The sofa is in the bedroom - that is NOT the living room - the bedroom is just so huge!

My place is right in the heart of New York City. Close to the Empire State Building, Shake Shack, Herald Square, Macy's, Madison Square Garden, Madison Square Park, Flatiron. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the convenience and the sick view of the Empire State Building from the roof. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The sofa is in the bedroom - that is NOT the living room - the bedroom is just so huge! I will rarely be at home, but will be available via text whenever you need me. Central location, perfect for accessing all parts of New York City via subway. K-town is nearby, great for Korean BBQ and a fun night out. Herald square is right around the corner for all your shopping needs. You can also walk to the Empire State Building, or observe it up close from the roof! 5 minutes walk to N,Q,R,W,1,2,3,B,D,F,M trains. 10 minutes to A,C,E,6 trains. You can basically get to anywhere in New York City from here very easily!

Jun 27, 2019Teri is a good host. She's very flexible with check-in time and also answers your questions and phone calls. But her place is not worth the stay. There's street parking but you're taking a risk of either getting a parking ticket or your car being towed. The bathrooms are dirty and you can hear the traffic and people of NYC right in your room. Cars are honking, NYPD traffic officers blowing their whistles. Not to mention the host has roommates who live with her - it was just very awkward and uncomfortable staying the night with complete strangers. I didn't feel safe and I was afraid to leave my luggage and possessions unattended in the room. Other than that the room is big to accommodate 3 guests. The room is dusty and the floors are dirty. If you ever stay here make sure to take a pair of slippers and shower shoes. I wouldn't recommend this place. I will never go back especially for $200 for one night. NOT WORTH IT! You should stay at a hotel!
Jun 27, 2019Teri is a lovely and friendly young lady. The apartment is well located and the room is a good size. The apartment, however, needs a good cleaning, particularly the bathrooms and kitchen. The amenities, towels for example, were lacking. It's noisy as the bedroom faces the street. It's a two floor walk-up and there are four roommates.

Jun 27, 2019The stay was absolutely wonderful. I was initially a bit worried about the stay due to some bad comments, the overall conditions of the room was beyond par. The proximity to Korea town and other convenience store was nice. My friend, whom I stayed with, arrived early in New York, and needed to a place to leave his luggages. Gladly, Teri was able to check him in early in the morning. She is really good at communicating with the guests, and very flexible with checking-in. Facts: Room is spacious and clean, strong wifi with a cute password, cooking utensils, bottle opener etc. It is located in the second floor, so as long as you don't have a whole lot of stuff, it won't be a issue. It is noisy all night. But, if you're staying in Manhattan, you just have to deal with the noise unless you're going to Queens.
Jun 27, 2019Very convenient location close to the train station where we arrived- walkable to everything we needed to see during our stay. Large room and bed was cozy. Small bathroom - typical of the city. We ended up having the entire apartment to ourselves - nice surprise. Teri helped us out by letting us store our bag at the apartment after check-out time in exchange for a cash tip we offered. Very helpful - thanks for a great stay in NYC
Jun 27, 2019El alojamiento es muy comodo, está muy bien ubicado porque es tranquilo y seguro para llegar tarde y es accesible a l transporte como si quieres hacerlo a pie. Teri estuvo presente respondiendo a la brevedad nuestras inquietudes. Lo recomendaría y volvería a este lugar, ya que tiene muy buena relación entre precio y lo ofrecido.
