Daniel's apartment is great. My firend and I stayed in his apartment for 4 nights. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is great, close to lots of bars and restaurants in the LES. Being on a smaller street the place is really quiet at night which was great. The apartment is very spacious (unlike most NYC apartments) and the bed was very comfortable. A huge plus for sleepy travelers! Daniel has done a great job of styling the apartment and it is equipped with everything you would need. Shower pressure is good too! As our host Daniel was very welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed an gave us some great tips about what to do during our stay in NYC. He was prompt with his communications with us and the whole process of picking up and leaving the keys was easy. When we come back to the city we will definitely stay at Daniel's place again. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is spacious, modern and is located in a very nice area, very close to all shopping and good restaurants in SOHO, Lower East Side, China Town and in Little Italy. You couldn't ask for a better location if you want to be in the middle of it all in NYC. Walking distance from great restaurants shopping so there was always something to do day or night. Thanks Daniel! You were a great host and made out time in the City perfect.

Il es très bien situé, disposant de commerces de proximité et de stations de métro (Essex Street, Grand Street) qui permettent de gagner rapidement les zones touristiques de Manhattan. Le quartier est calme, animé et permet de rentrer à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit. Daniel est un hôte adorable que l'on peut contacter à tout moment, toujours serviable avec le sourire. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander à toute personne désireuse de découvrir New York. His appartment is very specious and filled with natural light, which makes it very homey. The location is perfect too. I highly recommend it for a weekly stay.

The apartment is way better than it looks on the pictures and spacious. Daniel was great to work with, he was always available for any question I had and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Jun 27, 2019I came from Germany to NYC for visiting a friend of mine who works there. Since I had never rent a flat via airbnb before I decided to try it out this time, and it was definitely worth trying!!! Very clean and comfortable flat, exactly as nice as it looks on the pictures shown above. Daniel as a host was also very nice and helpful. He put some Manhattan beer in the fridge, recommended a good club location for a Thursday night and organised an opportunity to store the luggage on the day of departure after leaving the flat. I could recommend this place to anybody looking for a cheap and nice alternative to a hotel!!!
Jun 27, 2019Daniel was a great host – communicative and flexible with arrival times etc., which were a little complicated as my friend and I were arriving separately. The apartment is clean and spacious and the location is absolutely brilliant – walking distance to the shops/cafes in SoHo/Nolita, Chinatown for cheap and delicious food, and the lower east side bars and night life. We really enjoyed our stay. My only comment would be that there are no blinds across two sections of floor to ceiling window in both the bedroom and the living room where the extra bed was set up so you can feel a bit exposed.

Il manquait un peu de lumière à notre goût mais c'était vraiment pas grand chose comme inconvénient. A la limite de Chinatown, nous avons tout fait à pied, sauf le soir où on rentrait en métro (station Bowery très proche).
Jun 27, 2019Myself and three other girlfriends rented Daniel's space for a weekend in NYC. The place is so much more spacious than it shows in pictures, and it more than comfortably housed four girls. Daniel was super busy leading up to our stay and was traveling over the weekend, but still did his best to answer any questions we had about the city/the apartment/etc. If you need a place for 4-5 people with lots of natural light and comfortable sleeping, Daniel's place is perfect!

