Some additional rules are: * Please make sure to check out at 10am, so we can ensure the room is clean and tidy for the next guests. * Keeping Air conditioning use to a minimum. The house is insulated quite well so if possible please keep air conditioning use to a minimal. If absolutely necessary please ensure to close all windows and remember to switch off when leaving the house. Environment comes first! * No shoes in the house, however upon entry is fine. *Smoking in the house is not allowed, however if you need to smoke feel free to use the outdoor balcony, please ensure that the sliding doors are closed whilst doing so. *Please wash dishes after use and ensure that house is tidy before checkout. * No parking on the driveway, there is plenty of free street parking available in front of the house. * Please note there is an extra guest fee for each guest after 1 and maximum number of guests allowed is 6. *Please don’t move or change the furniture layout of the room.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone for their stay in Sydney. We will certainly try to book this property again on our next visit to Sydney. Thanks heaps :)

Jun 27, 2019This is a great place to stay in a beautiful home. It was a great location for us as we were wanting to be close to Hillsong Church and it was not more than a 5 minute drive. Communication was great with the Ali as he was very helpful when we had questions!

It is great that there is Netflix and internet included as well as it helps a great deal with entertaining kids now and then when needed. The location is also great with easy access to and from the suburb. We really enjoyed our time here.

Jun 27, 2019The unit is exactly as described - new, cozy, quiet, and clean. Primary reason that we chose this place is the short distance to Hillsong Church and sure enough, we got there within a 10 minute drive. Ali is a great host. He responded to all of my questions quickly. He was also very easy to deal with and provided an easy check in and check out process. Will definitely look to book this place again next time we are in the area.
Jun 27, 2019Ali's place is easy to get to if travelling to Sydney and then great to access many parts of Sydney without huge traffic delays. We enjoyed our stay in the excellent and very clean Granny Flat which catered to our needs nicely. Quiet suburb yet close to major shopping centre and motorways to get you where you want fast. Great value and would hesitate to book again. Lisa

Jun 27, 2019This is a good location outside of the city. The neighbourhood is quiet and within walking distance of public transportation. The flat itself is the perfect size for a family of four. Amenities are a bit sparse for cooking in, but the place was clean and comfy. Host Ali is friendly and accommodating :-)

Jun 27, 2019Bring a pedestal fan if its hot (or particlarly humid) as the aircon has a code protected minimum of 23 deg c, and make sure not to accidentally leave anything as you wont get it back.

It was very clean and the accessories in rooms, kitchen and bathroom were more than adequate. The furniture was very comfortable and everyone had a very warm and comfortable sleep. The price we paid was far less than what I would have been willing to pay. The layout of the granny flat was well thought through to guarantee full privacy. Definitely well recommended with no hesitation :) :)

Jun 27, 2019Ali’s place is an incredible value and beautiful space! We stayed here on a Saturday night and went to Hillsong church the next morning. Ali was a wonderful host and even brought over some extra virgin olive oil, which was extremely helpful as we forgot our bottle at the hostel we were coming from. There are a few steps to climb with suitcases, but it was no problem for us. I can’t over emphasize how incredible the space is! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Was a perfect location for what we were doing Australia, Hillsong Church/College is a 10 minute bus ride! Jun 27, 2019This is a beautiful 2 bedroom granny flat, really well presented, amazing view of the sunset. Hosts were great communicators. Everything was documented and really easy. Location perfect for castle hill, norwest or seven hills. A steep driveway and a few steps to navigate but this was also made clear. Thanks Ali and Maryam.

Jun 27, 2019Extremely quiet location that is very simple to reach and leave, even with heavy traffic. To enter the property you need to walk up a short but steep driveway, walk down a very narrow side path barely wide enough for you and difficult if you have rolling luggage, then walk up a flight of stairs. not the place to stay if you have knee problems. Aside from takeaway chinese (3 min drive), any other amenities are 10 mjnutes away so do your shopping first. Don't rely on the host tea/coffee, there isn't any milk provided and it is all budget variety.

Jun 27, 2019Ali is very friendly and helpful that we have wrongly trigger the Alarm and he come immediately to help us to turn off the alarm. He has no complain for it at all. The house has a nice view when you sitting on the sofa. Hot water for bath is very important that let us relax after the long trip. The environment is quiet and comfortable that enable us to sleep well after all.

It is clean and modern and felt very luxurious for our midweek getaway. It has everything that you need. We had complete privacy as it has its own entrance. There was great communication with the owners as well. We will definitely be returning for another stay and can highly recommend this granny flat to others. Kitchen could’ve had a few more cooking appliances like pots or salad bowls.. tv remote had no batteries but that’s no biggie and walls are a smidge thin. The place itself is REALLY AWESOME though! Super sleek and loved my stay here!
