Transit
250 metres to bus stop, this route accesses extensive shopping area of Bondi Junction with train connection to Sydney CBD. The route runs very frequently from the beach.

Proximity to the beach provides numerous cafes for breakfast, lunch or dinner.A short stroll to other local eateries such as Three Blue Ducks ,Wet Paint & others. You are a skip away from the famous Bronte Bondi coastal walk or head south along the coast to the spectacular boardwalk that transports you to Clovelly, Gordon's Bay & Coogee. The home has been recently restored & sits amongst magnificent trees which offer privacy and striking views from each window. One moment you can be on Bronte Beach with all the energy , excitement & colour the beach provides and quickly home, set in a private location. Our yard has 3 main terraces ,a grassed area with a small deck, a larger deck with built-in mosaic seat & BBQ and the top terrace with sandstone flagging , produce- garden along with a tiered timber seating bench.

We are an ex Bronte Beach family and so we know the area well. We were thrilled to find such a gorgeous place to stay in such a fabulous position - so close to the beach and cafes yet so quiet and peaceful. We’ll be back if we get a chance!
Jun 27, 2019If we could give Catherine’s air bnb 100 out of 5 we would. She is a generous host with beautiful home. We stayed as a family with 3 young children (5,3 & 1), grandparents & us the parents. The 4 bedrooms rooms are huge - so everyone has enough space. Everything in the home is perfect - high quality bedding, toiletries & pantry essentials. The home itself is beautiful. There is a stunning deck to sit out on to enjoy the view of the ocean. There is a grassed area for the kids to run. The home has multiple tvs with Netflix. Catherine is lovely sourcing toys & books for our children. The location is literally 150m from Bronte beach. It is opposite the grounds of Bronte House - so you feel as though you are surrounded by greenery (not in hectic central Sydney). The playground is perfect for young children with plenty of shaded areas & in easy access of local take always for meals in the park (we had pizza & fish & chips most evenings in the park with the kids). Accessing the city is easy with buses directly to Bondi junction then train to city. If you are thinking of visiting hectic Sydney as a family - Catherine’s home makes it a relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you again. We will be back!