Nous étions 3, il avait mis un lit supplémentaire dans le salon. L'appartement peut accommoder 5 personnes. Salle de bains et cuisine comme on les espère. Grands placards. etc. vraiment que du bien à dire. L'appartement est en fait mieux que sur les photos. Très clair, spacieux, dans un endroit (LES) qui était idéal pour nous. Un vrai régal. Jun 27, 2019Daniel was such a wonderful host, he made the entire AirBnB experience enjoyable and easy! He always responded promptly and was professional and accommodating. I booked his apartment when my mom came into the city last minute, even in the rushed circumstances, Daniel was prepared and the apartment was spotless. This was my first AirBnB experience and Daniel helped me through the entire process, even taking the time to suggest great restaurants for us to try! I could not have asked for a better host! If you are looking for an authentic New York experience this is the perfect apartment. The apartment was incredibly specious and beautifully decorated. The two large antique wooden letters were a personal favorite, and add NY charm and character. It is also in the perfect location for exploring the best restaurants and nightlife, or as my mother prefers, the Tenement Museum’s walking tours! If you want a true “New Yorker” experience without all the stereotypical attitude, this is the place to go! I will be absolutely be recommending this place to all my friends! Jun 27, 2019My experience staying at Daniel's apartment was absolutely amazing!! This was my first time using Airbnb and it could not have worked out more perfectly. I travel to NYC quite a bit for work and my days staying in hotels are over. I will absolutely stay at Daniel's any time I come to the city. I cannot recommend his place highly enough. I have never seen such a nice, large apartment in Manhattan. The light coming into the his corner apartment is fantastic. Daniel's apartment is amazingly located; close all major subway lines and waking distance to the best parts of lower Manhattan. It's impeccably decorated and as clean, if not cleaner than any hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed is also super comfortable. Daniel even had a 6 pack of local craft beer waiting for me in the fridge upon my arrival. Daniel's communication was amazing and made the whole process: booking, arriving and departing super easy. Daniel also had amazing recommendations for please to eat and go out in the city. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay Daniel. I can't wait to book your place next time I come to the city.
Jun 27, 2019A friend and I spent a week in Daniel's apartment last april. His flat has a perfect location (bars, restaurants, metro, cool areas of Manhattan and Williamsburg...) Also... the rooftop of the building is perfect for having a drink after a long day in the city. Daniel has been really helpful during our entire holidays, giving us great tips and advices, more generally, he did everything to make easy our trip in the city. I would definitely recommend the apartment to everybody who wants to stay in New York for a few days or even longer.

Starting with the central location in LES, the spacious flat that can host two bedrooms, the nice decoration, the comfortable bed … it has just everything you could ask for. Not to forget to mention that Daniel is really the perfect host. Communication, rapid answers and reliability are awesome. And that’s not it! He’s such a warmhearted person, taking care for everything and he even had a bottle of wine for us to enlighten our stay. That’s really extraordinary. Hope to return some day to this special place.

Jun 27, 2019I, along with 3 other friends stayed at Daniel's apartment for a week. The location was great. Close to nice places to eat and bars, as well as the subway. The apartment itself was also spacious, clean and full of everything you would need. However, what really stood out was Daniel's service and the way he treated us during our stay. He was always open to share his experiences and advice about New York and would go out of his way (such as arranging taxi's and dry cleaning) to make our stay more enjoyable which was fantastic. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the place.
Jun 27, 2019We had a fabulous 7 night stay in Daniel’s apartment in May. He was a pleasure to deal with while we were organising the stay and even friendlier in person. Daniel’s apartment was perfect. It is exactly as the photos depict – a beautiful light and airy space that has been thoughtfully and artistically decorated. There was enough space for our group of five girls. The kitchen is fine for preparing meals. We were pleasantly welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The apartment is ideally situated for exploring NY downtown. It is a 5 min walk from a Metro station (2nd Av) and supermarket (Wholefoods). This is a nice neighborhood filled with cafes and nice restaurants. We would highly recommend Daniel’s apartment for a fun and authentic stay in NY. Thank you Daniel for being a wonderful host.

Daniel has been a very careful person during our entire holiday and very kind to give us all the information about the apartament and the city. The apartament was perfect for us needs and was in a perfect location near the subway and very nice pubs or restaurants. We had to thank Daniel, because he allowed us to leave our luggage after the check out because our Fly was at 8:30 p.m. Daniel was a perfect home owner and during our holiday he asked us if was all ok and as we expected! I would recommend the apartment to everybody and certainly when we return to New York, we will contact Daniel again :)

Jun 27, 2019This was my first trip to NYC and only my second AirBnB experience and, I have to say, Daniel was awesome! The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for the two of us -- and the rooftop view at night was excellent! His recommendations for places to eat were awesome and he was so quick to answer any and all questions that we had. Added perks were the excellent A/C {it was muggy during our stay and so nice to sleep comfortably}, the stocked coffee and there was even a bottle of sparkling wine chilling for us upon arrival. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Jun 27, 2019Myself and 3 friends spent 8 nights in Daniel's apartment and had an amazing time! The apartment was just as pictured, spacious, clean and great A/C. The location was close to the subway and lots of great bars and restaurants. Communication with Daniel was also excellent as was the list of recommendations he sent us which meant that we had a great starting point for exploring the LES and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here next time I'm in New York.

