Carlos has been very helpful and have solved every small issue very fast. The room is small but functional, even if you want more than just a sleeping place. Remember to ask about the hot water, because the control is a little bit tricky (actually the shower is the only negative aspect of my experience there, because hot water heater is not good...)

It's a small room (hey! it's Hong Kong), but it has everything you need, comfy bed, small bathroom, burner to cook, so you can prepare your own meals, AC, small wardrobe, space for bags under the bed or table. Great location, 3-4 minute walk to Wan Chai metro, easy to commute pretty much anywhere in HK. Lots of stores and restaurants right outside the building. Carlos is a great host, even though you might not see him much, he'll do everything to make you comfortable. Took care of all little details (adapter, bath towel, laundry advice etc.) and it's very easy to communicate with him. Highly recommend the place to stay, if you're not too picky about room space, but there's so much to do in HK, it's not worth sitting in the room. I spent here 20 days without any issues and will definitely come back if I'm in HK again. Thank you! Miko

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is very small, clean and has everything needed. Nice. And remember it is in Hong Kong's most convenient area. Carlos is a great host, very responsive and kind. The hot water shower needs a little trick to use, though, Carlos will teach you that.

Jun 27, 2019This is a cozy bedroom with furnished amenities to satisfy most needs. I had an extended stay here for working in Hong Kong and the location was great. The host was pleasant and allowed me to move in earlier. The only thing is that if you need to collect mail, you have to let the host know in advance so he can open the mailbox for you and drop off any outstanding mail. Thanks for the accommodation!
Jun 27, 2019If you want a cheap place in the heart of Wan Chai then it's really good value, secure, with wifi. Hot water is pretty good. AC is good.

Jun 27, 2019Wan chai is a great location to visit hong kong. The apartment is small but we'll setup and all functional with working wifi and locks for doors etc... bed is single, ac works fine. Good budget room for exploring the city.

Jun 27, 2019Thanks for accepting the late reservation. I have stayed for three nights there, the room is quite small for two people, but it's clean, quiet, and with nice location. Close to MTR & Dingding car station, also have lots of restaurants around. If you're looking for nice budget, it would be a good choice.

Jun 27, 2019Great place to stay in HK for several days, I liked the view, it's not that scenic, but you can see sky from the bed and have a view on a hill, while working. Location is awesome. Bathroom is very clean and nice, if you ask me. Floors, bed, kitchen clean and nice. The only thing that's waiting to be wiped is windows. Thank you guys for nice stay. Recommend.

Initially had a problem getting in as the door lock had reset itself after the host had changed the batteries, but the host replied to my messages within the hour and came out straight away to sort. Very helpful!!! The room was great for a solo traveller, and I had no issues during my stay. Amazing location!!

Jun 27, 2019The room is small even for one person. There is a flight of steps before you can take a lift up to the 7th floor. The aircon is very noisy and I had to switch it off to sleep, but even with ear plugs I could still hear a dripping sound that kept me awake for 2 nights. There was no cup available and I had to drink out of a bowl. Was told to buy a cup myself, but I didn’t have time. The bed was comfortable. After two nights I requested to move to another room so that I can sleep. The other room was smaller but had no dripping sound. I slept better but if it was hot and I had to switch on the aircon, it makes a loud humming sound. This room is cleaner but the toilet light was not working. I had asked for it to be repaired, but they didn’t come for two days. This room had two cups and more facilities, with iron. But it was quite tiny, Hong Kong style. The shower heater was also better.

Jun 27, 2019Great location! The room was small but had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Easy check-in with clear instructions. Also easy access to front gate and door with keypad. AC was a big bonus and kept the room well ventilated. Good value for price and would definitely stay again.

Jun 27, 2019The room is a little bit too small for 2 person but has everything you need. Bed is comfortable and toilet is clean. The air-cond fan was making a loud dripping noise. Great location, about 5 minutes walk to 7-11, eateries and MTR station. Host was helpful and responsive. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommended for solo and budget traveller.
Jun 27, 2019Dislike: 1.The space is super narrow.especially the (Website hidden by Airbnb) you have a shower inside.your elbow will kick the wall.and the room is not enough to open the exoended bed. 2.the water heater can't be controled into a corresponding temperature. 3.the landlord said that there're adopter and charger ,but nothing 's in the room. 4.we can't connect the landlord at the first night so it takes us hours to find the place. Like: 1.the price is cheap 2.the facilities are clean.
Jun 27, 2019Very small but AWESOME location. Convenient and close to everything. Just know it’s probably best for 1 person unless you don’t mind sleeping in a small bed together. Great host with timely and clear communication. Bring your own bath towel probably. Loved staying here!
Jun 27, 2019Great place. Great location, great value. Has all necessary amenities. The space is of course on the smaller side, but I contend this adds to the cultural experience. The host was very responsive. Would stay here again in my next visit to Hong Kong if available.
Jun 27, 2019房間兩人住略小,廁所也有點擠,不過交通非常方便,附近食物和商家很多,夜歸會覺得大門有點危險,但實際住過覺得大樓基本上很安全,早上也會有管理員,最重要的是,房主對問題的回覆很快,入住指示也很清楚!
Jun 27, 2019또 이용했습니다. 저번에도 이야기했지만 한국의 고시원이랑 비슷하다고 보시면 됩니다. 단독방에 안에 화장실있고 요리에 필요한 각종 조리기구들 다 있어요. 와이파이, 에어콘 문제없이 잘 됩니다. 다른것보다도 집 주인이랑 같은 공간에 살지 않는게 좋은거 같아요. 괜히 신경쓰이잖아요. 다음에도 또 이용할 생각입니다.

Jun 27, 2019Small cozy space that represents the standard living situation of Hong Kong. Lots of pros, it’s close to the MTR, lots of good food options around the area and there’s a shopping center and bars a few minutes away. The only minor issue I have is with the windows as when the blinds are up, you feel like you have no privacy so I just left them closed the entire trip.
Jun 27, 2019This is really awesome value in HK! The place is small, but with some smart choices includes everything you could need. The location is great, right in Wan Chai with tons of restaurants and everything just right in the neighborhood. The little room even has two windows and a nice view! I loved the shower and having a little private fridge was also very convenient. Perfect for one person, and I could see coming back with my husband as well, when all we really need is just a place to shower and sleep. Two people with big luggage would be a struggle though. Overall a perfect place to crash for the 2 nights I was in town!
Jun 27, 2019Pretty good living experience here ,thanks a lot for all the help from dear host, the apartment is in good location near Waichai MTR, which is very convenient with lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, but what needs to be done to get better is air conditioner cause it is really noisy.
Jun 27, 2019Convenient location. Had all the amenities necessary, but the hair dryer is a little weak so if you have longer hair it was take long to dry (you might want to bring your own). The hot water stopped after a couple minutes into the shower so I suggest quick showers. Check-in guideline is very specific and helpful. Having a private bathroom in the room was great. A roll of toilet paper was provided (on the desk), so that was great as well.

Jun 27, 2019住宿地點非常方便,建議只能一人住不然會連走動的空間都沒有! 遇到最大的缺點就是住了5天每天都一樣熱水洗不到10分鐘就沒了, 在寒冷的冬天這是一種折磨! 棉被在寒冷了冬天也是非常的薄弱~

Room is a bit tight but good enough for one person, and probably the best value for both experience and cost that you can get in the Wan Chai area. if you like to explore local streets and get a taste of local lifestyle, this is an excellent choice.
