This is a great place to stay! Very clean and fresh apartment, close to beautiful coogee beach and easy to travel around in Sydney. The hosts are great, made you feel welcome and had good communication. I strongly recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019Cindy is lovely, easy going and very pleasant to talk to. The house was very cozy and clean. Slightly away from the city but has bus right outside that goes directly to the city which is very good. There are many buses slightly longer opposite which takes about 5-10min walk. In the same area, it has restaurants and other shops so it pretty good and near all you need. Close to beautiful Coogee beach as well. Nice to stay at Cindy place.
Jun 27, 2019The location of Cindy's house is great, quite accessible from the city. You can walk to the Coogee beach easily. The neighbourhood looked safe and is very quiet. Due to my busy schedule I couldn't spend much time at Cindy's house and chat with her. But the evening we met and sat down for a chat was great. She's kind, funny and very helpful. I wish her all the best and hope her place will be available when I visit Sydney next time.
Jun 27, 2019Cindy is kind, lovely and easy going. Her house is nice,clean and also quite at night. There are many buses around there and restaurants just in walkable distance. I stayed there during my final exam period, and I felt like at home. Nice to stay at Cindy's place !
Jun 27, 2019Ich habe der Aufenthalt bei Cindy und Miki total genossen. Obwohl wir uns in den 3 Tagen kaum gesehen und gesprochen haben, hatte ich immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein und habe mich total wohlgefühlt. Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Stadt ist schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und trotzdem liegt die Unterkunft ruhig. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes wenn auch einfach eingerichtetes Zimmer. Alles sauber und gemütlich. Vielen Dank nochmals.

The room is very nice & the location of the apartment is good because Coogee beach is approx 20 mins walk away & bus stops outside lead to the City & Coogee beach. I recommend this place for your stay in Randwick :-)
Jun 27, 2019The room was exactly as described, small but cozy and comfortable. Ideal for a short stay! It was very clean, and Cindy and Miki absolutely lovely hosts. Located close to shops, restaurants and the beach it was only a short bus ride into central Sydney. Highly recommend it!

Jun 27, 2019I didn't really want to leave! This is a great place. The location is fantastic, 10 mins to beach, 5 mins to shops and bus stops directly outside the building. Couldn't ask for better. There is only one negative I can think of and even this is minor, no offer of teas or coffees for the morning. But that really doesn't take away from how much I enjoyed my stay! The bedroom was pretty much perfect, very comfortable. Bed was amazing! The apartment itself is very clean and tidy. And Cindy the host was great too! So friendly and welcoming. There is no doubt that I would definitely go back to this AirBnB room. Big thanks to Cindy for having me.

Jun 27, 2019I havent met Cindy but her communication prior the checkin was perfect. I met Miki and her bf and they were really friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my chats with them and my stay was perfect. Highly recommend! I had a great time, 20 min walking distance only from Coogee beach and the start of the coastal walk.
Jun 27, 2019I had a good time staying with Cindy and Miki (although I saw Miki just one time). The room is cozy, comfortable and clean, so is the bathroom. The apartment has a great connection to public transport which allows you to be at Bondi Beach or downtown in about 30 minutes. I also enjoyed that there are restaurants close by. Cindy was welcoming and a great host. I would come again.
Jun 27, 2019Awesome quiet place, yet right near everything you'd want. I stayed at Cindy' s place for 3 nights. Not once did I need a cab. There's a bus stop right at the front door, which is great since Australia's public transportation system is so convienant . Theres a fun lively area right near there with bars and restaurants. Getting in contact with Cindy was very easy. I would stay at Cindy's again.

Jun 27, 2019Cindy's place is a small, clean and cosy room to explore Sydney. Cindy and Mikki are friendly and helpful and gave me my own space. It is near Coogee beach but I missed a chance to go to the beach due to the rain while I was there. It is near several buses to get into town and also near cafes, restaurants and shops.
Jun 27, 2019This is a very comfortable room in a lovely little flat. It's in a great location - close to UNSW and Coogee Beach, and the 374 bus line into the cbd is right outside. Excellent value for money, great communication with Cindy - highly recommend.
Jun 27, 2019Transportation is convenient, there are several bus routes to city within 30 minutes. Cindy's room is good for holiday and relaxation, it is near Coogee Beach and different parks. There also have shopping center, restaurants and supermarkets. I will definitely recommend this room to all of you^^