When you can stay at Daniel's apartment for less then you can get a decent two bed hotel room, the choice is clear. Would stay again, no complaints!

Jun 27, 2019Daniel was a great host. He was super responsive and accommodating. His recommendations for activities and venues in NYC were great. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was even nicer than in the pictures. It is nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is excellent. The apartment is centrally located. There are great restaurants and bars steps and short blocks away. There is a drop off laundry service around the corner. The subway stop is also very closeby. Pretty much all you need is within a few minutes walking distance. The one downside of the location is that the apartment can be pretty loud. Light sleepers may want to consider earplugs. All in all, this apartment is a great spot and Daniel is a wonderful host.

Jun 27, 2019Daniel was a really amazing host for my first time using airbnb. He was in contact regularly regarding the booking and if there were any changes. He went out of his way to assist me with recommendations in the area and was always a text away if I needed any assistance. The apartment was exactly as described and the photos were accurate. It felt like I was walking straight into the photographs. The neighbourhood gave me the exact NY experience I was looking for. I would highly recommend staying here. The lift was great for luggage, facilities were great and the building was secure.

Jun 27, 2019Daniel was a perfect host and went his way to make sure all our questions were answered in a timely manner, both before and during our stay. We've been in NY several times before and my goal was to find a place that was close to varies transportation options which the apartment location definitely delivers. The department is exactly as described and displayed. It was nice and clean and we made full use of the kitchen several times which worked out fine. The Whole Foods grocery is in close distance to the apartment which was nice for us, since we didn't want to spend too much time trying to find a place for breakfast every morning. Suggest that you do some research ahead of time, so you have a whitelist for places that serve the best coffee, lunches etc.. We did and it made a big difference since food, coffee and wine is important for our trips. Daniel will be more than happy to provide you with a list of places you can try. We found several good places to eat nearby, specially since pizza was one of our missions this time. And the good news is that many of the best pizza places in NY are (both in our and various blogs' opinions) located within a 3 miles radius from the apartment. My trip was together with my teenage daughter, so didn't have a chance to try many of the really cool bars and entertainment places that's close to the apartment, but have to say that you have plenty of options close to the apartment if you want either live music, cool and/or cozy bars. I did visit a couple of wine bars during happy hour on our way home to the apartment in the evening and it was just perfect. Make sure to do your research because there are a lot of options within 1.5 mile radius. A few other things that made a positive difference is that the Internet in the apartment is really good and stable. Since there's no television in the apartment we used my surface computer for various streaming services which worked out perfectly. The weather while we stayed moved everywhere from warm to cold, but both the heat and AC worked fine (had a minor problem with the heat in the beginning, but it was an isolated problem for the entire building and was quickly fixed) I would definitely stay at Daniels place on my next visit to NY, primarily because of the apartment and Daniel as a host.

Jun 27, 2019Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Daniel per 5 giorni alla fine di dicembre 2014. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. L'appartamento è esattamente come si vede nelle foto. Si trova al terzo piano (con ascensore) in una tranquilla zona residenziale al confine tra SoHo e ChinaTown, a pochi passi da due diverse stazioni della Metro . L'appartamento si trova in posizione ottimale per visitare le maggiori attrazioni di Manhattan. In zona ci sono diversi minimarket e il fornitissimo mercato coperto di Essex. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Daniel personalmente, tuttavia non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema, in quanto ci aveva fornito istruzioni precise con buon anticipo e anche durante il nostro soggiorno si è premurato più volte di contattarci x sincerarsi che tutto fosse a posto e non avessimo problemi. Thank you Daniel! we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back to NYC again!

