With the ED just around the corner you can pop into the CBD in under 8 mins, head to the Airport in under 10 mins or be at some of the world's finest beaches in under 15 mins. Green Square Station is just 8 mins walk away with trains 1 stop to central and there are a multitude of bus services to the CBD & beaches just 3 mins walk away.
Access
The entire apartment is available to you along with the amazing pool. An underground car space is also available as street parking is limited to 2 hours. For your security, the entry to the complex and building is restricted by intercom access for non-residents.

We were a group of three ladies and were very comfortable in the apartment which was clean, modern, airy and close to public transport. And the extra bonus was the pool which we all enjoyed. Jun 27, 2019The place is perfect and is accurately described. We were greeted by Mohit and his fiance upon arrived. They were lovely and welcoming when showing us the apartment and the surroundings. The apartment was clean, stylish and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We left a cardigan at the apartment and Mohit kindly offered to mail it back to us. I would highly recommend this place - great value for money!

Jun 27, 2019Mohit's place has a great location and the apartment could easily fit 7 of us in it with one person sleeping on the couch. If you rent a car, there's a free parking space at the apartment which is good as parking is really expensive in Sydney. With a car the apartment is about 10-15 mins away from town and it is also convenient to head to other tourist attractions. There's also a train station nearby if i'm not wrong. Mohit was really responsive to queries during the stay and they managed to arrange for a slightly earlier check-in as our flight was early. They met us for the check-in and explained everything about the apartment which was good. It was unfortunate that we met with bad weather during our trip but the apartment was great overall! I personally love the neighbourhood where i did outdoor night runs. On a side note, there's a few cafes and/or restaurants near the apartment too if you are looking for a quick fix ! Jun 27, 2019The apartment was quite convenient (about 800m walk from nearest train station, and there are buses right at the door step) and communication from the host was timely. Would be much better if there was air-con or at least a fan on the top floor where the master bedroom was as the air-con from the lower floor does not travel upwards.

Jun 27, 2019Mohit is a great host, and has a lovely home. It's a nice well furnished 2 story apartment. He even had netflix which helped us while the time at home. It's a suitable place for couple and families with grown up kids. Not too suitable with families with young kids as the train station was quite a distance away. With 2 young kids and my parents, it proved a bit of a challenge to walk to and fro everyday.

Jun 27, 2019This is a wonderful, clean, centrally located apartment. My family and I landed in Sydney after 25 hours of travel, and our brief stay at Mohit's, made for the most convenient, restful transition. Six of us stayed here for 2 evenings, and we were quite comfortable. Thank again!!
Jun 27, 2019Mohit has a nice place. It was big enough to host the 7 of us. There were 4 adults and 3 children. We stayed for 4 nights and we did enjoy our stay. The place is very secured but I found having one key was problematic when you have 7 people stay in the apartment. Also, there is only one undercover parking spot and finding a parking around the area was very hard. There was also no iron in the apartment. Apart from that, the place is clean, is in a very good location, close to everything and close to the airport. It was what I expected!
Jun 27, 2019A beautiful 2 level apartment that was clean and spacious, a perfect size for 6 guests. The kitchen is good which was well utilised on our stay. Great views. Host has great communication. We enjoyed our stay.

Jun 27, 2019This is a great apartment, not far from Sydney city. It is easy to access via public transport. There are lots of fabulous cafés and shops in the vicinity and if you're happy to walk in to the city, you'll pass many great places along the way. I'd be happy to recommend any stay in this property as the hosts were great and the experience was very easy and relaxed.

Communication was great and location excellent for a short stay as central enough and close to airport for an early morning flight. Mohit was very flexible as we added an extra day at the last minute and very accommodating re check in times. All in all a very enjoyable if short stay in Sydney. Thanks!

Jun 27, 2019Mohit was a great host, very cooperative and easy to deal with. He was great in communication and quickly responded to any question or query before check in until check out. Location is great to any one interested in eastern suburbs or to be near the airport. No much attraction within walking distance for visitors or tourists. Although bus services and green square station is near by and can move you to the city or else where. Will defenetly recommend Mohit and his place.

