PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING :) The room itself is furnished with a queen bed (which fills a large portion of the room) Bedroom has A/C unit for you to use and a window that mainly stays closed. Bedroom HAS NO DOOR ( recently a curtain was installed, please see pictures), no closet and its right next to the living room where I spend/stay/sleep (when in the apartment) most of the time since I work from home. The apartment's layout is railroad meaning that if you go to the bathroom/kitchen from your room you have to go throughout the living room (my space where I sleep in a couch, please see pictures). The room is comfortable for someone who wants throw their feet up and relax after a day of exploring the city and does not need a big room. I provide clean linens, towels and soap.

- NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE PLEASE :) The house is a strictly non-smoking and alcohol/drug-free environment. ONE PERSON OCCUPANCY. No unauthorized overnight guests. Guests are expected to clean after themselves when using shared rooms. No pets. THis is my home:) I live here. Therefore the rules of the house are the basic rules of any family house, respect, common sense and mutual trust :) - Please be careful about other peoples rest once you've entered the building - this is an old building with NO SOUND ISOLATION, if you talk loud in the hallway, inside their homes, people will hear you as if you were in their living room :)

Ana was a great host, communicated very quickly and helped me with any information I needed. The place was ideal in a good location, very close to the subway in a nice neighbourhood. Would recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Ana is a fantastic host and her apartment is great. Clean and quiet the bedroom is located towards the back of the building so you can sleep peacefully without any road noise. There's great bars and restaurants with in walking distance and easy access to the subway as well. Ana is accommodating and considerate, I would recommend her place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Jun 27, 2019This place was crowded with little privacy unless the host disappeared. The bedroom was sparse and lacking any place for your stuff. Regulating the light and temperature was too difficult or impossible. There was no comfortable place to sit---anywhere. The host was a lovely, young woman.

Jun 27, 2019Ana is very clean, friendly and attentive. The place is near by Subway 1, citibike dock and within walking distance to Central Park and museum of nature science and MET. She also provided breakfast when I was home and allowed me leave luggage there after checkout time which is huge help. There is curtain instead of door for the bedroom but it doesn't bother me.

Jun 27, 2019Ana has been a nice host, she helped me out with my baggage at arrival and departure. As described, Ana is staying in the apartment, sleeping on a couch in a room you have to cross to go from the guest bedroom to the bathroom or the kitchen. If this makes you uncomfortable, just look for another room. Otherwise, you're warned! Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice stay.