The experience of booking with him is super easy whether you are a seasoned Airbnber or a first timer. He is also always ready with a suggestion for a great restaurant or bar or even a dry-cleaner/tailor in the neighborhood. This is the second time I have stayed with Daniel I will definitely be back! Jun 27, 2019L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description, nous étions 4 et c'était parfait. L'appartement est très bien équipé, bien décoré, le WIFI fonctionne très bien. Daniel connaissait notre horaire d'arrivée et a suivi par téléphone notre bonne entrée dans l'appartement, il nous a aussi communiqué des adresses de restaurant, bar et était à notre disposition pour nous aider si besoin. L'adresse est dans une petite rue au calme, nous avons très bien dormi. Les commerces et le métro sont proches.
Jun 27, 2019Daniel met me at the apt, quick handoff of the keys and I was all set. Excellent space, good for a larger group if you need the bed in the bedroom as well as the living room. Could use just a few more hand towels, maybe some basic shampoo, but the space and area are great. Will definitely stay here again.

Wir waren zu fünft und hatten genügend Platz (und auch Spiegel ;-) ) Daniel ist ein super Host und hat sich sehr engagiert, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns viele Vorschläge für Restaurants und Bars gegeben. Das Appartement war gepflegt und schön eingerichtet (wie auf den Fotos) Die Lage ist sehr gut - die nächste Subwaystation Delancy fährt zentral in den Norden Manhattens oder eben nach Brooklyn. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen! friendly host - clean apartment - as on pictures shown - five beds

Jun 27, 2019Daniel was extremely welcoming and responsive from the get-go. He even offered to help me store my luggage since I was coming in early prior to check-in time. His apartment was exactly as pictured and he made it a point to come meet me and provide me with easy guidelines/instructions for the apt, in addition to recommendations for local eateries, which I requested after he offered to help me find whatever interested me during my stay. The apartment was everything that I was looking for. I felt like it was really my place since it was so comfortable. The AC worked like a charm, the shower was great, and the apartment was in an amazing location to enjoy the Lower East Side or even if you had to hop on a train or jump in a car to leave Manhattan, it was an accessible journey. Jun 27, 2019You know that feeling when you know you have chosen right…. That's how I felt when I stayed at Daniels. Great location, great layout and all round greatness. The LES is where it's at. You really get a sense of New York with so many amazing places nearby. Daniel was beyond helpful and the place was very clean and you can tell that thought has gone into making your experience a great one. I wish all airbnb's were like this.
Jun 27, 2019This was a great apartment - clean, spacious, comfortable beds, good air con and a lift. The location was fine - just like any city - a mixture of extremes living side by side. I stayed with my daughter (15) and we felt quite comfortable walking around after dark. It was a few minutes walk to some great shops and around the corner on Houston or Delancey there are enough breakfast places to keep you going - although we favoured the Clinton St establishment - just get there early! And Morganstern's - if there was ever a reason to go get icecream at 10pm in the rain this is it - delicious and 5 mins away. Two subway lines also in easy reach so very convenient for Manhattan or Brooklyn and the sky train. Daniel was easy to communicate with and made lots of lovely recommendations. We felt well looked after and he even had emergency plans should anything go wrong while he was out of town. Nothing did - we had a great holiday which we will remember.

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est fonctionnel et en bon état. Aucune gêne par rapport au bruit. L'appartement est climatisé, c'est assez appréciable l'été, par contre la clim est assez bruyante. Nous étions 5 dans l'appartement, et nous avions suffisamment d'espace. Daniel vous donne les indications pratiques pour le transport ainsi que sur les lieux (bar, restos) autour de l'apart avec son avis. Très proche de l'apart, vous pouvez déposer vos bagages pour le dernier jour avant de reprendre l'avion (10$ par bagage)
Jun 27, 2019Daniel's appartment is a great accomodation for a family of five. It was clean and equipped with everything necessary. Grocery store, subway station, Chinatown and Little Italy are all very close. Daniel was very helpful and his answers to our emails were always quick and useful. The neighborhood is not quiet, with traffic noise from the nearby Delancey Street, but then you don't go to Manhattan to relax and enjoy the silence.

