A very good place to stay, particularly if you are in Bundeena without a car as the shops are only 10 mins walk away. Beach very close, with lovely swimming. Altogether a very peaceful place, apart from the noisy kookaburras! Inclined to be a bit chilly in the mornings (October) until the sun was well up, as it is quite shady, so be sure to take a warm sweater. A charming cottage and highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019Quaint cottage within minutes walk of the quieter end of Bundeena Beach. Surprisingly spacious inside, good facilities (couple of things needing maintenance & cleaning, owner has feedback), paddle board available is in great condition, restaurants/cafes all within walking distance offer great dine-in and takeway options. Beach is often calm and awesome for swimming. Bundeena Ferry over to Cronulla was great. Local IGA has everything you need. Great little place within an hour of Sydney so don't have to waste time travelling all day just to get away for a while. Cheryl communicates quickly and is helpful with questions. Jun 27, 2019It’s a lovely house in a fabulous spot only a minute’s walk from the beach. Very peaceful with a lovely breezy deck, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine while our son ran about. We had a very relaxing long weekend and would definitely come again!

Jun 27, 2019A great beach house in a secluded, quiet environment. Would love to stay here again. The beach is close, and you can hear the waves crashing all night. The village is a little limited in terms of restaurants, but Cronulla is only a half hour drive away. There's a few cafes and an IGA.
Jun 27, 2019Cheryl’s beach house is absolutely stunning! You can hear the waves while you sit and enjoy breakfast on the deck. My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Cheryl was a very accommodating host, making check in/check out very easy. We would definitely come back!
Jun 27, 2019What a wonderful spot to leave the city behind! We could've stayed all day in the huge sunny window watching the kids play outside and having naps in the sunshine. We loved that the house was located at the quieter end of the beach and it reminded me of holidays when I was a child. If only we could've stayed longer!!
Jun 27, 2019You have a beautiful place, Cheryl, with excellent finishing touches. We loved staying here and loved the round window. Easy walking to the beach, cafes, tennis, Aboriginal rock engravings, local cluba and IGA. Very relaxing We look forward to coming again!

Jun 27, 2019Fabulous location. So close to the beach and great bushwalking through the National Park. We loved having pre dinner drinks at the community club, whilst watching the sun set over the water. Absolutely beautiful.

Jun 27, 2019Great location and beautiful house. On the quieter side of town, just a walk across the road and through a path to the beach, this beach house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Plenty of space for people in the large dining kitchen and the two bedrooms are apart enough to suit two couples. The surrounds, even in our wet weather, were breathtaking. Great escape from reality with little 3G/4G reception and no wifi!

Jun 27, 2019A truly peaceful and tranquil place. We fell asleep with the sound of waves and a cool breeze and truly enjoyed the place and its beautiful garden. Fantastic for couples or families. The deck is suited for long dinners or breakfasts in the shade. The beach is only a walk around the corner. Basics such as spices and cooking oil are provided. Will definitely be back one day. Jun 27, 2019Absolutely loved our stay at Cheryl’s. The location is amazing and the house is very cosy. We were 5 people staying which was a bit much for this house as the extra bed was more of a day bed. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re 4 people or less though. I’m sure I’ll be back!

Jun 27, 2019What a gorgeous property in a spectacular location! We loved the beautiful garden views, lounging on the spacious deck and had everything we needed for a really comfortable beach holiday. This place is beautifully renovated, and it feels completely serene and secluded but is so close to the beach - you can hear the waves at night- and there are so many natural attractions nearby. We’ll definitely be back.
