There is a little park just a minute away from our building. A good place to rejuvenate or take a stretch when you need one.

Mark is very helpful n friendly! The location of the accommodation is perfect, close to Soho n central. Not to mention the tram station is just opposite the building n the mtr is nearby!
Jul 27, 2019Really cozy and awesome apartment on a really convenient and authentic location. Easy check-in/check-out with no keys required -> really handy. And my favorite coffee shop now is just 2 mins away :)

Jun 27, 2019I had a very good time at Mark’s studio . The flat is very well located in Hong Kong . Only two subway station to Central . There is also the tram line to discover the island . The area is quiet if you compare to busiest area in HK . It is also a good mix of Chinese culture (restaurants,shops) and trendy western venues ( good eateries,bars). Mark is a great host always answering any request or question I had . Overall a great experience in this city and a great stay . Quemeneur Philippe

Jun 27, 2019When you're not used to Hong Kong, this place is of course small for a relatively high price, but in HK this is not at all unusual. The quality of the place is very high - it is nicely designed, in a great location, well taken care of, and I found it quite comfortable. I loved the feeling of being in the middle of Hong Kong when you step out of the door and the fact that it is a modern apartment but in an older building means that it is comfortable, yet feels very local. The size is really small, but the way the space is used is very clever. There are multiple units and not all of them seem to have windows. Mine did, with a nice view of opposite flats and Des Voeux Rd. I would definitely recommend this place.