Jun 27, 2019We had the best time staying at Daniels flat in the Lower East Side of NYC. We arrived and the place was as described, check in was flexible, and Daniel had communicated everything to us ahead of time so we were able to just dive into our vacation. Daniel also gave us some great recommendations for the area. The flat was in the perfect location for walking to local spots or jumping on the subway to get to some of the touristy locations and escape back to a quiet more relaxed area.
Jun 27, 2019We were very pleased with the (Website hidden by Airbnb) was everything it was advertised to be....very neat and clean....great location for several ethnic neighborhoods (we were just in time for the San Gennaro Festival in Little Italy) but a bit distant for our daily theater excursions. Jun 27, 2019First off, Daniel is a great host. Wanted to know how we were enjoying our trip and eager to help in any way. Really made us feel welcome. The apartment is a good size with easy access. There is a rooftop view, but not really a place to hang out. The Lower East Side is great for most, gut still has that area in transition feel and probably always will. We love it, but it's not the upper west side, so be aware. I have no qualms recommending this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The apartment was very clean and neat and looks exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is fine and there are many places to dine and be entertained and shop within easy walking distance. It's a great part of New York. Daniel had many great recommendations about where to go and what to do and where to dine. His recommendations were excellent. He was very responsive to my texts and replied immediately. He made every effort to be the most gracious and caring host. I would book again.

Jun 27, 2019Wir haben uns in Daniels Apartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren groß und wir haben alle sehr gut darin geschlafen. Es war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Daniel hat uns persönlich begrüsst, uns alles gezeigt und sogar noch extra Kaffee für uns besorgt. Außerdem hat er uns noch tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir mit der Metro (5 Minuten Fußweg) schnell alle Ziele erreichen konnten, aber trotzdem relativ ruhig in der Seitenstraße gewohnt haben. Zwei Straßen weiter befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man Lebensmittel, Getränke und frische Brötchen besorgen kann. Das war für uns klasse, da wir "Zuhause" gefrühstückt haben. Ein "Subway" ist übrigens ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir können das Apartement und Daniel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden wieder bei ihm wohnen, wenn wir nochmal nach NY kommen.
Jun 27, 2019L'appartement de Daniel est un formidable point de départ pour visiter NYC. Situé au milieu de 4 stations de métro permettant d'aller absolument partout tres facilement. L'appartement est absolument conforme à la présentation. Il est très fonctionnel. Attention toutefois la proximité du carrefour avec Delancey street le rend très bruyant la nuit (boules Quies indispensables). Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer notre hôte durant ces 5 jours mais il s'est montré très disponible à distance.

He greeted us in person when we arrived at the apartment and touched base with us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly throughout our stay. Everything was as expected from the listing. Daniel went out of his way to make sure that we had what we needed, even going so far as to borrow a teakettle and a french press for us to use during our stay. You can't beat this listing for a comfortable and convenient stay in NYC.

Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür oder in unmittelbarer Nähe, genauso wie verschiedene Subway Stationen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, sie ist zu bestimmten Zeiten etwas laut....

Daniel war via Handy jederzeit erreichbar und war auch sehr entgegenkommend. Wir haben die Wohnung als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern genutzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

My parents and my brother were traveling with me, and the apartment provided a cosy space for us to continue chatting after a day of sightseeing, in a way that wouldn't be possible if we chose hotel accommodation. It was unexpectedly warm when we visited NYC, and Daniel's apartment was thankfully equipped with AC. The shower pressure was also strong and satisfying. I will stay with Daniel again if a large group of friends/relatives travel together, and highly recommend Daniel's place to anyone with similar traveling expectations.

Daniel was basically on call 24/7 via text/phone, and answered all our questions within a matter of minutes. Jun 27, 2019We started our 3 week long holiday in the US, with NYC. Daniels apartment seemed perfect for us (a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10). The apartment is well located - a short ride to downtown, and easily connected to mid/uptown by the subway. Within walking distance our tons of breakfast and dining options which we used to the hilt. Daniel is super helpful and always responsive. He is happy to answer any small query at any time of the day and made me feel absolutely at ease coming in from so far away. He made every effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I am an even bigger Airbnb fan now - there is no better way to explore a city like NY than to stay like a local.

