2 metro lines, and I was able to walk almost everywhere from the apartment (I'm an active person). Apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator so be prepared to climb steps carefully as they are a bit slippery. overall great stay!
