Jun 27, 2019This place is simply too good, too clean and very comfortable. The subway station and the bus station are both close by and the grocery store is right across the street. Pietro is such an wonderful and kind host. He made sure I had the keys on time and helped me check in to the place.Though we met just once he was just a text message away.I would definitely recommend this place.
Jun 27, 2019Pietro was communicative, punctual, warm and generous. His place is exactly as pictured. I am originally from this area and I am happy that it still is a great Italian neighborhood with all the food and drink and character that makes NY so great! It was close to markets and transportation and I got a very good night's sleep. He accommodated me at the last minute for a family crisis and I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement.
Jun 27, 2019This small studio apartment is convenient to Einstein medical school. Close to public transportation including express bus in Manhattan. It was quiet and had the basic ammenities. Pietro was responsive and met me to hand over key. He does not live in the apartment, just has a locked closet with business supplies that he needs to access occasionally, so it’s like having the place to yourself.

Jun 27, 2019I stayed one month at Pietro's place. Pietro is a very nice person and very helpful. I landed late in NYC and he has been waiting for me to arrive to give me the keys and information about the place. The place is very well situated, close to everything and in a very safe and quiet area. I never felt unsafe even walking alone late by night. There is a big supermarket just across the street and lots of restauration places (Dunkin Donuts, Patricia's, Emilio's and Delis...). The laundraumat and the bank are close by as well. Morris Park Station is located 10min away by foot: the 2 train will take you to Manhattan. The place is kinda small but cozy and has everything necessary for a good stay. The mattress is very comfy and there are lots of pillows ! I really enjoyed my stay and I will definetely book again if I ever need a place in the Bronx in the future. I highly recommend Pietro and his place. Thank you Pietro ! You are an amazing host !

Jun 27, 2019Pietro’s place was an ideal place to stay as a student who was rotating at Weiler Hospital. The studio apartment was a 10-12 minute walk from the hospital - very convienient. The place itself was clean and the perfect size for one person to stay for a month. Kitchen supplies were provided. Bathroom was clean with great water pressure. Pietro was very easy to get in touch with and he checked in to see how I was doing. I would 100 percent recommend staying in Pietro’s place if you have a rotation at the hospital.
Jun 27, 2019Pietro is very nice and accommodating, the apartment is nice, parking on the street nearby is easy, and the area has a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay, especially as a medical student who was visiting nearby. The apartment is very close to the hospital.