Jun 27, 2019Location, Location, Location! The apartment is in a perfect location for walking anywhere. There are tons of great places for food, drinks, and getting to public transportation. It was also clean, spacious, and a perfect place to call home for our week long trip. During our stay it was very hot outside, and the AC units worked perfectly. Daniel was also super accommodating and his communication was more than excellent. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again on our next trip :) Thanks Daniel!

The apartment is on a quiet (quiet for NYC) street with shops and quality bars/restaurants all within easy walking distance. There are also 2 subway stations close by. The apartment itself is clean, light and comfortable. As a host, Daniel was spot on - the communication in particular was great. Daniel made sure we had lots of information with regards to checking in, gave us good recommendations on things in the area (e.g. El Rey for coffee and The Meatball Shop for a meal) and even suggested a safe place to store our bags during our last afternoon in NY. We would definitely recommend Daniel and his apartment to anyone wanting to get an authentic taste of the Big Apple.

Jun 27, 2019Apartment looks exactly as listed and was very clean. Daniel was very easy to get a hold of and helped with anything we needed--even giving some great recommendations of places to go. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I never paid attention to in the listing is that there is no television. It didn't affect us too much as we were out and about so much, but if you're the type of person who wants to relax at night and watch a show or turn on news in the morning, it may be something to consider.

Having an elevator made it easy to shuffle in and out, and the place is SUPER spacious - even more so than the pictures. Bed was extremely comfortable as well. The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated, and Daniel was super attentive to any request and was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking into renting it. So much space, it's clean, has a great shower, stocked kitchen, comfortable couches and an amazing location in a quiet LES area, just a real short walk to amazing bars and restaurants. Did I mention how much space!? Such great value for money considering the cost of any decent hotel in this part of NYC. Everything from the checkin to check out was easy, how it should be. I was here for business and it is a fantastic option, I'll be back Daniel!
Jun 27, 2019I can't event begin to describe this place! Awesome host, great location and really spacious and clean apartment. First of all I was lucky enough to meet Daniel in person! Even though we just met for a couple of minutes it was great to meet the person who lives here! He was extremely nice and helpful!!! During our stay he was always reachable and helped with any questions we had and provided us with great things that we could do in NYC. The check in and out were extremely easy. If possible Daniel makes sure that you can either check in earlier or check out later! The apartment itself was really clean, spacious and nicely decorated. For those who love to take long showers, the water pressure is great! :-) The apartment is in an awesome location in Lower East Side of Manhattan. There are plenty of great restaurants and (rooftop) bars within walking distance. Everything else can easily be reached with the nearby (5min) Metro or Uber. We felt really comfortable and would recommend Daniel's apartment anytime! Next time we're visiting NYC we will definitely stay at Daniel's again, if his calendar allows :-)

Jun 27, 2019Daniels Appartment hat genauso ausgesehen wie auf den Fotos. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gerade bei Nacht ist es auf der Dachterasse sehr schön und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Ubahn ist etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Daniel war super, er war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, er hat uns auch eine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für unsere Koffer am Tag der Abreise verschafft. Sollten wir jemals wieder nach New York kommen, würden wir sofort wieder in diesem Appartment wohnen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Jun 27, 2019Great Airbnb experience. Daniel was a wonderful host and kept in contact throughout the duration of our trip. The space fit the 5 of us perfectly. We booked on a weekend so a lot of places were packed, so we spent a good amount of time on the rooftop of the apartment which was an amazing bonus to an already great apartment. Great restaurants and night life within walking distance, we didn't take a cab/uber the entire night out! I would book this place again in a heartbeat, thanks Daniel!

Jun 27, 2019Daniel's home is quite near to China town in where we can find many great cantonese restaurants. The taste is even better than we could find in Shanghai. The apartment itself is exactly the same as Daniel describes, clean, comfort, close to two subway station. We did spend a wonderful week in this apartment exploring New York.

