These condos are operated by Wyndham, you will be a guest of the owner of the timeshare and have a Guest Confirmation. The name on the confirmation must be the person checking in and must at least 21 years old. Once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional fee. There will be no additional fees or taxes when you arrive for check-in. You need to have a major credit card and driver's license to check in ($150 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or personally charge something to your room.
