The apartment is in a safe, family oriented neighborhood that is very safe. There is parking on the street (no vignette required). The apartment building is right across a beautiful park with lots of trees, a playground, space to run, play soccer and basketball, etc. There is a grocery store, bank, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, fruit market and lots of small ethnic restaurants and shops just a few steps away. There is a gym and a pool 2 minutes away as well.

- Only 11$ for a 2nd person (for couples) per night - Due to my work schedule, check in available anytime until 12pm (noon) or after 5:00pm and weekends anytime. I can be flexible either way, please communicate your time of arrival in advance to make sure I can open for you :)

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to metro station "Cote-Sainte-Catherine" and a 7 minute walk to metro station "Plamondon". It takes between 20-25 minutes to get downtown by metro! For those of you who prefer the bus, there is a bus stop right across that takes you right downtown as well. Also, we are 2 mins away from highway 15 and boulevard Decarie, it takes 15 to 25 mins (depending on the time of the day) to get to Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and/or downtown.
