Building currently under renovation- while there was scaffolding- it didn't block the view and lovely light in the apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Anita was an absolutely wonderful host, and her place is simply beautiful. She has really put some thought into making the place special for her Airbnb guests. Every day I was just delighted to wake up to the cool summer breeze and gorgeous ocean view. You can see a good part of the ocean straight out the window, and it's really nice to see the sun, surf, swimmers and surfers out there having fun. Icebergs is just a couple of steps away and there is the stunning Bondi to Bronte right outside. It would also be a good writers retreat - I finished a first draft of my PhD dissertation here! The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday, and lots of thoughtful little touches everywhere. This is absolutely up there with the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. I would recommend it to everyone. I will be coming back as soon as I can!

Jun 27, 2019I had a great stay at Anita's flat. It was fully equipped and clean, even the shampoo and conditioner were provided in good quantities! The location is perfect, the bus to the city stops right in front the building and its easy to walk everywhere in Bondi from here. Last but not least, Anita remained available each time I needed it.
Jun 27, 2019Anita's house is perfect for a lovely getaway at Bondi Beach. It is opposite the beach with direct access to Icebergs and all that Bondi has to offer. Quick walk to a local off leash dog park too! The beach, bars and restaurants are all on your doorstep and the bus stops right out front! Cannot be beaten for the location! The place itself is a studio and perfect for a couple. It is clean and very comfortable with a view of the ocean! Perfect! Highly recommend!!!

Jun 27, 2019Bondi Beach is must!! Anita's apartment is within a 2 minute walk distance to the beach. You can walk to all restaurants, bars and market. The train and bus to the apartment is very easy. The bus drops and picks up right in front of the apartment. The apartment is so cute we loved our stay!!

Jun 27, 2019Great place to spend your vacations at Sydney!... even though is not close to the city center it has an excellent location, the bus stop is right outside the apartment and you can easily go to the downtown using the public transportation (very efficient by the way). You can enjoy amazing views of Bondi Beach which is just a block away and do some surfing while you are there... I highly recommend Anita and this beautiful and cozy apartment for your next holiday at Sydney :)

Jun 27, 2019Highly recommend this unit! GREAT location with amazing views of the beach!! Super close to the coastal walk which I highly recommend you do while staying here! Anita was a great host. She met me prior to my check in time and allowed me to leave my luggage at the apartment while it was being cleaned. She also allowed me to check in early after the unit was ready! She walked me around the entire complex to show me all the amenities and how to navigate the area. The unit was in great condition and was very well decorated. I enjoyed waking up each morning to the lovely view of the beach and ocean right from the bed. On my last day, Anita offered a late check out as the cleaning service was running behind which was greatly appreciated! Anita has great communication with her guests which was very helpful during my stay! Overall, Anita is a really amazing host who was super accommodating!! Definitely don't miss out on this unit!

Jun 27, 2019Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Die Lage unschlagbar und wir hatten nicht mit so einer Ausstattung gerechnet. Deshalb haben wir einige Dinge mitgebracht, die wir aber nicht (Website hidden by Airbnb) war wirklich Alles da. Anita war die perfekte Gastgeberin, die sogar den Kuehlschrank etwas gefuellt hatte, da wir zu den Feiertagen ankamen. Es war sogar frisches Brot da. Den wagen konnten wir bequem unten in der Garage abstellen und mussten nur mit dem Aufzug in unsere Etage fahren. Die Aussicht vom Bett war ein Traum. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Das WLAN hat perfekt funktioniert und war schnell genug sogar fuer grosse Dateien. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder. Danke Anita.
Jun 27, 2019Highly recommend, best place we’ve ever stayed! Perfect above and beyond in every way! Bed is sooo comfortable and quality bedding and towels are gorgeous. The view of Bondi Beach is terrific the bus stop is right outside with buses to Bondi Junction, Sydney, Watson’s Bay etc. What an absolutely amazing place the accommodation is immaculate a great layout and size, provision of absolutely EVERYTHING from WIFI, cotton buds, olive oil, milk to such perfect products, a seperate laundry room and even a lift to the car park for a short cut to walk to Tamarama beach (you must!) what an amazing location, we were so very sad to leave! Thank you!

Jun 27, 2019Beautiful studio nestled in the hills of famous Bondi Beach.. need I say more? This is the perfect spot for a couple looking to get away yet still in the best location. The apartment has everything you need to live comfortably. It's clean, stylish with tasteful styling/furnishes, and has inspiring views. You'll be close to dozens of cafe's restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach. I was particularly taken back by the quality and quality of restaurants, the food here is amazing and the coffee is unbeatable. Communication by the host is was great, check-in/out was a breeze with the host giving a personalized walk through of the location and amenities. I was even offering a late check-out without asking. It's easy to say that I will be looking forward to staying here again in the near future. Enjoy!

Anita was helpful on local attractions and the transit system and responded to any inquiries almost instantly. WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY IN BONDI. I will be back!!

The view from the flat is amazing, and you can watch the sunrise from the unit. Despite being a studio, the flat felt much bigger. Check-in was easy, and it had everything you need for a great trip. Would love to stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is GREAT. It’s in a wonderful location, has an incredible view and is very cozy and inviting! It offers (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast, which is a nice feature. Public transportation is literally right outside the door. There a lots of eateries nearby and a coffee stand just across the street, along with a convenience store and pharmacy. The host, Anita, is awesome!! She is so nice and accommodating. She gave me lots of helpful tips and suggestions of places to go and how to get there, and she really thinks about the guests and their needs. I really enjoyed everything about my stay.

