Our home appears from the street as a pristine 1910 federation cottage, and opens out to a recently renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home. Each room is a delight, from luxurious bedrooms and ultra modern bathrooms to our huge living area. Downstairs there's the master bedroom with en suite, a double and a single bedroom and an extra brand new bathroom. The living area and kitchen easily accommodates eight for sit down dinner informal gathering around the lounge and TV. Upstairs has a cozy "3D" TV and games room, new bathroom and fully equipped ten person yoga studio (converts to 2nd double bedroom). All original artwork with most furniture custom made from antique Australian Kauri Pine. Mature private garden with outside fresco dining, fountain and barbeque. Our road is a quiet leafy cul de sac, just a minute's stroll to local shops cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to your choice of three beautiful surf beaches, Bondi, Tamarama or Bronte. 10 minute's drive to central Syd

No parties, maximum 7 guests - this is a quiet street with minimal outside noise after 9pm. As a condition of booking for all guest staying we require a photo/copy of international passport or Australian drivers licence. For your added security will provide copy of ours to you.

Nous avons passé un séjour familial à Sydney magique. La maison de Steve et Jessica est idéalement située entre Bondi beach et toutes les autres plages , non loin du centre dans un quartier calme. Steve et jessica se sont montrés très prévenants , nous laissant à disposition une maison confortable et sereine . La maison est grande , joliment décorée et moderne dans ses infrastructures . Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour une famille .
Jun 27, 2019Steve and Jessie's beautiful Bondi home is emblematic of what Airbnb is all about: experiencing a location through the lens and comfort of a local. Clean, spacious, and comfortable, their house felt like home within minutes of arriving. They even left us a Sydney guidebook and a fridge with all the essentials! The location is excellent - near lots of shops and restaurants, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Even their neighbors were friendly, popping by to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a truly magical time in Sydney, much of which we attribute to our amazing accommodations. Thank you Jessie and Steve!
Jun 27, 2019Jesse and Steve's home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood. Good food, coffee, workout opportunities, the beach - all within walking distance. Loved that. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Great living/entertainment area. Jesse and Steve were exceptionally welcoming: we were greeted with flowers, and they called to see we were comfortably settled. Overall, a very positive experience.
