Very beautiful area ... if you get the "resident" and "home" idea. Excellent for someone that appreciate the fun and then wants a good sleep, contrary to the last trip when they reserved "the best room" in "the heart of Downtown" and they notice too late it was on top of "The five Owls" Nightclub. Highway 4 mins away takes you to Downtown in about 12-15 mins. The condo and it's inventory is offerd for use under your own responsability. Booking means you agree. Although, we keep a high standard - see our ratings- and we assist to your needs. Some special needs and amenties (ex: kids, health and mobility issues etc) has to be discussed in advance.

My bussines is 2-12 months furnished renting. Exception could apply ocassionaly.
