    Cody's place is sensational! Spacious and cozy, great bed, bathroom and kitchen - with a huge terrace - all on the ground floor but super quiet and peaceful at the back of the building with views onto the terrace, the rear park abs the 4th St rooftops. All in a perfect location, walkable to everywhere you want to go in the E Vge and LES. A lockbox with the key nearby on the street with a front door code made access and departure a breeze. We'll be back!

    Cody's apartment exceeded our expectations for our first time in NY! The place was spacious, squeaky clean, highly accessible, close to everything, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We would definitely stay here again!

    This place was great. The apartment was spacious and clean. The patio was a great way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing. The big tv was also a great way to unwind. The kitchen had everything u needed. The air conditioner made it super comfortable.
