Maroubra is a great community. The airport is 15 minutes away. There's a Westfield shopping centre a 10 minute bus ride away (bus 400) and another Westfield 20 minutes away (same 400 but other direction - Bondi Junction). Maroubra Junction is 5 minutes away and has a Coles Supermarket, an Aldi as well as other takeaway, banking and specialty shops.

Please be considerate of your neighbours, they are quite friendly and keep to themselves. I have lived in this apartment for over 5 years so your respect and consideration would be appreciated.

There is a bus stop right outside your door or uber/taxi always always readily available.