The apartment is cosy, tidy and comfortable, well located close to everything (including the uni, Coogee beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, and a short bus ride to the city centre). Cindy and Claudio are a very welcoming couple, smart and friendly.
Jun 27, 2019Cindy and Claudio's place is very clean and smells fresh. I was in Sydney for work and needed to stay near UNSW. The location was perfect for me, walking distance to work, as well as walking distance to beautiful Coogee beach. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby for food, as well as some nice cafe, though I only tried 22 Grams by Cindy's recommendation (and liked it so much that went there for breakfast twice more!). My room (which looks like they are turning into a home office) was small and cosy, and had all I needed. Several towels, a rack for clothes, as well as hot water bottle and a small heater that were very useful as Sydney was rather cold during my stay. The only non-pleasant point w.r.t. my stay was the very loud banging noise that was due to the construction in the building (upstairs I think). It would start rather early (sometime between 7 and 8). So if you are not a very early riser, and are booking in very near future, I recommend checking with Cindy and Claudio as to the level of noise. Otherwise, I had a great stay and highly recommend this place, specially if you want to be near Coogee as well as UNSW.

Jun 27, 2019Everything about my stay with Cindy and Claudio had been lovely. Their cozy apartment was the perfect place to go home to after a day spent out exploring Sydney. The room was so comfortable, their place was accessible to everywhere quite easily and I had a totally wonderful experience altogether. My brief encounter with them also showed how friendly they are. This place is definitely recommended and I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if I'm back in Sydney. Cheers. :)

Communication was excellent, check in and check out flexible, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the room was nicely equipped. It’s a residential street conveniently close to cafes, shops, and public transport. Less than 20 mins walk to UNSW.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Zum Strand sind es nur 15 Minuten und die Stadt ist mit dem Bus problemlos zu erreichen. Mit Cindy und Claudio habe ich mich super verstanden und ich würde das Zimmer immer wieder buchen.
Jun 27, 2019Tolles Zimmer mit einem sehr sauberen Bad in unmittelbarer Umgebung zum Coogee Beach. Zu Fuß ist dieser in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Cindy und ihr Mann sind jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen und ein super Gastgeber. Ein Zimmer welches ich sofort weiterempfehlen kann, hier bist du für einen Aufenthalt in Sydney perfekt aufgehoben.

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment - lovely and airy. Cindy and Claudio are calm and peaceful, and the decor reflects their personalities. The bedroom faces a main road, but it is surprisingly quiet at night and didn't bother me. The location is great - you can walk to Coogee beach, the racecourse, the university; and the restaurants/supermarkets are very close. Randwick is a really cool suburb for travellers in Sydney to visit, so I'd definitely recommend a few nights in this BnB.

Jun 27, 2019What a lovely stay! The apartment is spotlessly clean, and the bed is very comfortable. It is a 20 minute walk to Coogee Beach, but several supermarkets and a fitness centre are less than 10 minutes walk away.

The location is great, with only a short walk to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It is also very easy to get into the city center as the bus stop is just in front of the house. Jul 27, 2019The house of Cindi and Claudio is a very good place to stay Sydney, is only a few minutes walk to the beach and is easy to take a bus to the city. The flat is clean and tidy and the bedroom is very comfortable, Cindi and Claudio always help me whit all the questions I had, very kind people. I recommend the place. La casa de Cindi y Claudio es un muy buen lugar para conocer Sydney, queda a pocos minutos de la playa y es muy fácil tomar el bus para ir a La Ciudad. la casa es muy limpia y la habitación es muy cómoda, Cindi y Claudio siempre me ayudaron con cualquier duda que tuve y siempre muy amables, muy recomendado.

Cindy has everthing thought through for her guests, from the late-night check in to the neighbourhood information and hand-labelled little shampoo bottles in the room. Lovely neighborhood, quick walk to UNSW and verv convenient to catch the bus into the city.

Jun 27, 2019I would not recommend staying here, I did not feel comfortable at all. I felt like a bother or as if I was in their way. Claudio never introduced himself to me which made it very awkward to stay with them, he only spoke to me on the last night of my stay. Overall my experience was not great, the hosts were not very welcoming and I would recommend going somewhere else.