Jun 27, 2019This place is very nice place to stay. We stayed here for two nights with 5 adults & one toddler. The hosts are very quick in communication which was very good. Only one small issue was WiFi which can be slow at times but I think that’s due to many devices using it at same time but that didn’t worry us much anyway. We loved our stay here.
Jun 27, 2019Mohit and his fiancée, Priya were very friendly and welcoming. My relatives who stayed at their apartment to attend my daughter's wedding were very happy with everything. Although they couldn't find the password for the wifi but it didn't bother them because they were out most the time anyway. I could've contacted him and asked him about the password but I was so busy myself with my other relatives so I am very happy that my relatives were happy too. The location was very ideal for people who want to go sightseeing around the city area or to go to train station and bus stop. It's very closed to The Grounds of Alexandria where my daughter's wedding reception was. I can highly recommend their apartment and him and Priya who were very professional, friendly and approachable. Mohit and Priya, thank you very much for being amazing hosts and kindness and everything. I can only say nice things about the apartment and the hosts. It's very easy to communicate with them too.

Jun 27, 2019It's a very very good place. The location is so good closed to the airport and there is the IGA supermarket at the door of the apartment. Clean and tidy place. All required equipments are provided including cooking and coffee stuff.

Jun 27, 2019Very nice place to stay with great equipment like comfy sofa and beds, large TV, climate control etc. It takes some time to the central (20-30min iirc) but otherwise the location is good with a shop close by and bus stations around the block. Late sleepers might get woken up early by the sun if you wake up easily. The welcome was lovely and otherwise the communication was great. We enjoyed the stay!
Jun 27, 2019Mohit ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, allerdings kamen Antworten auf Fragen zumeist mit einiger Verzögerung. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, zwischen Flughafen und Zentrum, so dass beide gut erreichbar waren. Die Wohnung selbst bietet viel Platz, erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Leider waren die Bäder nicht top sauber. Dennoch empfehlenswert.

Unfortunately dryer and dishwasher were broken at the same time and it couldnt be fixed during our stay. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and welcoming. Predlažem da osigura više ručnika, očistiti pecnicu te da nabavi ključeve za kupaonice. Ukupni dojam je vrlo dobar i uživali smo u boravku.
Jun 27, 2019On this trip to Sydney we were travelling with 2 adults and four children aged between 1 to 16 years old. It’s hard to find affordable clean accommodation to suit our needs but Mohit’s apartment was great. We had plenty of space for everyone. The facilities are great and being so close to IGA supermarket was fantastic. Mohit was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our booking and checkin was easy and convenient. We’d highly recommend Mohit and look forward to staying at his apartment again in the future.

Jun 27, 2019Location is excellent, so close to Alexandria and the Inner West which we had come to visit. We stayed with four children who were aged five and under, and the place was well equipped to accommodate all of us (although we were out and about for most of the days). The apartment was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed. Parking spot, swimming pool, security and location make this a great option for a Sydney stay.
Jun 27, 2019My husband and I stayed here with our 15-year-old while he competed at the Australian Junior Athletics Championships at Olympic Park and we had the BEST experience. Firstly, Mohit is an amazing host. He is approachable, helpful and his replies are super fast. We found everything we usually look for in accommodation and more. Firstly, the security and private car park were unexpected and very reassuring. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and modern, and included a lot of personal touches. The beds were great and the couches are actually large enough to really relax in. The facilities are brilliant - laundry in the apartment, IGA downstairs, Coles Express and chemist across the road, and Dan Murphy's down the block. We were amazed at how quiet the apartment was considering its location, which was so important to us. It's close to the airport but there was no aircraft or traffic noise. Wonderful! Thank you Mohit for a brilliant stay!

Jun 27, 2019Mohit’s apartment is stylish, spacious and clean. He is approachable and replies fast. The location is perfect, there’s a grocery downstairs and it’s very accessible to bus stops which made our trip easier. The kitchen is complete with appliances and utensils. The only thing we noticed during our stay was whenever we enter the apartment, there’s an unfamiliar smell. I would recommend an aircon in the bedrooms since the living room is the only room that has an aircon especially during the summer days. All in all, our stay was great. And we will definitely recommend it to others.

Being close to public transport & in a quiet location it was perfect, the space was super nice and modern but above all clean and accurate to the photos. I couldn't recommend it more highly :)

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is clean, well equipped, new, safe and quiet. It has an underground carpark. it's perfect for those have a good rest and visit the surroundings of Sydney. Very convenient: the supermarket is just at the corner of the street. there are many other shops around, even fashion/sport outlets not far away (130, Botany rd; NB sports). shopping center with Coles is 1 mile away. Overall, it was a great stay.

Muy agradable también la piscina, para refrescarse después de haber paseado por la ciudad todo el día. Pasamos una semana espectacular en Sydney.

The apartment is well located with a supermarket next door, buses on the door stop, 15 minutes from Green Square train station and nearby cafes/restaurants. Unfortunately the apartment is looking very tired and uncared for (photos are obviously from when the apartment and furnishings were still new).
