Jun 27, 2019José María responde enseguida. La habitación es súper grande y cómoda y tiene una tele grande. Da a la calle así que tiene una linda vista al edificio de enfrente. Está a una cuadra del metro urgell y a 50 metros de la parada del bus a1 y a2 que van al aeropuerto. Además, uno de los amigos de José que vive en en el departamento (que en realidad no están casi nunca en casa y ni se les escucha), tiene un restaurante cerca Chaitea, en plaza universidad, que está genial y vale la pena visitar. Se puede usar La Cocina que está muy bien equipada con todo. A José le gusta que los huéspedes se sientan incluso mejor que en casa. Lo recomiendo 100%
Jun 27, 2019We only stayed one night but Jose Maria was very accommodating even though we got into Barcelona late. He was very friendly and welcoming. The flat has been newly renovated and very spacious and comfortable. There is a Wii U with Netflix and a very big comfortable bed. The location was ideal and easy to get to from the aeroport shuttle. Overall a great experience and we wished we had stayed there for longer. Recommend +++
Jun 27, 2019The room is super spacious, private, clean and has a large, comfortable bed. Location is awesome, walkable from cafes, restaurants and bars. Very friendly people in the apartment. Would definitely recommend.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Jose Maria home for 2 days. Our room was clean, cozy and well equipped. I really enjoyed king size bed and we had no problems during our stay. The apartment has a good location. At the same street there is a small healthy food restaurant «Itacate» that I can recommend for breakfast or fresh juice/smoothie.
Jun 27, 2019Lori and I enjoyed our 5 night stay in Barcelona at Jose's Apartment. He joyfully met us upon arrival and assisted my wife with her luggage. The place had an small elevator that took us to the 3rd floor. The apartment was very clean and we shared it with 2 roommates who were very welcoming and friendly. Jose offered us one shelf in his refrigerator which we appreciated. The location of his apartment was outstanding. Close to large grocery store, subway, restaurants and 1 block from direct bus to international airport. We used the subway several times but due to prime central location managed to walk to La Font Magic at night one evening, Parc de Montjuic, Museu Nacional D'Art De Catalina, Olympic Stadium and more. We stayed during a heat wave in Barcelona and Jose had a large fan in his room for our comfort and mentioned he was planning to have AC installed in apartment in near future. We were very happy that Jose opened his home to us travelling Canadians
Jun 27, 2019The place was excellent, clean, well located, and the room comfortable. Jose helped us out at checkin, and provided some guides for the city. The bathroom is shared with others in the apartment and can be a bit busy, but far from a deal breaker on this great place. Thanks Jose.
Jun 27, 2019We had a very nice stay. We only met Jose for a brief second as he was going away for a few days but he was really nice. Be aware that he has a roommate and we noticed they had friends that were staying there as well. There is no lock on the door so I strongly advise that you do not leave any valuable items in the room.

Jun 27, 2019Good location. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Bedroom spacious, comfortable, but no frills. Need to share bathroom with others. Barcelona a magical fabulous city, so worth it! Friendly hosts.

Jun 27, 2019Great location in the center of Barcelona. Easy access to the metro, only a couple of blocks away from Urgell station. Bedroom is large but the bed is on the floor and the only light is a small lamp at the far end of the room. The overhead light doesn’t exist, only bare wires hanging from the ceiling. Host seemed nice enough but not very welcoming. He never asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. He had a friend over with a dog that was cute and they sat in the kitchen all night talking quite loudly as we did t feel welcome to join them or use the kitchen so we went out for dinner. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s and this one was disappointing.
