A gorgeous townhouse, with old world charm and modern features. The location is great, really central with yummy cafes within walking distance. Parking was easy too. The furnishings were all lovely and the kitchen is a great size and well equipped. The bedroom was cosy with a sunroom at the front which was great to relax in, have a chat or read a book with a glass of wine. We'd definitely look to stay again next time we're visiting Sydney.
Jun 27, 2019Patrick & Christine's place was amazing. Spacious rooms (the photos make it look smaller instead of bigger!), the area is quiet and peaceful. The sunroom is PERFECT for sitting around with a cup of tea and a book. Communication was clear and friendly, buses right outside and a short walk to a train station, a quick drive/uber/taxi/bus to nightlife in Newtown, it's got everything you'd need. Couldn't recommend it enough. Thanks again Christine and Pat!
Jun 27, 2019Patrick and Christine's place was lovely, and beautifully renovated with very modern touches. The unit was actually much bigger and spacious compared to the photos. It was well equipped with comfortable and cosy furniture in particular the lounge and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the linen from the towels, to the bedding, extra blankets etc were of high quality. The little court yard was a great little outside area where you could bask in the sun, great for my 3 yr old boy! Check in was easy and the communication between the owners and myself were always prompt and friendly. Thank you for our stay :-)

Jun 27, 2019We were very happy with our stay at the cottage. It is in a great location for public transport including buses, light rail & rail. The local shops at Dulwich Hill have all your grocery needs with lots of great cafes & bars to choose from. The internet was great & Netflix was a nice bonus. Patrick & Christine responded immediately to nay issues or queries we had. The appliances were modern & worked well. Bedding was of a high quality & the bed very comfortable. Everything was as listed on the amenities site. The pantry items & consumables supplied were a lovely bonus. The only downside was that the 2 radiators were inadequate for the area to be heated. We would recommend this cottage.
Jun 27, 2019This is a very good stay with plenty of space. We would have liked curtains in the bedroom rather than just frosted glass as it was very bright at night. The radiators worked well keeping us warm (it was slightly less cold than it had been). It was absolutely spotless, and the hosts were super efficient in their communication.
Jun 27, 2019Stayed 2 nights in July 2017. This lovely 1 bedder is handy to everything and was extremely neat, clean and presented beautifully. Bedding, linen etc were beautiful and everything you could possible need in the kitchen. Will definitely book again next time I'm in Sydney. The hosts were great communicators and obtaining access to the accommodation was no trouble. Parking in side street only a few meters away.

Jun 27, 2019Although based on a main road we were able to find parking easily and the traffic noise was not too distracting. We were able to create a cosy space with the heaters and fantastic bedding and appreciated the local menus left - highly recommend Zeus for souvlaki! The wooden floors next door meant the noise carried through however this wouldn't stop me staying here again. Fantastic check in process and such lovely, warm attentive hosts.

My 5pm arrival was slightly challenging in terms of traffic and getting to the correct side of the road, then finding parking in an adjacent street (if you are not used to Sydney traffic this can be a bit stressful). Comfy bed and a spacious and modern unit.

Jun 27, 2019Superbe petite maison qui permet d'accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (1 chambre avec lit double et canapé/lit double dans le salon) Quartier très calme et agréable. 10 min à pied de la station de train Dulwich Hill et du Light Train (tram) permettant d'accéder rapidement à l'aéroport et au centre. Lignes de bus proche. Nous avons adoré notre petit séjour et nous reviendrons lors de notre prochaine visite à Sydney.

Jun 27, 2019This was the perfect location for me. The house was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the sunny nook as the weather was quite cool. The house had everything I needed, even a washing machine, although I didn't get a chance to use it. I would definitely stay again for the location and value for money.

Jun 27, 2019We had a very comfortable stay at Patrick and Christine’s place. The location is great, close to bus and tram public transport, along with a good selection of GoGet vehicles. There are some great shops, pubs and places to eat nearby, with every cuisine catered for. The house itself is well appointed, modern and clean with everything you expect and need for a comfortable stay. Patrick and Christine responded quickly to all communication and the 12pm checkout was fantastic. 10am is such a hideously early checkout time. I’d definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019This place was great. Much more spacious than I expected for a one bedroom unit (long hallway, big kitchen, lounge room and bedroom). The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived, especially the bathroom, which is always so important (hate when the bathroom is dirty!) Patrick and Christine were so accommodating when we had a last minute change of plans and asked if we could check in early to get ready for an event that afternoon. I will definitely stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Gorgeous new kitchen and bathroom, lovely bedroom. The second bed, a sofa bed in the lounge, is really only useful for a child and takes up the only living space. This house ideal for a couple, not so great for two adults who were not sharing a bed. Great public transport options nearby. Christine very responsive on checkin and purchased a fan for us as it was quite hot in the house. No screens on any windows or doors mean you have to lock up everything at night. Shared wall with neighbours quite thin and wooden floors throughout are lovely but noisy from next door, especially when heels are being worn there! Thank you Christine and Patrick.

Patrick and Christine were prompt to communicate and helpful. The location suited us perfectly, being close to public transport and restaurants (and a stones throw from where our daughter lives!!) We will be recommending this property to our friends and family.

Jun 27, 2019This AirBnB is well located in Dulich Hill . We enjoyed being able to walk to the Marrickville shops ,train stops and local restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean and contained a well appointed kitchen and laundry. It has a cute backyard that captured the afternoon winter sun no was completely private. There is also a cute small sunroom off the main bedroom that captures the afternoon sun also.

Jun 27, 2019Had a great stay at Christine and Patrick's when visiting family that lives nearby. Plenty of room for the two of us. My son was lucky enough to score the main room while I was fine on the sofa bed. Easy check in. Secure place, very clean and had everything you need to stay. So grateful for the shampoo in the bathroom as mine had exploded in my suitcase during my flight. These little touches make a difference! Most appreciated the check out time of 12pm!
