This flat is located in Kalamis/ Fenerbahce, Kadikoy. Perfect, quiet, convenient and safe neighborhood. It is about a 20 minute walk, 5 minute ride to the main transportation hub in Kadikoy. Walk out the front door and cross the street. There you will find, the sea, marina, and Kalamis Park. There are local markets and plenty of restaurants less than 2 mins away. Dolmus's (shared taxi) drop you off on the street of the flat. So getting home is no problem, at anytime during your stay.

The flat is modern, spacious, yet cozy and quiet. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size Tempur-Pedic bed with a large wardrobe. The second room has a comfortable, single bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is a nice size with a shower, small tub and washer. We will provide soap, towels and a hair dryer. The kitchen has all of your common necessities: plates, glassware, cooking ware, a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, etc. The living room is very spacious with a balcony attached. Inside the living room there is a dinning table, couch (suitable to sleep on), and a 47" LCD flat screen TV with cable and internet.

We are located next to the sea and marina so life here is relaxed. Visit Kalamis Park, Fenerbahce Park and Ozgurluk Park for some relaxation outside of the city. You can also walk to Bagdat Avenue for some upscale shopping. If you don't need an escape from the city, no problem. You are located very central.

We will provide a detailed list of restaurants, shops and transportation for you. It will be on the coffee table, in the living room. There you will find maps, directions on how to get to all of the main tourist locations as well as some local favorites.
