It is located just next to the park in case you prefer outdoor exercise. 5 min walk from the bus stops that take you straight to the city or to the beach :)

Me and my girlfriend stayed eleven nights at Andreas place and we were really sad to leave. Very good room with a nice own bathroom. Also a nice kitchen with a big living room. We really liked the gym, pool and the sauna because they are very clean and almost always empty. So you can relax really well because you are almost always alone. We used it almost every day! The location is perfect as it is only 5 minutes by feet to many different bus stops, coles, restaurants and bars. The bus takes you within 10 minutes to the city but you can walk there aswell. Andrea is a very friendly person and answered always very fast when we had any questions and her roommates are also very friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say to the place of Andrea and we wish we stayed longer.
Jun 27, 2019We had a nice stay, the place is close to public transport which brings you downtown in 10-15min. Andrea's room and ensuite bathroom were very clean. Andrea was very nice and acomodating, I would definitely stay there again.
