The check-in will be made at our reception: Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 558. Barcelona’s tourist tax is €2,48 per person and night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included in the price. Anyone under the age of 17 is exempt. Basic cleaning service every 4 days. Includes: Sweeping of all floor surfaces, cleaning the toilet, shower and sink, and removing the rubbish. Does not include: A change of sheets or towels. If you need a more thorough clean you can hire our cleaning service by contacting our Customer Service.

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment right in the middle of the city on the main square. The Aerobus drops off right in front of the apartment. Perfect location for a visit to Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed our stay. This apartment was exactly as advertised. It was in a prime location for shopping and tourism located just steps from the main plaza. The bus tour stopped right outside the door and Las Ramblas was only a block away.

Jun 27, 2019Location. Location. Location. Great host and staff to work with. Very nice apartment - walk to everything. Public transportation so available. Great view of the Plaza. Restaurants, shops, more. Would have stayed so much longer if we could. We would go back in a minute.
Jun 27, 2019Location is Great, apartament is very good, but needs some manteinance, simple things, lote cofre machine not Working, showers wet all the floor. Water runs out from Bath tube.
Jun 27, 2019The place as in a great location, immaculately clean, beautiful inside with a lot of space. It's looks right onto the square, lots happening outside yet no noise inside. I would highly recommend staying there as it's central to everything and steps away from taxi and main bus stands. Our host was quick to respond and helpful.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt mit Blick auf den Placa de Catalunya sehr gut. Eigentlich perfekt. Leider hat der in der Wohnung zu hörende Lärm den Aufenthalt teilweise zur Qual gemacht, so dass ich diesen vorzeitig abbrechen musste (s. unten). Die noch einige Zeit existierende Großbaustelle im Nebenhaus wurde in der Beschreibung leider verschwiegen. Ab 7:30 Uhr morgens sind Bohren und Hämmern oft durchgehend bis abends in teils unerträglicher Lautstärke zu hören. Aber auch ohne diese Baustelle sind Vibrationen und Rumpeln der Metrolinien bis 1 Uhr nachts und ab ca. 5 Uhr morgens zu hören. Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf sicher eine Herausforderung. Der Gastgeber AB Apartments (Eva & Jacques) ist ein gewerblicher Apartmentverwalter von fast 200 Apartments und kennt daher zwangsläufig nicht die tatsächliche Situation jedes einzelnen Apartments. Bereits die Frage, ob das Schlafzimmer zur Straße heraus liegt, konnte nicht beantwortet werden. Nachteilig ist ebenfalls, dass man die Schlüssel zur Unterkunft nur im Büro von AB Apartments abholen kann und nicht direkt am Apartment. AB Apartments konnte mir immerhin eine deutlich günstigere Ausweichunterkunft anbieten, verweigerte aber die Erstattung der Differenz. Nur durch die Mediationsstelle von Airbnb konnte eine Erstattung erreicht werden. Damit überwiegen die negativen Erfahrungen mit Eva & Jacques leider die positiven. ENGLISH The apartment is very well furnished and has a good view to the Placa de Catalunya. Nearly perfect. Unfortunately, the noise to be heard in the apartment made the stay partly a torture, so that I had to cancel the stay prematurely (see below). The construction site in the adjoining house was unfortunately not mentioned in the description. From 7:30 in the morning, drilling and hammering can often be heard continuously until evening, sometimes at unbearable volume. But even without this construction site, vibrations and rumbling of the metro lines can be heard until 1 o'clock at night and from about 5 o'clock in the morning. A challenge for people with a light night's sleep. The host AB Apartments (Eva & Jacques) is a commercial apartment manager of almost 200 apartments and therefore inevitably does not know the actual situation of each individual apartments. Already the question whether the bedroom is facing the street could not be answered. Another disadvantage is that the keys to the accommodation can only be picked up in the office of AB Apartments and not directly at the apartment. After all, AB Apartments could offer me a notably cheaper alternative accommodation to the noisy apartment, but refused to refund the difference. Only through the mediation center of Airbnb a refund could be achieved. Thus the negative experiences with Eva & Jacques unfortunately outweigh the positive ones.
Jun 27, 2019We had great communication from the host & the check in (located at an office near by) was really efficient ! The location is fab - right on plaça catalunya close to metro, taxi’s and buses. Unfortunately due to building work next door or above at 7:45 everyday bar Sunday we were woken by drilling and hammering all day with no respite (I accept this is external) but the building work looks on going & the metro line underneath rumbles so the building vibrates every few mins . The air con was a much needed asset & worked great ! A few issues which previous people have mentioned - the shower in the second bathroom leaks badly and floods the floor which makes it really dangerous & slippery. Some items have been damaged / chipped and probably need throwing out or replacing. Few light bulbs didn’t work & could do with checking / replacing.
Jun 27, 2019The place was very good.Location excelent .Apartment looks bigger in the fotos but it was enough space for 6 people.Beds in small room and living room were not really comfortable so who cares about good sleep need to sleep in main bedroom .

Jun 27, 2019O apartamento é grande, bem decorado, limpo e com todas as comodidades funcionando. A localização é perfeita. Perto de mercados, metrô e trem. O check in e check out são fáceis. Passamos varios días hospedados. Há uma obra perto, como há varias na cidade, mas a vedação da acústica do apartamento é boa e não nos atrapalhou em nada.
