Green Square station is less than a 10 minute walk away where you can catch the train to the airport (2 stops) or into the CBD (Circular Quay only 4 stops). You can also catch a bus to Coogee Beach from outside the station (25 minutes direct) Buses run outside of the building into the CBD, Surry Hills and over the bridge to North Sydney.
