Neighborhood Overview
Napili is on the northern coast of West Maui, approximately 10 miles north of Lahaina Town. Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay are world class beaches in the area. Kaanapali Beach is 10 minutes to the south and Honolua Bay, which is a world class surf spot and Marine Preserve, is 10 minutes away as well to the north. Napili market is a quick drive or nice walk away and has some great restaurants and a coffee shop in the market area. The world famous Gazebo is nearby as well as the Sea House and Merriman's Restaurant.

Guests must observe the house rules for the condo complex which include noise limitations and parking regulations. This is a NON SMOKING unit and pets are not allowed. Must follow check in/check out policy or assessment may occur Parking pass and keys must be returned or a fee will be charged. Please don't wash sand down tub. Transit
Maui does have a public bus, including service to Napili (the bus stop is one block away from the condo complex). There is an assigned parking stall for the condo. This condo is walking distance to Napili Bay and Kapalua. Napili Plaza is a short walk away it has a market, pharmacy, quaint shops and restaurants.
Access
Guests have access to all amenities at the complex including the community pool and BBQ grill and laundry facilities. Laundry building on premises. Laundry machines take quarters. No change or soap in laundry room. One assigned parking space. Easy walk to Napili Bay, Napili Market and the Kapalua Coastal trail. Plenty of places for beach activities, exploring, hiking or rest and relaxation nearby. Please NO SMOKING

This is a residential complex so if you would like a quiet place this is for you. - Quiet Hours 9pm-9am. - Guests must observe the house rules for Napili Ridge which include noise limitations and parking regulations. This is a non smoking unit and pets are not allowed. - Please remove shoes inside the home. Unit is on 2nd floor, may not be suitable for small children. It is quiet and on the second floor small children need to be carefully supervised on the lanai.

Everything was great! Location, equipment and surroundings were really good. I would recommend you to rent a car, but there is a bus stop really close. About 1 mile from apartment there is a nice shopping center Napili Plaza. Also it is really quit place so it is better for couples or business trip rather than for families.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay. The apartment is as advertised - clean, spacious, quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Donell answered all our questions, check-in/check-out was a breeze. The beach is a short walk away and very nice.
Jun 27, 2019To all looking at staying in Maui, this place is fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach with snorkelling, two restaurants, and sea turtles. By the beach there is also a rental place where you can do a week rental of all snorkelling equipment for $20 which I recommend. The place is very clean, has a bunch of amenities, and also has some beach accessories. We came as a couple but we able to make a couple breakfast meals and just relax instead of always having to go to a restaurant. It is about 45 minutes from the airport but is only 20 minutes from the main town of Lahaina (which is great to walk around, shop, and eat) and 10 minutes from kanapali which has a lot of great restaurants and shopping. If I were to come back to Maui I would stay in this same area! Donell has been fantastic, accommodating, and very open to offering advice and tips. We thank her very much for her help! Mahalo!

Jun 27, 2019Great place to stay in upmarket Napili. Amazing sunsets and restaurants and beaches very nearby (all a walk away). We basically chose to stay close by for our 3 day trip, enjoying Merrimans, Honolua bay and Lahaina. Donnell's served as the perfect base!

Jun 27, 2019Imagine everything you could need from an Airbnb apartment. You got it. And more. The apartment is BEAUTIFULL, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. You are 5 minutes waling from a beach, and 15 minutes drive from the best beach on the Island. The place is very clean, you have a lot of beach accesories like a body board and more. Donell is very very very kind and sweet. She will respond every message within 5 minutes. Check in was super fast and easy. I definitley recomend you to stay here.

Jun 27, 2019Great Airbnb, Maria's place has everything you need and more. It's breeze cooled and it's great to sleep with no a/c and feel the breeze blow through at night. The location is awesome, Napili Bay is a really nice beach and Sea House restaurant is perfect for a drink at the bar looking at the sunset. Kapalua is a couple minutes further along and is even better, spend a day there you won't regret it. Great value for money and perfect place to stay in West Maui!