Daniel's spacious apartment was awesome for us, as a couple traveling from SF and in need of a space where we could comfortably work remotely. It was so wonderful having enough room to separate our sleeping space from our living/working space. It was well stocked with plenty of quality toilet paper, soap, hangers, soft towels, he even had an iron & travel steamer (so handy!). We found the beds and linens very comfortable, I've never experienced such little jet lag and the bed in the living room made a great makeshift desk! Located in a great area, you don't have to go more than a 1-3 blocks to find delicious food (for every meal), tasty cocktails, or another great neighborhood full of both. Daniel was communicative throughout our entire stay and gave some great local recommendations. I've only ever experienced this level of comfort while traveling when staying with close friends. Fingers crossed his place is available next time we're in Manhattan!!

Everything from the beginning of our experience with Daniel was so smooth - from the initial booking, to excellent advice on local features through to flexibility around checking in and out. Daniel was really quick to respond to any of our issues which made us feel like we were being taken care of well. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone we know who will be traveling to NYC - and I think we may have inspired some friends through our photos. The place was amazing, comfortable, clean, bright and perfectly located for a look at a different side than the typical touristy New York. If we lived in NYC, we would live in LES!

Daniel was very helpful about suggestions of places to go to, which we would I'm sure not have found ourselves e.g a great little tucked away speakeasy down the street & cafes for good coffee. All in all a great experience.

Jun 27, 2019Great location! So many interesting sights to be done on foot. Daniel gave us so many great tips and always responded promptly to our questions. Check in and checkbout are very easy going. Just what you want after a long day travelling. Would recommend staying there anytime.
Jun 27, 2019Looking to explore LES, SOHO and lower Manhattan then this is a great location as you can walk to most places. Want to go up town? No problem great connections with several metro stations close by. Daniel, was a great host, quick with responses and flexible. The apartment was as described and as you see in the pictures.

Jun 27, 2019Daniel is a great host. Everything was perfect and the apartment 100% like pictures and as described. Daniel was always fast to respond and had great tipps. The location is just perfect. The rooftop is a cool add on and I enjoyed the sunrise with my coffee. Best jetlag location ever ; )!!
Jun 27, 2019Very accurate to the pictures. The place is a good space for NYC and it is SUPER clean! Daniel is a great host with good communication. There is some street noise and there is good deal of light in the rooms at night. Not a huge problem, but if you are a light sleeper, couldn't hurt to bring some plugs or noise cancelling headphones.

Jun 27, 2019Daniel’s place is in a great location for local restaurants, bars and easy transport to elsewhere in the city. Even though it’s a lively area the apartment itself is quiet. Daniel was a really helpful and welcoming host and gave us great recommendations as it was our first visit. I’d highly recommend a stay!

Jun 27, 2019Excelente departamento, impecablemente limpio y bien ubicado, cerca de buenos y lindos lugares, con varias paradas del metro. A un paso de Williamsburg, lugar que no conocía y por el cual vale la pena pegar una vuelta. Daniel es un excelente anfitrión, dando rápida respuesta a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda volvería a alojarme allí.

Pero, además, está situado en la mejor zona de Lower East Side, es decir, al lado de todo (incluido el metro: varias líneas cerca), pero sin ruidos. Esto, en Nueva York, es básico. Para colmo, Daniel es un anfitrión perfecto. Siempre responde a los mensajes, y de forma muy amable. Volveremos, seguro.
Jun 27, 2019We were in NYC for a family wedding and really enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s apartment, which provided ample space to allow us comfortable downtime throughout the weekend. The apartment is also squeaky clean – a feature I very much appreciate in an Airbnb rental. Though we never met Daniel in person, he communicated with us quickly whenever we emailed him with questions, i.e. about parking, etc. He also provided a very useful guide to neighborhood restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Daniel was so accommodating and quick to respond. Comfy bed, soft linens, elevator and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again. We had a late flight and he even had recommendations of a place to store our luggage after check out before the flight.

The appartment is perfectly located, the neighborhood is calm with all the necessary nearby. 30 to 40 minutes walk from Brooklyn Bridge, Times Square etc. You can easily do everything on foot. We did not meet daniel, but everything was planned so that our trip will take place at best! A big thank-you, hoping to come back soon !
