- Smoking is not allowed in the whole flat, you need to go down to the street to smoke - We ask to be respectful to all the guests and the neighbours. Please don't make noise after 22.00, no music, no parties, no screaming in the apartment and in the building - Keep cleanness, wipe the floor in the bathroom or if smth was poured out, don't leave your underwear in the bathrooms, clean the hair from the sink and the shower if you loose it, wash the dishes and the kitchen after you use it. Please be clean ! - Do not open the door to anyone, everyone staying in the apartment has a key - Please inform us about the arrival time to the city, as we need to agree the check in time. Any delay or issue, please call us immediately, so that we can arrange for someone to wait for you or be there at the earliest convenience. (unfortunately we don’t have a 24 hour reception!) The check in time frame is from 14.00 to 22.00. For the late check in the following extra fees are charged: 5 euro (22.00

Jun 27, 2019Tomasz was very friendly and really went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Located in a secluded, quiet area, about a 10min walk to the beach, and there are two metro stations within a 5min walk, which makes the location perfect.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Tomasz's place for 4 nights. The apartment and the room are spacious. The bed at our was comfortable. The kitchen had all amenities. Toilet and showers were very clean. The location is perfect near metro station and not far from city center. Good places to eat and a supermarket are within short walking distance. In general Tomasz's place offering a very good value for it's price - definitely recommended!
Jun 27, 2019My fiancee and I wanted to check out Barcelona for a couple of days and staying at Tomasz's was the perfect place for us. We were very warmly greeted, and given a personal map with places circled that we might like to check out. It was my fiancee's birthday and they gave us a bottle of wine, which we thought was super sweet. As far as the location goes, it's perfect. You're close to the beach and the city center. We were able to walk everywhere!

Jun 27, 2019We loved the entire experience with booking this private room. Communication and check in was shift and easy. Great location to beach and easy walk to la sagrada familia. Metro very close as well. Would certainly stay here again!

Jul 27, 2019Location was within walking distance to beach, public transport. The accommodation was located within an old residential high rise building that can be noisy most of the times due to the internal open stair shaft. The set up is 4 rooms with a hostel feel rather than a traditional Airbnb as no one lives on the premises. I found the place the most expensive Airbnb I have stayed in for a Hostel Setup with prices similar to a 3 star Hotel. I would consider next time when in Barcelona in staying at a Hotel for the same price.

Despite all I found the room very dark and not bright as seems on the pictures (the stairs view is quite too much for a 75€ stay). The bathroom was unclean (hairs on the sink and shower) and the room as well (dust). Not acceptable for a similar price
Jun 27, 2019Tomasz's friend, Mike, was so nice at our arrival and he was willing to help us with everything. The room was clean and we have plenty access to the kitchen and the rest of the appartment. The only bad aspect of our stay was the noise, the room has a window to the stairs of the building so you can hear the neighbours anytime going in and out of their places. Anyway, we highly recommend it if you want to be quite close to the city center and to have nice place to stay.
Jun 27, 2019I can reccomend this room for short trip. Apartment is in great location, near city center. Tomasz's friend was really helpfull and told us what we can see in the city. The standard of the apartment is not so great adn window form the room is on the staircase, but for this price and in this localisation is really ok, Barcelona is really pretty and you'll spend more time outside the apartment :) I can reccomend this room.

Jun 27, 2019Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos : la salle de bain est salle, la chambre n'a qu'une petite fenêtre (dont le store s'ouvre mal) qui donne sur l'escalier intérieur (c'est donc bruyant). Surtout, ce n'est pas un Airbnb classique, mais plus un "hostel" car le propriétaire n'est pas présent dans les lieux et d'autres personnes louent 3 chambres dans cet appartement. Cela n'est pas assez clairement précisé. Enfin, prix trop élevé.
Jun 27, 20193 notti a Barcellona. La casa di Tomasz è in una buona posizione, 20-25 min a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia. Casa pulita e ottima comunicazione con l’host. Purtroppo a causa del ritardo del volo siamo arrivati in tarda serata e abbiamo dovuto pagare per il check-in fuori orario. Comunque bellissima esperienza, consigliato.

Jun 27, 2019First of all: Tomasz and Mike were very kind and helpful while my stay at another location has gone terribly wrong. Contacting them is very easy, almost instant response with all the information needed provided. They tell you how to exactly find the apartment and reach it by Metro and try to help you with every question. They were available during the stay if you have further questions concerning the apartment or the city. The apartment itself is very neat and comfy. The kitchen provides everything you might need. The room is perfect for a stay for a few days. The apartment is located in a more calmer surrounding. To the Metro station it is just a 3-minute-walk. Only one station to the clubs, restaurants and nightlife at the beach - 11 minutes to sagrada familia. I am very happy about finding this location.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay. The check-in was very good. The location is perfect and the room is very comfortable. The kitchen has the basics. Make sure you read carefully the house rules before reserving so you are not caught off guard by the city tax that is charged in cash upon arrival. It was a positive experience.
Jun 27, 2019È una sistemazione semplice, simile ad uno ostello ma in una casa/appartamento. Pullito e con una buona organizzazione da parte degli host. A sfavore i "rumori" tra una stanza e un'altra, si sentono i diversi ospiti e purtroppo non è sempre detto che il proprio vicino di stanza sia silenzioso e rispettoso. Comunque comodo per i collegamenti, se si cerca qualcosa senza troppe pretese in quella zona va bene ma non aspettatevi un ostello di lusso!

Jun 27, 2019They welcomed us very nicely when we arrived. Everything was set and ready. The apartment is nice, but has 4 bedrooms, so it might be crowded. Some bedrooms had windows outside, but other ones had windows to the inside of the house hallway. The location is good, a short walk away from the ciutadella park and arc de triumph. In general it was a very good experience as everything went very smoothly. :)
