Bright, spacious studio with a cute balcony on the 4th Floor (no elevator) You can basically make yourself at home :) As you basically have the private access to the whole premises, the host won't be around. But his little assistant will take care of everything online and off. No worries. Sheung Wan is a place of happening, food, history, culture and arts. Near SoHo and with extremely convenient transportation. MTR (the metro system), Bus stops, Tram stops are all minutes away.

    This is a fantastic place with a great location. I loved the Netflix, large screen TV and comfortable bed. The host was so gracious and accommodating. The wifi is fine but not great, so I couldn't make VOIP calls although I could email and text readily.

    A nicely finished flat in a good convenient and quiet location. Only draw back being it's a fourth floor walk up, so a bit of a struggle with a suitcase, but worth it in the end!

    The apartment is in an interesting neighborhood, close to many restaurants and a short walk to the MTR. It is cozy and has everything I needed during my stay. Jerry was courteous and responsive. There was an emergency right before my arrival, and he went of out his way to get things fixed. Thanks, Jerry!

    The flat was perfectly situated. You are in the heart of Hong-Kong! It is ideally conceived for two people (not more though) and has all the confort a home should have. We stayed for 10 days and were getting so used to it we were very sad to leave it. The host was perfect before, during and after our stay providing us with all the good tips and recommendations we would need. Thank you for everything !

    Location of Jerry's apartment is impeccable. I also really like the whole apartment, which is cozy, lovely and well decorated. Jerry was also being very helpful on everything. I will definitely choose Jerry's place for my next visit in HK!

    Stayed here for 2 months as I was in between homes and really enjoyed my stay there. Jerry is a great host and was really responsive and helpful during my stay. The place is conveniently located between central and sheung wan so a lot a lot of bars, restaurants and sights are in walking distance (including Itchi which is one of my favorite bars in hk). Please bear in mind that it's a walk up (4 floors) and a bit uphill. This wasn't an issue for me as it wasn't summer. The apartment has all the conveniences you need like a TV, wifi and a coffee maker. Internet is fast enough for streaming but you can't use multiple devices at once. Would recommend for a stay at this place for single person or couple.

    Jerry is a nice host with quick response for any inquiries. The flat is located strategically in Central area, which is only 10 minutes away on foot from Sheung Wan MTR station. It also close to Lan Kwai Fong/Soho area. The only downside is no elevator in the building. Thanx for hosting us Jerry! :)

    Great place in a wonderful part of town. The apartment has got pretty much everything you need and Jerry is a great host. Ideal size for single person or couple who want the ability to use a washing machine and do a bit of cooking (eg longer stay). The place is in a part of HK full of character with bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Although on Hollywood Road it was quiet and yet with taxis plentiful outside. Small downside if you are visiting in the summer is the 4 floors with no lift but in the winter it was nice to have the exercise. Overall I would stay here again.

    Jerry’s apartment was fantastic! Great location with lots of good restaurants and bars close by but still quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the MTR, so super convenient. Loved the Netflix and the cosy feel of the space. Jerry was also a pleasure to communicate with. Fast and efficient and with great recommendations. Would recommend this place and hope to stay here again for sure!

    Home away from home! Beautiful home with everything that you need or would need. Great location in a hip district with great shops, bars and restaurants. Walkable distance to public transit and nightlife. Nothing bad to say. Jerry was helpful and informative. Highly recommend!

    Jerry’s place is located in a convenient location not far from Sheung Wan MTR station. It’s a stylishly decorated space with everything you need for a short stay. Jerry was extremely quick to respond to any questions and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending.

    When I checked in at the Airbnb, I felt like I was staying over at a good friend's place because James was such a warm, kind, considerate, and helpful host. He instantly made me feel at home and I can't speak highly enough about how amazing of a host he was. James was always responsive through text and he was always attentive to what I needed or what I was looking for. He truly made the entire Airbnb experience a worthwhile and pleasant one. On top of his hospitality, James's place is the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in in Hong Kong. The place was beautifully lit, spotless clean, and everything was neatly placed, all of it looked new and fresh - it was perfect. I highly recommend James's place to anyone looking for a comfortable time in the heart of Hong Kong.

    I had a really great time staying at James's place. The design and layout is compact but has everything I could possibly need. The little balcony adds a nice touch to relax in the evening. The location of the apartment couldn't get any better. It's right on Hollywood Road and has easy acccess to restaurants, bars and public transport. Last but not least, James is an awesome host; always responsive and provides good tips about Hong Kong. I would definitely book with James again if I was ever in Hong Kong.