We were immediately taken away by Anita’s incredible hospitality and generous assistance getting us acquainted with the place as well as the local surroundings. We were instantly amazed by the ocean views seen from the kitchen window. Many of our mornings were spent waking to watch the sunrise over breakfast. The building is just a staircase away from the sand, couldn’t be more convenient. Our stay was made much more enjoyable having this place to call “home” during our time in Bondi, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bondi!

What convenient stores are cheaper rather then you just walk into any store and spend a lot of money. If it’s your first time which it was for me. She is kind enough to give you a list of things you can check out while you are there staying at Bondi or Sydney in general. Overall you won’t be regretting anything staying at this location.

The apartment is in an unbeatable location with views of Bondi Beach and an easy walk to everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, impeccably and tastefully presented and every possible amenity considered and provided. Anita was a pleasure to deal with and so accommodating to allow us to bring our dog. Honestly this has been the best air bnb experience we have ever had. Value for money in a prime location where we could bring both dog and a car made the trip a big highlight. Thanks Anita!

It's quite a challenge with long overseas flights that do not necessarily land or depart at convenient times. Anita was quick to respond, very helpful in showing me around the neighborhood. The place is sparkling clean and has a brilliant view of the beach. Very comfortable and spacious study in an iconic location. And a thoughtful host who will help you with anything you need!

Anita is very nice and thoughtful, she shown us the facility of the room, given suggestions of good place nearby when we checked in, and prepared milk, cereal and biscuits for the guests. Jun 27, 2019I booked this apartment for my father when he came to visit, he had a great stay! The location is amazing! It is about as close as you can get to the beach and Icebergs pool. Great cafe and a convince store right across the road, bus stop to the city right out front, and only minutes to the main shops/cafes of Bondi. Beautiful view too! The whole apartment was spotless and the bathtub was brand new. Anita is helpful and super fast with communication. She has stocked the apartment with tons of amenities from an umbrella, to a beach chair, to sunscreen to a sewing kit, she really has tried to think of everything you need. I highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed in everything from private island villas to 5 star Sydney hotels while in Australia and your apartment was our best pick by fare. (AC would have been nice, but who cares) We could not have asked for more from you or the accommodations. When we return to Bondi and we will! We will defiantly be staying with you again! Every day, we discovered new things tucked away in drawers that made our stay so easy and feel like a home away from home. Whether it was fresh water in the fridge when we arrived or the sun screen, goggles, moisturiser, short bread cookies, olive oil, instant cappuccino (and the list goes on...), we had more than we needed. Not to mention the view and the light. I'm not sure we can stay anywhere else in Bondi without thinking of your home. Thank you again for your warmth! Easy transport from CBD to Bondi and right across the road from the apartment. The view across Bondi is amazing and very convenient for the coastal walks. The apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Anita is helpful providing a tour of the building and also giving valuable hints and tip for great coffee and breakfasts. We loved our stay in Bondi and if back will definitely be staying at Anita’s again. Highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019This is a lovely studio flat. Anita was very helpful. We did not meet as she was off on a weekend trip as well, but that did not stop her from answering questions and being helpful. The studio is everything that it states on the advert. I think Anita has taken pains to show the view is partially blocked by the wall in one of the pictures. Although the main picture in the advert must have been taken from hanging out the side window. If you move you bed just right - you can sit on the bed and watch the beach (or move a chair to the right spot). It is not a vista, but you do get a view of the beach. One thing I missed is that there is no air con. It does not state that there is air con, but I just assumed that there would be. There is a powerful fan that we did not have to turn on higher than the first setting. The TV reception was really bad. I am sure that if Anita had been around, she would have been able to sort it out. She said that it was not a problem in the past. At her suggestion we used the casting function to the TV. We tried that with both our phones and laptop. The result was a lag in the picture to the sound. We did advise Anita that it was not a huge issue, and it wasn't. The studio is really close to everything and the place is cosy but not cluttered. The location is just perfect and Anita was very helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and unreservedly recommend this place. Thank you Anita

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Anita's home was perfect. Even though you are in the heart of Bondi it was a small escape that was made even cosier by all the thoughtful touches that Anita has invested into the space. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Jun 27, 2019Five star, book this wonderful apartment with confidence. Super host (Anita) who takes great pride in the property and service that she provides. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and wonderfully located - everything in Bondi is no more than a 3 minute walk away. My wife and I had 7 wonderful trouble-free nights at this property and it will be our first choice when we return.
Jun 27, 2019If this Airbnb is available, YOU HAVE TO BOOK IT! There are no words to describe how beautiful and close the beach this apt is. You honestly feel like royalty when you are here. The view is breathtaking- you see Bondi Beach from your bed. At night, you hear the waves crashing against the shore. Perfect location- close to the Bondi strip where all of the cute cafes, shops, restaurants are located. (Also, there is bus stop a block from the apt so you can get to Sydney Harbor/inner city in 20 min for $3). Anita does an amazing job at making you feel welcome and accommodated. This Airbnb is spotless, comfortable, and I would stay here a million more times if I could.

Jun 27, 2019Anitas place is absolutely amazing the viewer spectacular spectacular the overall feel of the place is so lovely and Anita and her staff are so friendly and helpful if I ever return this would be where I would stay I recommend this space to everyone absolutely wonderful place to relax
