Trent is a really nice guy who will help you in any way he can. When we arrived the place was a bit dirty but that wasn't Trents fault because he had been awayand his apartment had been out for lease. And he made a really good job with fixing everything so we could have a happy stay! And we did:) The location is great and the apartment is lovely:) The room is pretty small but it didn't bother us at all. Can recommend this place to anyone, close to Bondi and to small hidden beautiful beaches around the coastline.

Jun 27, 2019Trents place is in a lovely quiet tree lined street in Rose Bay. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We didn't get to meet Trent, but he was great with his communication and how to check in. I would recommend it for a short stay convenient to activities in the eastern suburbs.
Jun 27, 2019Trent's place is located in a beautiful street meters away from bus stops, café's, golfcourse, etc. We had a great time staying here as it was clean, convenient and cosy. Trent is lovely and will give you all the help or space you need. Highly recommended!!

Jun 27, 2019Great place to stay exactly how described. As a first time Airbnb was a little apprehensive but I needn't have worried as Trent was great and so was the area. Very close to a variety of shops which has everything you need. A very short walk to ferry terminal, Circular Quay 10mins away. The area was great and felt safe to walk around in the evening. Rose Bay itself is a short stroll away with places to eat ect. Although unfortunately didn't meet Trent he was only a text/phone call away. Key pick up was easy and straight forward. Would highly recommend.
Jun 27, 2019We found the apartment to be very comfortable. The location is very convenient close to transport, shops, restaurants and the beach. Although we didn't meet Trent he responded to us via email promptly. If you are without a car there is a GoGet (car sharing service) vehicle that is parked opposite the apartment.
Jun 27, 2019Pleasant, comfortable, spacious apartment. Clean and presentable. Bathroom towels are provided, bedrooms are nicely made up. Apartment owner fantastic for communication in the lead up to booking and confirming. Apartment is welcoming and would recommend. Apartment is on first floor, so there is one flight of stairs to consider. While off-street parking is available, it may be a bit tricky to find as Rose Bay is a very popular area- keep in mind.

Jun 27, 2019Trents apartment is in a beautiful street, short walk to the ferry terminal where we were able to take a quick 10 minute trip to Circular Quay to spend our day. The apartment itself was comfortable and as described. Minimal to zero noise from neighbours or cars. TV is amazing ! Thanks for having us :)

Jun 27, 2019Fabulous Apartment with everything you need. Clean and comfortable - exactly as photographed. Quiet area with everything at your doorstep. Local cafes and restaurants are all excellent. Beaches and shops in wAlking distance. Marina & ferry close by and If your active, run to Bondi and surrounds and back.
Jun 27, 2019Great location - easy walk out along harbour and to ships and restaurants. Easy bus to city. Street parking all day and ok to get. Two bedrooms are at either end of the apt so very private from each other so suit two couples well. Nice light and breeze.

Jun 27, 2019Clean and charmingly decorated. Neighbourhood was quiet, pretty and close to bay. Easy to walk to wharf and catch a ferry over to Circular Quay. Did not meet Trent but communication was quick and easy. Parking available on street for free but can be busy so be prepared that you might have to park further away. We were only there for a night so didn’t have much luggage, but might need to factor that in if you do have a lot of luggage. Posting does mention a private parking space, not sure if there is a separate space other than street or if this just refers to the street but we utilised street. Towels provided. No toiletries so best to pack some. Tip: we found it difficult to unlock the main door by mailbox but there is another door around the other side that was much easier to open with the key. Wifi only worked for about an hour and then we had no wifi at all. Other than that, it’s a great unit in a nice neighbourhood and would recommend.
Jun 27, 2019Trent was prompt and clear in his communications. We did a last minute booking and Trent organised the cleaners to ensure a clean apartment with our arrival. The apartment is located on a quiet residential area. One block away to the sea and a short walk to the ferry. It is a peaceful area and there is plenty of space in the apartment. We found it comfortable and homely with lots of plants and a beautiful kitchen. Would recommend!

Quirky and comfortable in a character art-deco apartment block; peaceful street, lovely to wake up to the sounds of the many birds that reside in the tree lined street. This place showcases Sydney's affluent Eastern Suburb vibe and is only a 5 min walk to a ferry terminal. IMPORTANT: note there is no air conditioning or heating - this was fine for my stay but in mid-winter this could be an issue.

Jun 27, 2019A great little apartment in a beautiful suburb, with shops nearby and an almost Melbourne feel. 1920s deco building with an apartment that feels funky with some nice touches. Two good sized beds and a killer tv but no dining table. Spotlessly clean and owner quick and responsive to our questions. We loved it and will stay there again without a doubt.

Jun 27, 2019Great location in Rose bay with the convenience of an easy ferry ride to the city. It’s a good size 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen has all you need and there’s a big tv with good wifi. Great shops for supplies, coffee, pizza and take out foods. The only small negatives were difficulty getting out of the parking area and lack of seating in the living area.

It was ideal for visiting our family and would definitely stay there again on future visits, if we had the opportunity. Location was excellent with shops close by for every day needs and with public transport – buses and ferry - at the end of the street.

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment in a fantastic location. Close by are small shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, convenience store and wine shop. Close to public transportation, this is a must if you don’t want to drive all the time, or pay for parking in downtown Sydney (expensive). We didn’t see the host, but we had no problems communicating with him. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We had the apartment to ourselves, and the place was nicely decorated. Having a parking spot was nice. Street parking is available, although you usually didn’t get a spot close to the house, so having a reserved parking spot (in the back of the building) was a great benefit. Rose Bay is suburb east of Sydney, but by using the Sydney Ferry (get an Opal card) you get to cruise on the water to downtown Sydney with amazing views of Sydney Harbor all the way. Ten minute walk to the Ferry, and a fifteen minute cruise. Within a half hour, you’re in downtown Sydney by the Opera House, Harbor Bridge, Royal Botanic Gardens, etc. You can also use the bus/train, to travel downtown (~45 minutes), but why bother when you can see Sydney from the harbor. We were very happy that we were able to stay here.

It was ideal for our needs as we were visiting family nearby. if you want access to the many attractions that Sydney has to offer, but don't want to stay in the city, this would be an ideal base as it is an attractive area with great transport links.