Jun 27, 2019Great spot, apartment is fully kitted out with all the gear your need for a great stay in Hawaii. You can wake up in the morning and jump in the local Cove and swim with the turtles and grab hot cinnamon buns and coffee by the beach! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! Jun 27, 2019My situation is somewhat different in that I own and reside full-time in a condo at the same property, and I work for a vacation rental/property management co. that's been here 30+ years (long before Airbnb). My husband and I stayed 3 nights when our own condo was undergoing some maintenance. I have to say that renting from Maria was an absolute pleasure. Her condo is clean and fresh and perfect for anyone who really wants to experience authentic Maui living. Maria's home is located in a very private and tranquil area of the property. I'm grateful the time we rented fell on my days off from work because I got to enjoy reading on the lanai, grilling dinner and night swimming in the evening at the common area pool (hubby and I do this anyway, but this felt like an actual getaway!). Also, the breezes everyone talks about? They're amazing. It's a special place. I highly recommended.
Jun 27, 2019Napili is a wonderful place to stay. Napili Bay is beautiful and great for snorkeling, lots of turtles. You can walk to The Gazebo restaurant from the place. It rains a bit more up north and it's a more local vibe. I'm from the west side of Maui and really love Napili. Kapalua has excellent restaurants and is very close by. The condo had a couple little things that made it seem very "lived in" like a dirty bar of soap in the shower. The towels smelled a little musty. You must be VERY quiet as it was only two of us there, going to bed by 9:30 PM and still got a note on our car. It read "we can hear you walking heel tow down the stairs". Basically tiptoe around because the walls are very thin. Overall affordable spot, good communication and Napili is great.

Jun 27, 2019Very good location, we walked to a beautiful Napili beach every day, did not need to drive and park. It was very quiet place and the neighbors were very friendly. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for a simple cooking during our stay. The place had very good internet connection. The breeze was wonderful and we did not feel we needed air-conditioning.

Laundry is located in communal space, not in the unit. Relaxing and quiet location. Maria was very prompt in communication, great experience overall.

A beach and store was a short walk away and I think in the best location of Maui. We loved your french press and that laundry was close by as well as small secret beaches. Jun 27, 2019Maria's place had everything we needed. The sheets are very soft, loved them. Adjacent building had a security light that made the bedroom light all night. Bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive. A bit longer walk to the beach than I expected. But you can still walk to the beach!

Jun 27, 2019Maria's place is great. I would suggest printing out the check-in instructions, as the Airbnb app isn't necessarily reliable on location. The condo is tranquil and I had the pool mostly to myself. The Napili plaza has lots of options for groceries, coffee or eating out. Definitely try the Gazeebo for breakfast or lunch. Worth the wait! The beaches are gorgeous and the marine trail is just a bit up the road. The condo has lots of handy kitchen necessities, and the wifi was handy. Definitely hope to go back - Mahalo!
Jun 27, 2019This is a great place to stay! Napili beach, one if the nicest beaches in Maui, is within walking distance as is the fantastic restaurants! The place was very clean, comfortable, and Maria was extremely easy to get ahold of when I had a question. The complex is very quiet.

Jun 27, 2019Maria and her Napili apartment were perfect for our trip to Maui. Secluded, quiet, homey and walking distance to gorgeous Napili Beach (and short drive to Ka’anapali to the south). Walking distance to the great Gazebo restaurant, which everyone should indeed try if staying here. Some of the great positives about this apartment are: - Great WiFi - peaceful, secluded and close drive to everything - spacious kitchen and fridge for those looking to cook in Only two things to be privy of: 1) While we enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the community is, the HOA does monitor neighborly noise. Leaving and returning to the apartment at early / late hours (as one is apt to do on vacation), can be met with skepticism and watchful eyes of the neighbors below and to the side. Not a problem for us since we enjoyed the quiet, but definitely not the apartment for parties or those looking to pregame. 2). Mattress was quite firm. Again, our backs enjoyed it, but for those not interested in sleeping on firm surfaces, be mindful. Overall, we loved the apartment and would stay again if staying on west side Maui! Mahalo Maria.
Jun 27, 2019Maria's location was great. She was very honest in her description. While there was no AC, leaving the windows open and having the fans running kept everything cool. I actually needed to use the blanket at night in July. The neighbors were friendly and were very helpful when I was confused where Maria's location actually was. The walk to a nice beach is only several minutes away. The actual location was really nice. The stove and kitchen were normal sized with enough pots and pans to prepare food for the week. The large TV had a bluray player that allowed us to log into our Netflix and Hulu accounts. There were also a lot of beach toys at the location. Maria was super helpful. I would get a response less than 5 minutes after asking. She was able to answer any questions I had, and I had many. Of all the airBnBs I have stayed at, this was the nicest looking one of them all.

Jul 27, 2019Such a beautiful and well equiped condo - Comfy and with a GREAT VIEW. Near the beach with great snorkeling, and we saw lots of sea turtles free for the viewing. The laundry room and free parking were a nice touch. Maria was close via phone if needed. We will definitely be back! (Thanks Maria!!)

We liked using the beach mats and boogie boards especially, and Maria has beach chairs and sand toys as well. You’re within walking distance of Napili Bay which is a cute beach worth checking out, and also a quick drive to many other nice beaches and to restaurants. We liked the nearby Cane and Canoe for cocktails. The lush garden view from the living room and lanai also was a nice touch. And it’s a very quiet complex. We would stay here again.
